Everyone is friendly and informative. I love the building and have purchased extras from their shelves up front that range from crystals to skincare. I have been going for over a year and this is my self care treat for sure. I make it a point to reschedule with Alison because I go in a stressed mess and come out able to breathe. She makes me comfortable and helps with numerous issues I have and is thoughtful and kind during the process. I would highly recommend Soulspa and Alison if you’re in need of a massage.

Such a great little place! It felt very warm and inviting when you walked in. Nikki did an amazing job at reading the tight spots in my body as I had recently had some painful muscle spasms. She listened to my issues and was very supportive and caring through the massage. So happy I found this place!

I had the BEST experience with them! I was running late for my very first appointment and they were so accommodating. And I literally had the most amazing massage of my life with Anna Maria. Damn she knows her stuff! I have a very messed up back from my job and she knew exactly what spots to work on and the correct pressure. I also gave cupping a try for the first time and there was no pain, like I was worried about, just major relief. I am hooked and will be coming back as soon as I can!

It took a month to get an appointment with this establishment. The appointment times being offered were not conducive for the days/times I had available, and a couple of times that I wanted a particular day and time the slot was magically "JUST BOOKED" by someone else. The front desk associate and I had numerous text messages where I repeatedly mentioned that I wanted a 90 min massage. When I was able to finally obtain an appointment at last minute (for less than 2 hours away), I was immediately hit with needing to place a credit card on file; I know that this is the policy of the location, but in the back of my mind I was thinking that I should at least be able to come in as a FIRST TIME client to see how I like the establishment and services, and in the end if I chose to make another appointment, make me aware of such a policy at that time. After booking the appointment I was still being hit with the fact that I needed to place a credit card on file to hold my spot even though I told her a couple of times during our messages that I was on my way, and to just let me know if someone else books for that time slot (since this seems to be a common thing for this place), so as to not waste my time showing up there for no reason. I also mentioned to her that I was not comfortable with providing my sensitive cc information via text messages. This was my VERY FIRST massage ever, and my very first time frequenting Soul Spa. Upon my arrival for my appointment, I handed the front desk personnel the gift certificate I had that covered my 90 massage. At such time I was shown the waiting room where the water and tea was. It was not long before my therapist (Preeti) came to escort me to her massage room. She asked me a couple of questions (her personality was quite dry towards a NEW client), then allowed me a couple of minutes of privacy so as to get ready for my session. When time was up I thought that it was over a little sooner than it should have been. As I was getting dressed I noticed that I had only been serviced for 60 mins vs the 90 I had paid for. Before leaving I asked Preeti why my services were cut from 90 to 60 minutes? She mentioned that she did not have me down for a 90 minute service. She stood there a few seconds longer waiting for a tip. Before walking off she mumbled under her breath thanking me for stopping by, and she hopes to see me again soon (but I could tell she did not mean a word of what came out of her mouth). At such time the receptionist popped up and made me aware that not receiving the services for the amount of time I paid for was her fault (not Preeti); That she messed up my appointment. And that's when all of the excuses began rolling off her tongue about how busy her morning had been (but when I showed up there was only one other lady/customer, and she was on her way out). She then mentioned that had she booked me for the 90 minutes that I kept asking for then Preeti would run late for her next appointment. I figured that should not have been my fault, nor my problem. And if that were the case then why allow me to come in at the time allowed? Why was the 90 min service for that time slot available on the site? There were both a 60 and 90 minute service times available and I don't recall any other times featured on the page for that particular day, so all of her excuses felt more like lies to me!! I'm happy I was not foolish enough to provide my credit card information via text to secure the appointment that I had because I will not be back to this location. I googled other massage places and found similar businesses with just as good of reviews!!

My partner and I booked a couple’s massage and had a lovely morning at SoulSpa! The waiting room had a selection of teas and citrus infused water along with some cozy couches and reading material to enjoy before our appointment. The room for the actual service was great — it smelled amazing, the music was peaceful, and the beds were heated and sooo comfortable. Both of our masseuses were amazing! They listened to our preferences and needs, and it was hard for us to get out of our cocoons at the end. Our favorite part was the unexpected sound bowls and drum at the end of our massage! The vibrations felt incredibly soothing. What a way to finish our 60 minutes of bliss. I recommend this spa to those who are looking for a more organic experience. It’s a simple yet relaxing place, and while I do enjoy the frills of a big plushy robe and soaking pools that you may experience at another spa, I truly enjoyed the peace, the quiet, and the holistic approach at this local spa. We will be back!

Amazing experience. Such a relaxing and soothing environment and Peyton did an incredible job. The table was warm and cozy, the ambiance in the room was wonderful, and I was able to relax and let go. I even dozed off a time or two. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a massage in Reno. I will definitely be back.

I came in this weekend for a much needed, 90minute deep tissue massage with cupping. I saw Sonseri and it was an amazing experience. I am already counting down the days until I can schedule with her again. If you’re looking for a really good deep tissue massage and/or cupping (which she specializes in) I 10/10 recommend scheduling with Sonseri.

Sonseri is sensational! She has an amazing technique! She's able to get all those knots out while still having you feel completely relaxed! I've been with Soul for 3 years & I like to switch up therapists depending on how I feel. I've had hip & knee surgeries, along with multiple back issues. Sonseri is in my permanent rotation!

I've had many massages in my day. And I have never had someone so experienced and knowledgeable about massages. Steve was amazing. He found all my trouble areas, alot I've forgotten about. I live 6 hours away and I will have to come back for my self care day. My husband also got a massage and he was blown away as well, he said he's never felt so cared for by such a knowledgeable lady. If you could just send your skilled staff to boise! We need a company like yours there!

They have a variety of calm, comfortable and clean spaces for treatments. The atmosphere and overall vibe welcomed me an put me at ease. I had a phenomenal massage with some add-ons performed by Melissa. I'm about a week out and the cupping combined with manual manipulation helped remove some years old tension in my shoulder. This space is beautiful and peaceful. Cynthia’s Urban Zen yoga is the perfect way to destress from a long day. She guides you through deeply restorative poses that help your body and mind fully relax and rebalance. Her energy and reiki is absolute magic… I highly recommend visiting Cynthia in this space for Urban Zen yoga. There’s nothing else quite like it!
