I called last week to complain about my eyebrows being waxed horribly and a bad haircut experience and no one has since reached out. I told her exactly where I wanted it. Lined up with the outer part of my nose. I was very specific pointing where to wax. Don’t go here.

Kim did a great job! I've never "frosted/highlighted" my hair, I like, but I do want to work my way to silver and eventually not color my hair dark...go closer to my natural color.

It's been a minute but Krystal cut my hair every month when i lived in Sarasota. She is awesome! She is a great listener. She sculpted my hair so i looked like Richard Geer. LOL... I introduced my wife to her and she did her hair too. We love Krystal.

My husband and I were walkins since we are new to the area. He found a wonderful barber and she is also a great colorist. Lucianna Lanza used organic color on my very sensitive scalp and resistant grey hair. It did exactly what she said it would. There was no smell or skin irritation and my color looks so natural. I walked in looking like a blonde cottonball and walked out with beautiful soft curls. I would recommend her service to anyone that is interested in organic color or need a new colorist. Also she's a great barber.

Found this little place about a year ago. It is close to my home and exactly what I was looking for. When you walk in you're received warmly and it has a nice vibe in there. I have been getting my hair done by Terri for some time now and she is awesome! She consistently cuts my hair every time and I haven't had a bad experience ever in there. The ladies are great and they cut hair for the fellas too! Go to this little place it is a Southern gem!!

The stylist who did my hair took her time which was appreciated. I requested an inverted bob with choppy layers and showed her how long I wanted the longest layer against my neck to be. I did offer to show her a photo but she assured me that she knew what I was talking about. In the future I will insist on showing a photo as she ended up doing a traditional bob. In order to fix it and make it inverted, the longest layer was at an extremely short length and so the haircut overall was MUCH than I ever intended or wanted. with that being said everything was well done as far as it being even and a very good clean haircut.

Terrible place and rude owner. When my mother questioned why the charge for a pedicure was so much higher than the other spas close by, the owner went into a rage and told her never to come back. All because of a simple comment at checkout.
