Tina is a great massage therapist. I am so happy I found this place. She is very knowledgeable and applies the right amount of pressure on all the right areas. She always listens to what areas are bothering me and adjusts the massage as needed. I always feel so much better when I leave and she gives me great tips to help at home!

Moses Bernard takes the time to find out what is going on in your body, worked on the muscles around my knees and gave me exercises to improve my mobility. He gives practical explanations of why you are feeling the way you are and how the exercises will help. I have been to him before and attend his Kin Stretch classes and find him to be incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I told him I was going to coin the phrase 'The Moses Touch!'

This company offered free massages to those affected by Hurricane Helene, this kindness as well as helping me feel better after being so sore from removing all my belongings, water and drywall, that I’m continuing to be treated while doing my renovations- my self care during this crazy post Hurricane recovery. Edit to update: the owner reached out and offered me a complimentary service with a different specialist and I am so glad she did. I had a 60 min massage with Aly and she was PHENOMENAL. Listened to all of my areas of pain/tightness, made sure to avoid areas I asked her to avoid, and was extremely knowledgeable in her craft. Will absolutely be booking with her again! Very glad the owner invited me back. Was gifted a prenatal massage for Valentine’s Day. Was super excited because I had been having some lower back pain being in the third trimester. I let the tech know I ONLY wanted back, neck, and shoulders as I don’t enjoy and feel uncomfortable being massaged on my legs, arms, feet, hands, etc. Even gave the example of my first massage ever being a Swedish massage and how uncomfortable it made me. She was super understanding and began the massage. Unfortunately after only about 20 min or so doing my back, she flipped me to do my neck and shoulders. All which was fine until she started doing my arms and hands. Finally I spoke up (because I was very uncomfortable) and said please stop and only do my back neck and shoulders. She asked if I wanted her to do my other arm and hand and I said no please only do my back neck and shoulders. I was really hoping she would have me get back on the stomach/breast mat so I could lay on my stomach like I had before but the remainder of the massage was just on my side which I didn’t enjoy. I felt like I really only got half of the massage I wanted for nearly $100. Pretty bummed.

I had an amazing time at Ultimate Recovery this past weekend. I came in very tense and sore from prior workout sessions so after ultimate recovery i felt very in tune with my body as well as having the ability to take away some key points I was able to learn and use it in my everyday life. Definitely will be coming again for services. 11/10 would recommend

Ali is the absolutely BEST! My husband has had back pain for 7 years and has tried everything to find relief. He then sent me her way because he was so impressed, and now I could never go to anyone else. Best massage in the past 5 years, expert level technical analysis and tracing of problem areas to work out knots and release trigger points. Immediately rebooked for 2 weeks later, and will be buying a big package for discounted returns. Hoping they get a new acupuncture tech soon to try!

Great place and fantastic staff! Love popping in here for a little recovery. Those Normatec boots combined with the sauna work magic! But so do the hands of the masseuse’s 💆🏻‍♀️ I’ve come for the Ultimate Recovery Program as well. It’s about 4 hours of breath work, mobility work, compressions boots, massage, ice bath. I slept real well that night. They know what they’re doing here!

If you are looking for a deep-tissue functional massage, Ramon is your therapist. Overall, Ramon is very professional and knows what he is doing. He has extensive knowledge of the human body and is skilled at targeting specific areas of tension. His techniques are effective in relieving muscle pain and promoting relaxation. Ramon's dedication to his craft is evident in the personalized care he provides to each client. I’ll be coming back on a regular basis.

I was referred by Dynamic Wellness Chiropractic. I have routine massages and this ranks high on my best places to get a massage. The massage is therapeutically targeted based on your conditions. It’s a bit of a drive for me. But worth it. I see Tina! Prices are affordable.

Kristen is fantastic!!! I walked in with lower back pain at a pain level 10 she educated me on why I was in so much pain . And massaged me and within an hour I felt so much better my pain was gone . And I will be her client for life . I am so glad I met her she is very knowledgeable and really knows her stuff . She gave me some homework too to do . If your looking for a fantastic therapist just book her . You won’t be disappointed.

I've used this place multiple times and it's always money well spent. I've seen amanda and Tina for my therapists. Most recently I saw amanda and she was phenomenal as far as stretching and pressure. She listened to all my issues and attacked the problems. I would say they are middle of the road for pricing and offer the option to book online through mind-body which is helpful. It's a well run establishment and they truly care about making you feel better.

I visit Tampa about twice a year and making a stop in to see one of KLynergy's top medical massage therapists is always on my list. However, I this time I was facing an injury that I knew nothing about. I expressed my pain points, and the owner Kerrlyn went to work. I've been dealing with spine issues due to Lymes disease for years now, this is an autoimmune condition that major organs, joints and muscles. I understand just how important it is to have medical massage therapists who truly understand the body inside and out. She began with a Psoas release, that began to unwind my body. Followed by some hip stretches and began to work into specific muscle attachments. Her calming techniques for the nervous system, not only gave me relief after 2 months of pain but allowed me to finally rest. I felt like I was on cloud 9 by the time I was ready to leave. As always, this team is the only team I will trust with my body and this condition. Stellar job.

KLynergy massage offers a welcoming and friendly environment, along with excellent service from their licensed masseuses. The deep tissue massage I received from Amanda helped relieve me of low back pain/discomfort and alleviated some stress that had built up in my muscle tissue; overall she is professional, competent, and personable. However, she described my cologne ($400 retail value) as “baby smelling”, which slightly damaged my ego. If you are to see Amanda, perhaps forgo the cologne to avoid ridicule...

My experience at South Tampa KLynergy Massage was phenomenal. I was greeted by the entire staff with unrivaled warmth and delightful smiles. The facility set the standard for cleanliness and organization with a relaxing lobby and sparkly bathroom. When I went into the massage room, I was met with a professionalism you seldom see in the service industry. Tina was very interested in what I was there for and listened as I explained how jacked my neck was. Her pressure and consistency was right up my alley as I told her I enjoy the most pressure possible. And boy, did she deliver!! The hour was spent mostly in my troubled areas and I loved it because often times during massage, lmt's do their thing rather than cater to the client's needs. I highly recommend Tina and her 13 years experience to anyone in need of a fantastic massage and i will be forever grateful because my neck feels great now and can't wait to go back next week.
