This was the BEST spa experience of my life. I got the Ultimate (added face massage and mask) and it was like 100 minutes of pure bliss. My face, my scalp, my neck…hot towels, face mask, scrubbing, massaging, rinsing…it was HEAVEN. The ladies were so so nice. Sylvia was incredible. Cannot recommend enough!

Sylvia was absolutely amazing. I had the face and scalp massage with hair wash which was worth every single penny. The utmost relaxation I haven’t experienced in a long time. Do yourself a favor and book this place for self care. Beautifully decorated, smelled amazing and everyone was so nice.

Terrible communication! This is my second time coming to this location. I'd say the experience differs depending on the therapist. The shoulder and neck massage they provide is more or less like a light touch on your body that lasts about 1 minute. Don't have too much expectation on that. I'm leaving a bad view because of the booking experience. I booked a 3 people group appointment. About 24 hours before the appt time, one of my friends got sick. The policy stated 48 hour window for appt change. We called to see what options we had since they don't allow online booking changes and suggested phone calls on the website. They just don't pick up the call though. LOL! They eventually texted me. I asked if we can change the appt to the week after due to the illness and they said no and no refund for our deposit either. I know we are asking out of their policy window but we are also doing this to protect their staff's safety, plus we are not canceling but to reschedule. I think my main issue is how rude their texts were. I also asked how it affects the deposit if we keep 2 people's appt and only change or cancel the sick person's appt. They didn't bother to explain and just said they would keep the deposit. I considered English isn't their first language and the rudeness might just be their unfamiliarity to English. So I offered to speak in a different language if they prefer. They completely ignored those texts and only gave flat out "we'll keep the deposit that you've paid..." So I'm giving a bad review for terrible communication. Maybe just do a walk up next time and not bother with the appointments because it is a complete nightmare if you want to change anything.

I had the hair wash (supposed to be around 30 min) and additional face wash (supposed to be around 15 min) .. total service is around 45 min. My appointment was 3 pm and we started around 3:02 pm and she was done by 3:38 pm. I’m not sure if my self blow dry time was supposed to be included in that 45 min ?? .. but I don’t think it should be part of my paid time. I did enjoy the hair wash and face wash .. just wish it was not cut short. Also the tea and the cookie was a nice treat. Also I was looking forward to the neck and shoulder massage others raved about in reviews but it was very light pressure and lasted about less than 1 min. The person I had was not listed in the appointment selection.. not sure if she was new? .. I will definitely return but next time try someone else that was mentioned with better reviews

My therapist was so great and so accommodating! The service itself was amazing, but I do wish someone in the reviews would have mentioned that you are basically in a salon chair, so it’s tough on the lower back. Again, my gal was so good about trying to make me comfortable. Also, you don’t remove your shoes or change into a smock or anything, so it’s hard to fully relax. And the room was quite chilly, which I guess it helps that you stay fully dressed. Other than those small critiques, the people were lovely, the service was lovely and it was very clean and smelled great!! ♥️♥️

This place is such a hidden gem! Great find for the price range. We took two different packages. Both were amazing. Especially the massages, they are pros! My scalp feels cleaner and hair feels softer. Definitely a treat!

This was my fourth visit in as many weeks to get a hair wash, scalp treatment, and face massage. I am so hooked. My therapists have been FyFy, LuLu, and today, Silvia. They’ve all been fantastic, providing the most relaxing massages ever. I will say that Silvia took a little extra time making sure my hair was dry and sort of styled, which I was not expecting, so hey, six stars. I love the little glass of tea and a mochi at the end.

Went here with my mom for her birthday. Wonderful experience! My hair is so soft from roots to ends. The entire process was relaxing. Great head and scalp massage, products smelled divine, the neck and shoulder massage during hair drying was also incredible. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. We went to the Southwest location. Mom enjoyed it too. I highly recommend!

I had Sasha (excuse me if that wasn’t her name it was last week but she has pink hair) and she was an absolute doll!! I went to the location in the SW my first time going to a head spa and I tried the Chinatown one this time and I will say I had a lot better experience at this location. Sasha was so attentive and really took her time. Can’t wait to come back!

I received a gift certificate here for my birthday. I got the guasha scalp treatment, milbon hair treatment, and a facial message. Silvia was my servicer and she was an absolute doll. The over all experience was incredible I don’t rly know how I’m supposed to wash my own hair now. I’d give it a solid 8/10 only because it’s a very small setting and when there’s a lot of people at the front it’s a bit crowded and loud takes away from the ambiance. They very cleverly use the space where the hair washing takes place, but I do wish the chairs fully extended because from my knees down was hanging off onto a stool, and my feet did start to go a bit numb. Also the smell is .. odd? I’m not sure if it’s just the smell of so much soap suds or lavender but it smells a bit odd to me. But the service was spectacular, you can really feel the care in their hands when you’re getting massaged. It helps you relax compared to pedicures sometimes you feel like they’re trying to get you out of there ASAP. You also get some mochi and iced green tea afterwards while your hair dries !!

I was in Vegas for the weekend and of course I had to visit this place. Selena was amazing from start to finish. My scalp feels so clean, hair smells good, and feels super soft! I will be coming back every time I visit Vegas from now on.

I had a wonderful time at Soulo Hair Spa. My friend invited me to go with her in celebration of her birthday. Sasha was wonderful, attentive, and provided an excellent experience. My friend had pre-booked a facial massage, hair wash, and scalp treatment. It was incredibly relaxing. As someone who has chronic headaches, I highly recommend the facial massage to release tension. Lots of warm towels were used as well as focused massage. We both commented on how soft our hair was after the session. The environment was soothing overall. One thing I recommend is asking about what options they may have for those sensitive to certain scents. It was not an option addressed on their intake card, so I didn't think to ask. They used quite a few different scents and oils (lavender, citrus, rose, and eucalyptus.) While I do tend to be sensitive, it ended up okay. For example, the eucalyptus was overwhelmingly strong to me. I will absolutely be back in the future and will be recommending this spa to my friends and family.

Made appointment for Gua Sha treatment (to promote hair growth) while I was in town for a business trip. Bottom line: I would not recommend this service to anyone. I could have done my own scalp treatment at home for less money. I could barely tell that the Gua Sha tool was used on my scalp (felt like nothing more than my hair being parted to apply the scalp treatment, similar to how a comb might be used). The only “steam” used hit the side of my face around the level of my chin; I felt nothing near my scalp/top of my head. I was very disappointed in the service and would not spend my time or money on it again, nor could I recommend it to anyone. I also added on a face massage, which was OK, but nothing special. Feel 3 stars is being overly generous but service wasn’t “bad.”

The scalp massage was lovely and the girl who worked on me was very sweet, but I left with hair oil all over my shirt, which ruined it, and my hair felt dried out, with oily bits around my neck and ears.

The service itself with Shasha is a 5. However, scheduling issues, the receptionist's attitude, and being forced to tip 20% caused it to lose 2 stars. I didn’t want to tip the full 20% due to a scheduling error on their behalf. I scheduled online for two services at once, but upon arrival, we had to wait 50 minutes for each appointment. Despite showing the screenshots, the receptionist took no accountability and suggested I call next time to avoid confusion. I was not confused. The online scheduling should clearly state if appointments are separate, especially under 'group' appointments."

A truly exceptional head spa experience at Soulo today. My therapist, Cherry, is a warm and professional person. I recommend her very highly! I received the Aromatherapy Relax Treatment with the add-on hair mask. So relaxing. The massage was a great mix of techniques. And I liked how the treatment started with a neck and shoulder massage and then moved to the more private head spa area. Just a really lovely experience, and my scalp and hair felt/looked great afterward. Thank you Soulo and Cherry!
