On a busy Saturday night at 1030pm, my bf and I were able to walk-in and get massages. Reflexology for me, body for him. An hour each, $120 total w/ credit card (cheaper w/cash). If you haven’t had reflexology before, you’re fully clothed and essentially spend the entire time on a fancy lazyboy. There may or may not be people seated immediately next to you (2 people joined my room part way though but it was only mildly distracting for a minute). You pull your pant legs up like a pedicure then for first 10-15min, you’re sitting with feet soaking and get a shoulder, neck massage. Then you lounge almost flat on the comfy chair for an epic foot massage including toes and calves for the rest of the time. They are not gentle (though I supposed you could ask) but effective! This was slightly different from reflexology treatments I’ve had in Chicago where isn’t maybe 30-40 min reflexology then 20-30 over the clothes full body but great! BF’s regular massage was just that. Not a “spa” but perfect for the price, service, and convenience.

I had 60 minute full body massage and 60 minute foot massage for $110 both and both were amazing. Don't expect any frills and you'll get the best massage of your life.

I had an amazing experience at 32 Spa in Manhattan. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. The staff was very friendly, and my therapist, Ivan, was exceptional. He made sure to focus on my problem areas and used just the right pressure to relieve all my tension. I received a [type of massage, e.g., deep tissue, Swedish] massage, and it truly left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly personalized and effective massage experience. I will definitely be returning!

I’ve been to many massage places in a similar price range and have never had as terrible as an experience as I did at SPA 32. I went for a massage around 9pm and my masseuse fell asleep and took short breaks in the middle of the massage. It’s not worth spending your money here, even with its convenient location in k-town.

Amazing massage, love the free hot stone. Owen is the best, definitely ask for him. Foot massage is very good almost completely flat seats. $50 for an hour or $60 for bodywork

We’ve been to this place a couple of times and it’s always ok. Today as we left we handed each of our masseuses a few notes each (around $10). The lady on the reception desk told us we needed to tip more. How she even knew how much we had tipped I don’t understand… but she was insistent that we should tip more. We didn’t. I don’t think we will return again either.

We recently took full body spa here in New York - me and my sister I wouldn’t recommend it for girls as they said they only have a girl and a guy mousse available after we paid, he was appropriate and didn’t miss behave however the male mousse was also not comfortable and it limited the massage experience that a girl mousses gave to the other one of us. Later we took a facial also and the girl Emily was good but the other girl was too occupied with other salon activities that half of the time she was out of the room and wasted time but just being on calls not worth 70$, later when we were leaving they forced us to give them tip of 10$ per hour per person, we took total 3 hours of service by already paying 200$ each and on top they wanted us to pay more 30-50$ to individual person who gave service it was late and they were 4 people it was scary for us to leave the place and it is completely not worth to pay so much for not a five star service…. Don’t go alone it’s creepy plus for girls it’s better to take girl mousse as a male wouldn’t give proper back massage and will put too much pressure, also they don’t understand English so its difficult to understand and make them understand whatever you looking for, we wanted leg massage more since you know New York is all about walking but eventually we didn’t get that service as they were more focused on upper body massage even after telling them repeatedly that we want leg massages.The worst was for them to force us to pay 30$ tip each person that was like total 90$ , bro I could take another massage for that amount. Not recommended for girls specially for safety issues. Not gonna go again.

Owen gave a very professional and thorough massage in a clean and quiet room away from the noise of the front desk area. All the staff that spoke to me were nice and helpful. Price point is very good. Will definitely go back.

I went February 6th ti get a full body massage, I asked the guy to be soft on my shoulders and neck because it was hurting when he was giving massage and he keep doing a super rough /hard massage, & my left shoulder and left side of the neck are in pain for the past 2months, can’t even sleep due to pain, every night is worsted … I’ll go to my doctor tomorrow to see what’s happening. 😩

Great spot to get a foot massage. Hubby & I came in at 830pm & got taken right away. We each got a foot massage & loved it. It was $50 per person for one hour so $100 for both of us. It’s a clean spacious spa with lots of rooms for both body & foot massages. Definitely worth it your in the area & want to treat yourself.

Came here Sunday for a foot massage—we called ahead to see availability for two people and they were available. Foot massage for 30 mins was $35—pretty reasonable price, and it was great! Felt relaxed and the masseuse did an amazing job!

DON’T GO… the woman in the reception ask mandatory with bad attitude for the tip, I said is suggesting and she screamed to means said “I need cash $10 tip now for every hour“ I give because I don’t want a problem but she was so rude with me. I am very disappointed. Also she talk so high and don’t care people is in a massage. And the girls get out talking we the new clients come in and leave you alone and don’t give that time back. Also the same woman to ask for the tip she go and screaming in the door rush the girls to finish soon because is a new client waiting. No good place, I never go again, sorry for the girls work in the place but this Chine Women and no good person no good professional.

I was actually very pleased with my massage here. Rates were cheap, staff was friendly and my masseuse had real technique. I get massages regularly and this was not the worst by any means. I would come back as they were very professional and at a good value.

I was greeted so warmly. I suggest paying in cash. I got a 1 hour full body massage with hot stones. Followed with a facial, both by Sasa. She was ahhhmazing!! All my blackheads are gone, lol 😆 😂! Very relaxing, even her voice was very calming. Awesome experience! Will definitely go back!

The masseuse tried to sell extra service to me like heels skin care , back cupping etc. but I didn’t buy. The masseuse didn’t want to massage my heels because she said the skin on my heels were thick and would cut her hands. Well, I felt hurt because I thought my heels were smooth. They required a $4 credit card fee for a $ 50 massage when I was checking out. I still left $5 tip even though my good heels weren’t got any massage but they said they needed $10

Wasted money and time. Came in for a foot massage. My massage therapist was on her phone throughout the whole massage. Her phone was placed with screen facing her and every minute she would pick it up and text with someone, while continuing to give me a lackluster massage with her only available hand. It was just random light rubbing up and down my foot. It was terrible. I'm typically very easy going and I'm not quick to raise a fuss. I'm also very sympathetic to people who work hard physical jobs for long hours. So it really takes a lot for me to get upset about things like this. But honestly, it was like 90% of the time she was on her phone. After 25 minutes of this nonsense, I cut my hour massage to half an hour. She quickly stood up, wiped my feet from the oil and that was it. At the front desk the host asked me if everything was okay. I told her I was disappointed and explained I would have done the full hour, but it seemed my therapist had something important to deal with on her phone. The host replied. "I'm sorry. Maybe next time try someone else". Although this place is conveniently located for me and I would have likely been a frequent customer, I will not be returning.

Wow! Heading home after tough week of work and I wanted a massage before my travels. Stopped in at 9:30 am Sunday morning. They got me in and I had one of the best massages ever. The practitioner had great hand and really found the tight spots and helped them to release. Will visit again.

Great massages! I've been here three times: twice for an hour foot massage and once for a 90 minute massage (60 back, 30 foot). Each time, the foot massage was so relaxing that I fell asleep! Great technique, nice facilities with plenty of rooms, reasonable prices, they have an atm there if you want to use cash (there's an extra fee to use cards) and quality service. I left feeling refreshed and willing to come back!

The massage therapist stepped out of the room 5-6 different times to answer the phone or attend to walk in customers. No extra time was awarded for this. She also rolled a muscle over in my neck against the grain of the muscle tissue leaving me in pain today. To top it off as I was leaving she said “ excuse me, but you didn’t leave a tip”. Not wanting to leave feeling in conflict, I regrettably awarded her an extra $10.

This place is in a no frills building, simple decor. The service --- GREAT healing massage... best foot reflexology work... and really nice therapists.
