My experience at Soul Serene Wellness was very pleasant. Mrs. Hobson is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My treatment was well explained throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Mrs. Hobson followed up with me the next day to check on how things were going after my treatment. I gave four stars instead of five for no fault of my treatment. I would like to see more of the products needed for follow up offered there at the Wellness Spa. Call me lazy. :)

I’ve been seeing Nurse Hobson since April of 2023 and I experienced life changing results. I lost 45 lbs ( I was 218 and now I am 173). I was able to get my groove back and get back to experiencing life the way I was before gaining so much weight. Not only did I lose weight, but my mental health improved and I adopted better eating habits. Working with Dina has changed my perspective on eating and has increased my awareness regarding my health. Not only is her program effective, but she genuinely cares for her patients! I couldn’t recommend her more.

I had an initial consultation with Dina and it was an awesome experience. She was very knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I can tell that she is passionate about her clients and her craft. She made me very comfortable when discussing very private issues. I'm excited about working with her to help me get the balance I need to improve my quality of life!

I honestly don't know where to begin with this review. This is my first time going to a Medspa and I'm absolutely impressed. The moment you walk in you're treated like family. Dinah really takes time with you to make sure treatments are going well and that all your questions and concerns are addressed. The atmosphere is very calm and you feel very at ease the moment you walk in. I've had amazing results so far and feel very blessed that I found Soul Serene!

The visit I had was very calming, I was explained everything before hand and was taken care of very well. The staff is very helpful and nice, the office is beautiful and clean, and I will be returning for more treatments

Both my mom and I submitted inquiries on the website about two weeks ago and no one has followed up. I have also called this location on three separate occasions and no one answers the phone or calls back. I should not have to book an appointment to get my questions answered. I really wanted to support this business in my community but the lack of professionalism is very disappointing.

The provider was extremely professional and knowledgable about the weight loss options she offers. I am so glad I found her, she was so nice and broke it all down for me. She even gave me a really cute journal to keep track of my progress! I am so excited to get rid of these extra pounds!!

This by far was the best customer service I have received from any type of business in a while. Both women were highly skilled and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable and safe with my treatment. Mrs. Dina did a great job on my microneedling and talked me through every step of the process. She even followed up with me the next day. I would highly recommend this business. I will definitely be going back very soon for my next service.

While visiting my daughter in Ga I had the pleasure of visiting Soul Serene Wellness and Medspa. I really enjoyed the experience Dina was very knowledgeable and courteous .After consulting with her she recommended the Be Thin spray to help in my weight loss journey but it was a game changer as well in the management of my diabetes… would definitely recommend to anyone
