Hit or miss. Solid B. Used to be my go to. You just don’t know what you are going to get. Half the time I leave really pleased, the other half disappointed. Like last night - masseuse couldn’t give a crap, then shortened the 90-min massage to 60 saying they were busy. Did I get advance notice? Nope.

Change the curtains. City inspector came while I was getting a massage and they told them they can't have curtains. Went again and still they haven't changed the curtains. Told the lady at the front about it and she just ignored me, so rude! Plus I specifically told her I want a FOOT MASSAGE ONLY and she kept insisting on a body massage. Don't play with me.

I have been going here for years and.. except for once.. had a great experience. The price is so much less than elsewhere I have ALWAYS tipped. The masseur/masseuse has put in a lot of energy. People tip wait staff and hair dressers.. why should this be any different.

This is a great option for foot massage on the west side. It’s priced similarly to other places (Happy Relax). It’s clean and feels safe and comfortable inside. You definitely need to call ahead as it doesn’t really seem to be a place for walk-ins. I’ve had both Michael and Jerry and both give top notch massages. A good tip, regardless of the price of your massage, is $20.

Good massage for the good price: got 60 minutes of full body massage for $46+$10 tip. Gentleman who did the massage was very nice and delicate. The pressure was just fine, he found the tension spots on my back pretty quickly. I was able to relax. The place is clean, they offered water after the massage. They don’t have any designated parking, so use the street parking.

Left in pain. The male massage person didn't seem to know what he was doing. Kept putting pressure on my spine despite me asking him not to. I kept wanting to tell him to stop and wish I had done so sooner.

EDIT: So, the massages here are quite consistent. Since my original review, prices have increased to $49 for 1 hour and $65 for 90 minutes. The $10 tip is MANADATORY and they will give you a hard time if you even attempt to leave less than $10 (or 15 for a 90-min massage.) They have modified the spa for a more covid environment (walls instead of curtains separate treatment areas.) Still a decent value, but as much as traditional corporate spas like Massage Envy. -=-=-=-=-=-= Pretty awesome value, $30 for a full body massage. They recommend tipping $10, and if you hand them $40, don't expect any change. The staff are generally nice, but speak up at the beginning of your session as to your preferences so you get the best massage that's right for you. Don't forget to ask for your Dixie cup of water at the front counter, LOL. I would recommend and return.

Great massage for the price. Make sure you tip your masseuse, these women work really hard, and giving massages is physically demanding work.

Great massage for the value - I’m not a huge tipper but was happy to tip the recommended 10$ for my 30$ full body massage. Make sure you let them know your preferences in the beginning, or this massage can be a little invasive. My massage artist seemed very skilled and was able to work out a lot of the tension in my neck. They seem to have only male massage artist here - which is fine - I prefer a firm massage, but not everyone does - just make sure you communicate your preferences. It’s a great bang for your buck at this place! Me and my friend were happy and relaxed with our massages and will be going back.

I arrived for my 8:30pm scheduled appointment. Fifteen minutes into the massage...my therapist fell asleep! Literally fell asleep with his hands wrapped around my foot! I was outraged and afraid he was going to collapse on me! I frantically called the woman from the front desk to come over and explained why I would not be staying and was shocked that the response was "Okay, we'll only charge you for 30 minutes." Despicable !

Terrible service by the lady in charge. Hassled me and told me that "you'll never get a female massage girl in here again" unless I tip more. Lied and told me she didn't have change for a $20.

What a great value! $30 for an hour massage. You can find a massage this inexpensive anywhere else and it felt great! It has a big open room which is why it is so cheap and you can get a private room which is basically a curtain pulled to a corner of the room.
