I was recently looking to switch salons and found Cheyna on Instagram (@cheynamackenzie if you want to see her work) and I went in for a cut and balayage color. I was nervous at first but omg she did AMAZING. She talked me through what I wanted in both the cut and color and shared some recommendations without pushing anything on me. I felt like I was in good hands the moment I was in her chair which made me feel at ease & enjoy the experience of her and the salon more. She was so easy going and easy to talk to idk why I was even nervous honestly lol My color is fantastic (I did balayage) and well blended & the cut looks so good. Ahhh!! I can’t say enough good things. 🥰

First time going to Southside Salon and the place is great! The location is good and very quiet neighborhood. Also, very clean and organized. My hair is always done with Marcelo, who is amazing! Haven’t dyed my hair in a couple of years and he treated my hair really nice and the result is amazing! Loving it! Thanks Marcelo! 😊

I had an incredible experience at Southside Salon! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The salon's ambiance was soothing and aesthetically pleasing, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Marcelo did an amazing job with my highlights; He exceeded my expectations and left me feeling like I had finally come back to life!

It was a great experience, the salon is beautiful and clean, the staff super friendly. I wanted to make a big change and cut over 10 inches of my hair. Marcelo was very patient and attentive and really listened to my requests, considering my hair texture and face structure for the best result. i have never received so many compliments on my hair. Either if I style it or not everyone says I look much younger, and that my new hair really suits me. I absolutely LOVE it and recommend Marcelo!

Marcelo was professional and heard all my concerns and requests with attention. My hair was a mess, I needed a haircut and to dye it blond! He did an excellent job! I’m really pleased with the final results. Not only that, he kept making sure that if for some reason I changed my mind and wanted something different, I could let him know and he would be available. I highly recommend Marcelo. You can be sure that the job will be done with excellence, and the ambiance has a great vibe!

Have been going to Stef at Southside for about 8 years. Stef does my color, haircuts and Brazilian blowouts. She does an amazing job in every way! Besides that she is super sweet and makes you feel so comfortable while you’re in her chair. So happy to have found her!

I went to this salon to meet Jen who is going to install beaded extensions and highlights to my existing thin but coarse hair. She not only made the process easy for me but gave me the confidence I was lacking to be the best woman I can be. I would highly recommend southside salon for any of your hair needs.

Erin has been styling and highlighting my hair since we were fortunate to find her in 2012! She now does my mom's and my husband's and a couple of friends when they come to town. Southside Salon has a wonderful group of stylists that provide a perfect atmosphere for all their clients. They have especially been tentative through all the regulations...but the Salon is always impeccably clean. A must visit!

Great salon. Everyone here is friendly and Megan and Stefani are amazing with cuts and color. They're also great at fixing color. I see people here all the time leaving happy because a color mistake someone else made was corrected. If you want great hair, see my girls at Southside. You won't be sorry.

I drive from north county - in traffic - just to get my hair cut from Keara! She truly understands curly hair and I have never had a better hair cut...every time! She also is so great to chat with and really cares about her clients!

I had never heard of Southside Salon until my long time stylist, Keara Porter, moved here and it is the best salon she's ever worked from! Everyone here is so nice and friendly. It never feels awkward to talk to the other stylists. I highly recommend Keara or anyone from the Southside Salon!

This is the most beautiful solan I've ever been too. Super clean and super friendly people! My mom, my sister and I all see the amazing stylist, Keara. I've been going to her for all my hair needs over the past few years and I've known her personally for over 17 years. She's amazing all around. I couldn't have been happier with all the services I've received from Keara: cuts, color and extensions! Loved them all! I don't trust anyone else with my hair. Loyal and happy customer!!!
