My experience was absolutely incredible. I got a Fraxel Laser on the cosmetology side done by Dr. Pentel and her team and they were very friendly ,knowledgeable, and provided grade A customer service. I’m very impressed with my results and definitely recommend

My Dr. was Miss/Misses Carmen I had a rash on my fash and bumps in sensitive places. She prescribed medicine that cleared the bumps up. And recommended me the Vanicream cleanser that I like alot it removes all my makeup and everything in one wash without a cloth or brush. I only wish I would have asked her which SPF 50 and night cream to use.

Over the phone I booked appointment hence it’s my first appointment and as per advertisement 20% discount applied. even over the phone csr booked appointment and confirmed the total payment. After service they said no discount not only that front desk people were behaving like people are taking their service without pay or not sure if they have such behave for color people. Very disappointing

The staff is exceptional. Carmen went above and beyond to get me taken care of and in time for my insurance change. Staff and assistant even took extra care and time to be thorough and get all things done in a last minute pinch. I’m indebted to Southside Dermatology and will continue to be a patient for other skin needs in future. What a gem!!

They're #1... I looked at the reviews for other dermatology businesses, many had some really bad reviews. I knew this place would be good. From the moment I walked in the place looked high class and the people were high class. I self pay and the prices seemed fair. They really go above and beyond compared to other places that treat you like a cash cow.

This place awesome. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Emily was great great, they definitely make you comfortable. Dr. Pathak also was great, super informative which isn’t really my speed but if you wanna know all the information, she’s definitely the person you want to speak with. I would highly recommend this location to anybody for your skin care needs.
