From the moment I walked in I was immediately at ease. The studio is awesome and the waiting area was a really cool space. The massage was, by far, the best massage I’ve ever had. Theo was attentive and intentional with his work. He focused in on ares with a combination of stretching, pressure and cupping. I feel amazing and already booked my next appointment! Definitely worth scheduling your next massage here.

Theo is one of a kind. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and purposeful. He takes the time to learn about his clients and provides feedback. The studio is clean and relaxing. I have been going to him for over a year now, and each session better than the last. He is, without a doubt, the best around.

This place was amazing. Not only could I get in on very short notice while in town, but his place was very comfortable and inviting. I had never had Gua Sha done, but I felt great afterward. I had more mobility in my neck almost immediately and cannot wait to schedule another appointment when I am back in town. I highly recommend going here if you need an experienced therapist.

South Loop Massage has an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Theo A is great! He ask questions and is very attentive to your concerns. He then uses several massage techniques to give you the best massage that will relieve tightness and tension from your muscles due to routine workouts or from the daily stress of life.

Theo is fantastic! As an avid runner, I’ve seen a number of therapists over the years and I’m impressed by his knowledge and ability to offer a variety of techniques to treat the body. Theo asked a lot of questions to understand my areas of concern and I appreciated him sharing his treatment plan and approach right before the start of the session. Beautiful space and superb massage. Theo took a lot of time finding out how to make the session as productive as possible, and sought feedback afterwards to see how the session went. The massage itself was one of the best I've had - awesome pressure (without it being painful), and I feel like he worked all the knots out! Booking process was effective and easy.

I’m grateful to find this studio so close to home in the south loop. Theo has that magic touch and is buttoned up and thoughtful. The studio is really beautiful and the massage was on point. Theo is an exceptional masseur. I receive message weekly to keep running daily and my go to masseur moved. Theo has filled that void. He has significant knowledge of anatomy and incorporated this into his massage. Excellent at deep tissue but able to pivot to less deep modalities. A HIGHLY recommended for me!

Theo's massage was great! He is super attentive to the pressure you are looking for. The space is amazing too. Very relaxing and ambient. I came in for a full body massage with a focus on my right shoulder, which I had recently injured. I felt immediate relief in the area and cupping drew out a lot of stagnating blood.

Theo, is a talented and a very skillful professional in this industry. His genuine kindness and interest in his clients needs, aches, and pains etc is refreshing because you’re not just another client to him. Theo truly wants to help you feel better. I had my first 60 minute session with him and I felt better and have already scheduled my next session. This time it’s for 90 minutes as we have a plan of attack for these stressful areas on my body that are causing me knots of pain due to the nature of my job and just life in general Lol. And his studio is amazing.
