Amazing! My first time. Julie is my new best stylist ever! I showed her a pic of color I wanted and she NAILED it! Plus I was loving my length but it was frazzled. Julie listened and took her time reshaping not hacking it off. My hair looks beautiful!

South Main District is such a lovely salon. Madison Morrow did an amazing job on my hair! She knew exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. She is such a kind soul and made my experience so relaxing and fun. It is always scary trying out a new stylist, but she made me feel so comfortable and did miracles on my hair. I recommend her to everyone!

I would recommend this salon to everyone! Taylor has been doing my hair over 15 years and her staff are highly trained as well. You will not leave here disappointed! Salon is always clean and a very cool vibe and it's easy to relax and enjoy a day at the salon!

I love the vibes here. They're a queer friendly business and you can tell they care about their clients. I have found my perfect stylist in Miss Cristen but everyone is super nice and welcoming. Another plus is that they're open 7 days a week so I don't have to try to take off of work or leave early to get my hair done.

I have been a client at this salon for a few years now and I could not be more pleased with the service. Bri and Lauryn are excellent! Bri has done my color and Lauryn has done my tape in extensions and color. They are so friendly and create a comfortable space for their clients. I look forward to seeing them when my appointment comes around. I recommend both of them!

I’ve been seeing Rhiyan for over 5 years now for my hair cuts and colors! She is absolutely the BEST! She listens and is so talented! She also is a joy to talk to. I highly recommend Rhiyan for your hair needs. She is knowledgeable and will walk you through exact why she is doing something which I appreciate. Can’t imagine anyone else doing my hair.

was interested in this salon because of a recommendation i received. two hours prior to walking in, i called 3x in attempt to book an appointment. no answer. so, i decided to walk in. a few looked at me walk in, but not one stylist greeted me. yes, everyone had a client in their chair. i understand being busy and possibly not having time to service another customer. however, customer service is everything. a simple "hello, how are you?" goes a long way. instead they looked at me & continued working. sat down for maybe 10mins before i got up myself to ask if anyone had time for a wash & blow dry. no one had time, which is understandable being that it is later in the day on a Saturday. only decent thing about this experience was the recommendation of another salon near by from the stylist i spoke to. first impressions are so important. as someone in the beauty industry myself, im disappointed.

Rhiyan is my stylist and has been for 10+ years. I can be difficult to please when it comes to my hair. I don’t have to tell her what to do because I trust her judgment. She’s good at what she does and is very knowledgeable about hair products and new trends. I promise you if you book with her, you won’t be disappointed.

I always go here to get my hair done because I love it so much! I love how easy it is to book an appointment on the website, and you even get to choose what stylist does your hair while booking! Such an easy process, and always such beautiful outcomes. My hair always comes out exactly how I want it to. Everyone’s super friendly too!! 10/10 recommend :p

If google could give me a chance to put 0 stars I would but it doesn’t give me that option. This salon is unprofessional and disgusting. The way they treat new customers as if they don’t exist! My sister went to this salon looking to get her hair done and the minute she walked in not one employee acknowledged her presence! She waited 30 minutes for someone and no one cared to say anything to her. After the 30 minutes my sister went up to ask an employee if they do appointments or walk in’s and the employee responded very rudely and unprofessional. My sister felt very unwelcome. Not sure who the owner is of this salon is but I don’t recommend going here especially if your are someone of color. They won’t even acknowledge you. Overall this place is not it!

Scam. Friend went to get her hair done and paid 300 for temporary hair color. Didn't even give her what she asked for and she had to go get it corrected. Lady said she used colored conditioner and it'll be gone in like 3 washes. Like bye I dont even know how this place has 5 stars.
