Worst pedicure and manicure I've ever had - and it cost me $75. The pedicure ended up being two different colours on each foot due to not applying the same number of coats to each foot. The big right toe also chipped off the following day. I asked for a manicure with no polish but it turned out looking completely the same if not worse, and they still charged me $20 for the 'manicure' alone. This entire thing cost me $75 not including any kind of tip. Extremely disappointed.

Not a good experience here at all. I usually love getting a pedicure but my pedicure was not relaxing at all as I was cut twice during the process because the lady was watching someone else do something as she was cutting my nails. My feet are now very swollen and my toes are red. I also watched them put the tools they used back in packaging so they aren’t new tools every time.

I went to them for a simple manicure and brow wax while my tech was out of town. I’m confident neither the guy or girl who perform my respective services has had any professional training. He damaged my cuticles, which I noticed immediately. When I flinched he laughed and sort of shook his head mocking me. They proceeded to talk amongst themselves in their language while laughing. It was obvious whatever they were saying wasn’t something they would’ve dared to say in any language I could understand. He skipped multiple steps thereafter & charged me $30. No top coat, nothing. Later that night the area he damaged became inflamed and by the morning I’d developed an abscess despite bandaging it immediately. It wasn’t until I left the shop and got in my car that I noticed the girl took a significant amount off of the end of my left brow. Awful quality work. Awful cleanliness. Awful pricing. Awful customer service. I advise anyone considering this place to spend their money on StyleSeat. Better quality work and customer service at far more reasonable prices. If you do go here, be sure to WATCH them carefully to ensure they’re using properly sterilized tools. Be knowledgeable about the service you’re paying for because they do cut corners & lock in a price before agreeing to the service. It’s as if the owners allowed their nieces and nephews to squat there and scam anyone they can out of whatever money they can. That’s the only explanation I can come up with to explain the abject lack of professionalism, cavalier attitude toward basic hygiene, and lack of training. Be careful!

Today was the worst experience for me. I visited for nail removal, and after a 15-20 minute wait, my nail was soaked in acetone while the technician attended to another client. Unfortunately, my hand remained in acetone for 25 minutes, causing discomfort and a burning sensation. The technician couldn't complete my service as she had started another client at the same time. Consequently, my hands became red and dry. In the attached photo, you can see all the colors have been removed, and it's evident that no additional time was necessary for removal, but she wanted to keeping my hands in acetone for more time. Additionally, I experienced rude behavior from one of the employees.

Stopped in on a whim after reading some reviews looking for a new place to go. Helen took of my original dip nails and did a new set that are 100x better than what I had. Pedicure was also amazing, my feet were visibly soft!

Great relaxing experience (pedicure). Helen was wonderful and the bottom of my feet are so soft. The place is small so I would normally overlook but thank goodness I gave them a shot.

I love this nail salon! They are dedicated to their customers. They stay open late just to make sure you get your services done. I love Sophia because she does a great job on my nails. I would definitely recommend this nail salon.

This is a lovely salon. The staff are very friendly and took us right away without an appointment. They all did a good job, had lots of beautiful colours to choose from, and were reasonably priced. Everything was clean and sterile. The instruments came out of sterilise bags that dentists use. Lastly, they were reasonably priced to which goes a long way. I would definitely come back here again.

This is my first time here, honestly I liked how calm and nice the staff was but besides that my foot massage didn’t last long or anything but I think it’s because I didn’t pick one so they by default gave me the minimum cost off. They painted my nail but I don’t think gel nails should be $40 but that’s just me . Overall I may come back again for my feet but go somewhere else for my finger nails

I scheduled an appointment since i have a bussy day. they still don’t see me on time until they finish doing the one they were doing. What’s the point of making an appointment? respect people time and if you are taking appointment try to to go above 5-10 mins after...they did mine 25mins after i was waiting

I tried to explain that I needed gentle services due to the state of my previous full set, and was given a completely dismissive "oh well" and "we don't do that here" attitude. Don't go if you care about nail health or quality service/customer care. It was also the fact that while the two gentlemen were trying to understand my situation, the lady *Helen* turned her head from me as if to dismiss what I was attempting to explain, and in order to let me know that what I was saying DID NOT MATTER to her. Her undertones were clear, I will not ever be back.
