There are many massage therapists who claim to offer these services, but few with her level of knowledge and experience. I had just returned from Houston after surgery, was still draining, and worried about my incisions closing. Without hesitation, she opened her schedule for me on a Sunday—before we had even met. That kind of dedication and willingness to help speaks volumes about her character. Her guidance on fajas and her extensive knowledge about lipo and BBL recovery have been invaluable to me. She even helped drain my seromas, saving me the hassle of driving all the way back to Houston. My results have been amazing! For years, I’ve been a devoted client of Amber’s, beginning back when she ran Unwind Massage in Austin. Like many small businesses, Unwind faced challenges during COVID and had to close its doors. When the world began to reopen, Amber persevered, launching Spa 512 in Round Rock and eventually relocating to East Austin, where she continues to provide exceptional service. Amber’s talent is unmatched—I’ve had countless massages and post-surgical drainage sessions with her, and every single one has been incredible. The rave reviews she receives are well-earned because Amber truly is extraordinary. However, I feel compelled to address a recent review from someone using the name “A RDH.” In December 2025, this individual posted on the wrong business page about an event that allegedly occurred over four years ago. They even acknowledged in their review, “It been so long.” Yes, it has—COVID happened in 2020. As a small business owner myself, I know how damaging misplaced or inaccurate reviews can be to someone’s reputation. Publicly misrepresenting facts about a business is not only unfair but potentially harmful. Let’s do better, A RDH.

I was gifted a $150 gift certificate to use with Amber back when she was the owner of Unwind Massage and Skincare. Then due to covid, I was never able to use the gift card (I understand because of the circumstances). The. I reached out to Amber and she told me she’s at Ann Webb Skin Clinic. She messaged me back once promised me she could honor the gift card amount towards any service there, but since she just ghosted me, never replied me back. Very unprofessional. It been so long, I consider that money to charity. But now I see she’s a new owner of a different (name) spa. I’m very disappointed of her dishonest behavior. I tried to support local businesses but because of this experience I would never recommend any of my coworkers friends to this place, in fact, be aware when you decide to buy a gift certificates with her.

I will say that coming to Amber for my post surgery massages has been a game changer. After getting surgery with Dr. Jung (Jung Money) I visited 7 places in San Antonio to continue my post recovery lymphatic massages and I was so disappointed with every place I went. After contacting Dr. Jung, he recommended Amber. It came to see her and my results have been amazing! I’m willing to drive from San Antonio to see her because she is truly the best! I came to her East Austin Location so is easy access to the freeway. I would recommend her work to anyone! Her place is clean and welcoming, so relaxing and she has all the equipment to make a post Op person be comfortable for massages. She uses different techniques depending on what she determines you need. She is amazing!!! So glad I found her!

When I arrived to my appointment no one acknowledged me when I came in and Waited in the front that didn’t make me feel the most welcomed. My fiancé booked me a prenatal massage, this is my 2nd pregnancy and I’ve gotten a lot of massages with my first one. They always had a tummy pillow for mom to lay on her belly, they didn’t provide that at this location so I had to be on my side, she tried to make me as comfortable as possible but it would have been helpful if that information was knowledgeable while booking. The massage it self was great , was a little uncomfortable on my side but I made it work. He booked for an 1hr and 30min appointment, my appointment was at 2:15pm I arrived at 2:08pm she didn’t start massage me until 2:20pm and stopped at 3:45pm so I was shorted 5minutes. I wish I would have gotten my full time.

I can’t say enough great things or recommend Spa 512 enough! I went for post-surgical massage and was so impressed with all the treatment types and options Amber has to provide the best possible post-surgical results. She always goes above and beyond to ensure you get a great result, look/feel amazing after she’s worked on you, and are comfortable with what’s she’s doing. Totally worth the drive (I’m in south Austin) and I’ll be referring people for post-surgical and non-surgical massage treatments. She’s incredible and so knowledgeable and kind!

I was searching for a massage therapist several months ago for both relaxation and lingering sports/overuse injuries to my hip and back. I also work at a desk all day M-F and am a single Mom. So, focusing on self-care should be higher in my list! Amber made me feel comfortable from the time she answered my call for my first massage appointment and has done so ever since! My blood pressure drops every time I walk in and I always leave feeling relaxed, de-stressed, rejuvenated and recalibrated! She makes sure to personalize each experience and her calm, caring, personable and empathetic demeanor ensure she is there to help and serve you as her client each time! Today, I actually had a gift card to use for my 40th birthday and opted for 1/2 massage, 1/2 facial and I’m so glad I incorporated the facial today as well as both were amazing and surpasses any expectations! So, if it’s massage therapy or a facial or both that you need, I highly highly recommend Amber and Spa 512! I will continue to be a client as I feel she is completely invested and genuinely cares about my self-care and well being and I imagine all clients would echo that sentiment!

I’ve been going to Amber for massage for years. She is very professional and friendly! I can always truly relax during the session. Due to the nature of my job, I sit in front of the computer a lot and my neck and shoulder are usually pretty stiff. Massage with amber helps me feel stretched after each session. Five stars!!

My skin was in some desperate need of help and she knew exactly what to do to make my dull, dry, yet still broken out skin feel fresh and revived! She is very thorough and helps give so many extra tips for aftercare, and you can tell she is very experienced in her work. amber did an amazing job! i had a hard time communicating what i felt and needed, but she asked me about my lifestyle and found the knots without me even saying where i thought they were! she even incorporated stretching. it felt really custom and personable. i highly recommend.
