I was at a loss trying to find someone to do my daughters hair for prom. Everywhere I called was booked! ( it was very last minute on my part). Long story short, everyone I spoke to, MacKenzie, Leigh and Sara went above and beyond and got my daughter an appointment. Sarah was amazing! My daughter loves her hair. She almost cried! Thank you so very much!!

I'm so glad they moved to the mall! I live getting my hair done here, ive used several hair stylists and they are fantastic, my blonde coloring in my type of hair is tough to do but they nail it! I also love the family friendly vibe. plus the fun conversations amongst everyone

Walked in to see if my daughter and I could get our hair cut. The owner was sitting on sight towards the back, said he could do one at that time, so he did a dry cut on my daughter and charged her $40. No washing, styling yet still $40. Won't be back.

I don’t advise anyone to go there. Terrible discrimination from employees. As the employee Liz was cutting my hair, another employee (younger woman in her 20s) was talking to Liz, saying how terrible my hair is and they were both laughing and talking to other customers about it. Very unprofessional to have such a attitude in front of you customer. Unless you are white Caucasian you will not have a good experience there. When I got brought up to the cash register they were laughing at my face about how bad it looked. Don’t go there!!!!

I enjoyed getting my hair done there in the past, but unfortunately the last visit wasn’t great. I wanted my hair back to my original dark brown. My hair turned out way darker than I had asked, I was told to keep washing it and it’ll get better. I tried for 1 week to make it work, it wasn’t working for me. I contacted them and they were extremely rude on the phone, made me feel awful for calling and it being an inconvenience and told me I’d need to pay for it to get fixed. I paid $130 originally for something I didn’t want. I couldn’t afford to pay for additional treatment, but my hair is now turning a dark purple. I’m extremely upset with how they spoke to me and the response I got and now I’m $130 short and have hair that I hate and can’t get fixed. It’s made me feel so self conscious about my hair. Won’t be going there again.

I had a terrible experience with them. Keoki was extremely rude, lacked all customer service. Left a whole in my hair and didn’t even attempt to clean the loose hairs, not to mention that she was shaking the entire time. She was discriminating me because after she did my hair she treated the next customer completely different. I would never recommend this place to no one. My fiancee came with me and I could see how terrible they treated her, it made me so upset. The worst is after a horrible experience they were shocked with the tip I gave them which should have been 0. They should not complain about how much tip the customer give when they were treated bad. I would give zero stars if i could.

I had such a great experience with Jenn! The hair cut she gave me was the best I've had in a long time. It really made me waves so much more defined and it feels so fresh and fun, I'll definitely be back!

I made an appointment for my daughter,and was told they could squeeze me in at 5:30. Awesome! Get there at 5:30, and was told my appointment wasn't until 6, a little frustrating since my daughter had a birthday party to go to , but since this salon is located in the mall,we went shopping. We raced back to be back by 6. And sat, and sat,and sat until well after 6:30. The funny thing is, they weren't busy! Girls were standing around talking . So finally they get my daughter in a chair ,and I show them a picture (of my daughters last hair cut ,that she wanted again) and explained what I wanted . Two minutes later the girl was hollering at me from across the salon asking what I wanted again. The hair cut was ok. One side was a bit longer than the other ,but it isn't very noticeable. Overall it was a very unprofessional salon, and we will not be returning.

I’ve been seeing Thomas for about 2 yrs now and I haven’t loved my hair as much as I do now. I love my time with him and everyone else in the salon - they are friendly and knowledgeable.

The name has changed a lot over the years but I have never been treated as rude as I was today. It started with me waiting for someone to come to the front of the store, finally I put my head around the corner and asked if anybody was home. It was as if I had awakened someone from a deep nap, and it was a chore to come to the front of the store. A hearty "what" was my greeting, I asked if I could get a haircut, a 10 minute operation, I've timed it, a number 2 guard over my whole head. I was told I'd need an appointment, the store was empty. The attitude was "I couldn't care less sir". I doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

There are three stylists working with one client for some reason. One other girl is the only one helping customers. There are two or so stylists in the back not doing anything. The one little girl helping us was fine but everyone else seems unwilling to provide customer service and are rude.

When I had my hair cut and colored by Liz and Jess I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommended them so much that I took my own daughter today. Who is biracial and we had a totally different experience (by the so called owner) himself. Racism at its finest… Upon checking in I was informed the lady couldn’t do her hair type but the person that could would be coming in at noon. And if not for whatever reason they’d let us know. So we hung out for an hour killing time waiting on her appointment time. At which time Kioke came in and was great. The (owner) came and stated after the process had already started that they’ll have to charge more for her hair so it was no longer a (age) charge. It was now a higher fee for her curly hair. I told him I usually just tip better. Guess maybe he thought I’d leave I don’t know. But I stated I could pay. Then he commented about brushing her hair in away he was “telling a story” knowing I knew what he was implying that my daughter doesn’t brush her hair… I told him we brush her hair daily but once slept on it’ll look this way again. I went to checkout before my daughter was done so I could let him know his comments weren’t appreciated and unnecessary. He charged me $30.00 and told me maybe they weren’t the best to meet our needs and we needed to go elsewhere. Personally an apology would’ve been suffice but since this was how he felt, it was all good. Finish her hair and we’ll leave and not come back. He decides to have the stylist stop in the process of finishing my daughters hair and asked us to leave not caring how she looked. Devastated 10 year old now WOW… I asked for a manager and he stated (I’m the owner) I said well that says a lot as I said F- You we walked out of the salon me nor my biracial child will ever step foot back in here… And I highly no longer recommend the salon but I do recommend the stylist as individuals just not under this company’s name. He offered to refund my services so I was walking up to the counter before we left to give him my card if needed and he hovered over his equipment like I had a baseball bat smh…

This place is amazing!!! I was recommended here by a friend so I looked on Instagram and saw all the great work they did! I ended up scheduling an appointment with Thomas. When I went in for my hair appointment, everyone had a great attitude and the work environment and atmosphere was extremely positive (: He sat me down and started with a conversation about my hair goals. He was very patient and very attentive with my hair to make sure I got the best result! I highly recommend. Thank you!
