Canceled my appointment 18 minutes before I was supposed to be there. Didn't call me, just canceled through the website. Was not able to work with me on another time to get lashes done, so was unable to have them done for my vacation. Won't be booking again.

Kasey did a wonderful job of applying the lashes. She was professional and courteous. My lash extensions look natural and fit my eye shape. She is also very quick. In and out in 90 min for a classic set. Recommend you give her a try!

I could’ve slept during my Brazilian wax that’s how painless it was! Great atmosphere and vibe! Kasey is a doll and made me feel so comfortable. She was knowledgeable, very thorough and attentive! By far the best Brazilian I’ve gotten in a really long time - customer for life!

I found Kasey through my daughter. She knew I wanted to go in and get lash extensions again and told me about the high quality of lashes and products used here. I agree with my daughter, The lashes retain their curl very well I never have any issues getting them combed back into place and even with the classic fill after three weeks the lashes still look some what full. Not to mention I love her music playlist.

Very clean, cozy, and friendly atmosphere. I’m very picky and I haven’t had my eyelashes done since I’ve relocated here to Texas. So glad I found Kasey, I will definitely be returning and even bringing my husband for a Brazilian wax!

although my eyelashes always came out great, and i’ve been pleased with services before. i happen to have been 15 min late to my hour and a half appointment. it usually takes an hour to do my eyelashes and the second i arrived i was told i was too late and was charged $45 receiving no service in return. i have been a loyal customer for 8 months and never once been late. though i was late i felt it was unfair as everyone is late sometimes. customer service isn’t best when they’re dissatisfied.
