They are beyond rude and always demand more tip. When you don't give them more they get nasty. Today they purposely gave me the wrong change and pocketed extra money. I will never go back there again and I was a loyal customer.

Affordable and good massage and conveniently located! The lady walks on your back (I believe you have to request it) and it feels like heaven! This is a spot you go to have a low key but good quality massage 10/10

La Masajista exige la propina como si fuera mandatoria, le dejé una propina acorde al trabajo hecho y fue muy grosera con su reclamo de qué eso era muy poco.

Regresé por segunda vez, pero me sorprendió muy negativamente que a pesar de haber dejado una propina del 20%. La Masajista me reclamó que era muy poco. Cuando el Masaje estuvo bien, pero no fue nada extraordinario. Después del reclamo no vuelvo a regresar a este lugar. He visto que hay otras opiniones Con una situación similar.

The place carefully hides the fact on the website that credit card and cash prices are different. Secondly, the tip was pre-applied and the front desk lady says "minimum 15%". If that is the rule, I would appreciate the tip being charged after the service rather than before. Masseur was friendly but twisted the ankle a total 90 degrees suddenly which took a few days to heal. I am not going to return to Spa45.

Got a couples massage and reflexology with my husband here recently. The massage itself was good, although they kind of rushed us into the room and I wasn’t even under the sheet yet when the masseuse barged into the room. I was thinking about coming here again, but when we were paying and I left a 20% tip (our total was 200$, so I gave 40$), the masseuse said “is this for one person or for two?” I was really shocked and she was clearly trying to shame me into paying more, but I said that it’s for two. Then she grimaced while holding the two 20$ I gave her with her fingertips and shaking them next to her face and said “well that is a bit…”, I didn’t hear what was the rest of the sentence as she trailed off. I don’t think I’ll be coming back there after that or recommend it to a friend.

This was just ok. I’m not positive that the masseuse was good. Not sure if I’ll return, I live close by so maybe. I had no issues with the tip.

Bad service. After I paid for an hour they tried to force me to tip before I even got to the chair. They usually let me tip after(went twice before) I don't like being forced to tip, and pay an up charge before I get service. Can't even reason with them because they don't speak English.

I got full body and my son got foot massage. Full body included them walking on my legs and back, but it was a great massage. Foot reflexology was deep and took the ache out of tired and sore feet.

Ok so I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience was so uncomfortable that I have to share. First of all my masseuse’s name was Andy. I’ve been to him at least 3x before and never had this experience. However yesterday when I went I was very uncomfortable. I booked a full back massage & when it came time to adjust my underwear to massage the lower back… he pulled my panties alllll the way down below my Butt. Then when he started massaging…his hands went so deep into the inside of the crack of my Butt that I was like “woahhh “in my head. I didn’t say anything at first cause I didn’t want to seem dramatic, but then I felt like his hands kept getting closer and closer to my private parts. Then he asked me “ you ok ?” Then I said “ can you stay up here” and pointed to the top of my butt. Then when I turned around to massage the front… first he stated off with scalp. Then he made his way to my ears.. literally fondling the insides of ear. Again in my head I was like “ this is weird but ok”. Thennn as he’s massaging my neck … his hands makes his way under the towel I had covering my breast & he started massaging my breast. Literally touching my nipples. Out of all of the MANY massages I’ve had in my life I’ve never had a masseuse touch my Breast. He even said “ oh “ and laughed cause he felt my nipple piercings. I left that massage confused & wondering if I was actually violated or was I being dramatic. After processing this massage 24 hours later Im sure that all of that was inappropriate . Never going back !

I specifically asked for neck and shoulder massage ONLY. But not sure which part of my english “they” didn’t understand. Oh well!,… i still love my massage anyway. Still going back coz they’re incredibly nice to me. Hope next time they do my shoulder! Badly needed that kneading there :(

Just had a great 1hour body massage that included hot stones. The staff all seem very professional, and the place has a calming atmosphere. I was a walk in, but was told it’s better to make an appointment, which I will be sure to do when I go back. Prices are very reasonable and there was no pressure to tip, but leave a good one, they work hard.

The lady was really not that great. On a $30 reflexology, she refused to give my change back and demanded a $10 tip. Not the way to run a business.

They did wonderful couple's massage. I left 20% tip and they got aggressive and in my face, then demanded a 50% tip. Which is insane. I will not be visiting this place again. Please beware.

This tip thing is no joke. Lol. First an up charge for using a credit card. I added a 10% on the up charge and she kept insisting it was supposed to be $10. We kept asking where does it say that? She pointed to a sign - we didn’t see anything there then she lifted a sign on top of it and it was there as a suggestion. And like the others she said ‘I did a good job for you!’ It was a nice massage but nothing over the top. They need to announce the ‘mandatory tip’ first. See the pictures.

Great value! Very clean and it is my go to spot for a massage. Depends on who you get on the massage quality but so far they are all pretty good. It’s important to be vocal on your needs or you won’t get the right massage. This spot is legit otherwise.

The massage lady asked for a "big tip" because my muscles were "very tense." I called her out and she said she was just joking. Then she said "add 30 minutes more" to the massage. At this point I thought I was being nickle-and-dimed. Moreso, she pushed cupping for 25 dollars more. I refused, and she said "dont be so cheap." At the end, I gave her her tip annoyed that I felt she was just pushing for more money. She quipped: you make money, you spend money, enjoy life!
