Victoria is amazing, she will literally sculpt your lips and it’s so accurate on the placement of fillers. Ive been seeing her for about 2 years and I definitely recommend her 💯. Can’t wait to visit her again.

This place has gone downhill since new ownership took over a couple months ago. Sounds like they “walked into a mess” is what they’re stating. Due to this, they have started to interrogate customers if they are unable to find the transactions of packages purchased. I purchased my laser packages back in November 2023. I had a total of 2 sessions left. I was schedule to go in today for one of those and last night I received a text and voicemail from Matthew (the new owner) asking me for proof of this purchase from over a year ago and asked me to call him back. I called him back, which when he answered was SO unprofessional. Answered like a was a random girl hitting him up and was very stand-offish .. almost offended I called him until I reminded him he texted and called me first. Extremely unprofessional. When I stated I don’t know if I have those receipts due to it being so long and that I have multiple cards/don't know what card it's on and possibly it could be on a card I don’t have anymore, I received the comment of “well that’s too bad” and then started the interrogation that they believe people have bought Groupons in the past and never gave the code, in the end getting free sessions. He continued to push that I must provide documentation and if I don’t then that will be “too bad” in a very condescending tone. Hinting that I am frauding them in someway and that he doesn't believe I purchased these sessions. 1. I haven’t used Groupon for anything in over 5 years. 2. I bought these packages plus facials and eyebrow tints during the holiday special they were having and it was purchased over the phone. If there was anything happening on the “other end” I’m not aware of it. Money was taken out, my packages were bought, and I’ve been using the sessions this past year. 3. They switched systems so where you could go and look at your purchase history/use to be able to make appointments, it's no longer available. So I can't even pull up my past appointments because they changed systems... so, what is a customer suppose to do? The phone conversation was hostile and very uncomfortable. He made multiple comments hinting that I’m up to no good and when I pushed back reminding him that I am a customer, that what he's doing is not professional, and that I've sent many people to this spa in the past (not anymore) and have been a long time customer purchasing multiple different packages. He then just said they would see me tomorrow. I went into my appointment today to be met by the wife of the owner (who are investors in this company and look to be now doing the admin work) who continued with the interrogations, even after I showed text proof from the staff back in November 2024 acknowledging when I made the purchase and how many sessions I had left, the dates they were used, etc. (back in November we were trying to see how many sessions I had left since I bought 3 packages) Well after this interrogation.. she then was the one who did my laser! To say I felt uncomfortable is an understatement. I guarantee you she has no experience or schooling of any sorts to be working with that laser. She is an investor. I question if she’s a licensed aesthetician. She didn't pull up my profile to see what "settings" we've been using. I barely felt anything, which it should be getting more intense since we're at the end of my packages. It was a half-a$$ session I have one session left and will not be returning. If you buy a company and walk into a mess, you don’t go interrogating the customers. That is not OUR fault there was “behind the scene” issues happening that you’re now uncovering. A man should not be running a spa, especially someone with zero experience or background in this type of area. One of the investors should not be running the laser.. this is a recipe for a lawsuit. And you should not be interrogating your customers due to the “mess” you walked into. That’s how you lose clients! Which I am now one of them. It’s not what it once was. Many lifelong customers are leaving, many employees are leaving. Stay clear of this spa.

This spa makes you pay for services and does not provide you with your due treatment. The business is incredibly unprofessional and states that they can refuse to provide treatments bought from Spa 7 to customers. The way they treat their customers is ridiculous and very disrespectful. Definitely do not recommend coming to this spa unless you would like to face such problems.

Staff is always great. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I’ve done different services with them. Victoria is a great injector, really takes the time to listen to what you want the results to be. Dialma is great with laser, fast and efficient. The scheduling platform makes it really easy to move around appointments if necessary.

They have a man taking calls for laser hair removal appointments today. I told him the body part I need lasered for my appt tomorrow and he replies “are you sure? that’s usually what a man gets”. ….. what kind of service is this? Soooooooooooo inappropriate and disappointing. Been coming here for over a year and never had issues before. Not sure why they have untrained staff now

I had my first visit at Spa 7 today and have to say - I am truly impressed! I saw Ekko for my microblading and Victoria for tox and lips and all three services came out better than I expected. Everyone at this business is super friendly, kind and expert at their craft. Highly recommend taking advantage of their monthly specials!

Had a great 1st experience getting Botox from Victoria. I always get 50-60 units on my masseter but she said I don’t need that much and recommended 40 units. They also have a really cute waiting area with drinks.

My lashes only ever lasted 3 or 4 days. It was hard justifying $100/mo for lashes that only lasted me the weekend. 3 stars because the facility is beautiful, clean and convenient on s lamar. Girls who work there are sweet.

I booked an eyelash appointment with Samantha through Groupon and had a terrible time. It wasn’t because of her but the overall experience. I came in behind a blonde woman who was offered drinks or other refreshments but the lady at the desk just told me to sit and wait without offering me anything. Then, once the eyelash appointment starts I am laying down on a bed with 3 other woman in the room who were having other services done and they were just loudly talking the whole time. I love getting my eyelashes done because of the relaxing experience as well but this was not it at all! I couldn’t concentrate on anything besides these ladies conversation, talking about their intimate personal life details which I did not care to hear such as how they’re hiring “ the help” from the countries. My eyelashes were fine I guess and I know that it’s partially my fault since my eyelashes were kinda damaged from all the lash extensions I’ve had so I understand but for the time I was there, an hour and a half, I thought the results would be better. She gave me some suggestions for repairing my damaged eyelashes so that’s nice atleast. When I left I just asked for one of those nice drinks that were offered to everyone else but me ( blueberry topo Chico). Overall, terrible experience and will never set foot in this “spa” again.

I came in for the first time for a signature facial ($125 + tip). The facial itself was fine, and the staff was friendly. However the booking website says the facial is 1 hr. Their website says 45 min, and my actual facial lasted 30 min. I didn't find the room particularly relaxing (lots of light) and my esti spoke about memberships, add ons, products, and more services to try on my next visit. I understand that's their job and I don't mind it to some extent but I just wanted to enjoy what I was already paying for. I got a second membership spiel as I was checking out, which again, fine to some extent but I noticed as I left it was only 2:05 and my appt was at 1:30pm. So, for $150 i'd probably go somewhere that isn’t pushing memberships while cutting service time in half.

This spa is the place! Friendly receptionist. Keeping up with that perfect glow with their great skin care products for every skin type. They have the best prices for Botox!!, Facials to die for, and so much more. Super clean throughout. Cozy comfortable lounge area. Definitely recommend Spa 7.

I was really hoping for better - I purchased a Hydrafacial through Groupon. I arrived at 12:27 for my 12:30 appt and waited for a couple of minutes, then was shown around the spa for a few mins. By the time I was changed and ready, it was about 12:38. The facial was totally finished by 1:10. That's a 30 minute facial??? The facial was good and Marisol was good but really, 30 mins?!? It says 1 hour on the website and when I purchased it, it did not say 'express' facial. I realize I got a good deal and I wanted to try the hydrafacial for my first time but this was not a complete facial. I have asked friends who have had them (not at Spa 7) and they says theirs are at least 1 hour, usually a bit longer and they do not have add-ons or anything like that. It was disappointing and I won't be returning.

Alexa is the best. She’s thorough, quick and effective with laser. She made me feel so comfortable. This spa is easy to schedule online and appointments are on time. The interior is clean and luxurious. Location is convenient and parking is easy. The staff was quick to reply to my questions.

I had the Age Rewind Firming Facial with Brenda. What I love about this specific facial treatment is that it tightens up skin, is anti aging, helps with fine line wrinkles, and is great for hydration. Post facial she left my skin feeling revitalized and refreshed! I notice a difference in my appearance as the facial softened up my fine lines and wrinkles. Spa 7 offers the finest customer service and treatments in town hands down!

I would not return to this place for eyelash extensions. I went here in a pinch as my typical spot was fully booked out. Spa7 charges $285 for a FULL set of HYBRID and spent LESS than an hour on my lashes. Seems very out of integrity. Extremely disappointing. No wonder they’re Groupon.

If you want the smoothest/silkiest face… then get the “Facelift Facial” with Victoria, you will not be disappointed! The tightening mask that is used left my skin feeling so good. It was so relaxing and I am already excited to book it again soon! Everyone was professional the set up is so cute with their decor and wall art it’s my new favorite spot! They have so many services that I will be booking asap!

My appointment was with Marisol Vasquez. Scheduling was very easy. I like there are available time slots after my working hours. Marisol attended to me very promptly, welcomed & greeted me to the spa since it was my first time. It’s s cute spa, atmosphere is nice & Marisol was very pleasant, patient & ready to work! She did an awesome job waxing & tinting my eye brows. Love them, saves me time in the morning when putting my make up on. I will definitely be coming back!

Spa 7 was recommended to me by a friend. When I first went in I was looking for a good facial because I was having skin issues. They did what’s called a skin visia analysis. It’s a facial scanning machine that shows problematic areas and helps the spa come up with a skin care regimen I can use at home. I left with all new skin care and a spa treatment plan that will help with check ins and keep my skin looking great. Now that I have a plan my skin has looked the best it ever has. These services can be intimidating for guys trying to find out what’s best for things that are considered beauty. I’m glad I found spa 7. I definitely recommend doing a skin scan and joining their monthly facial membership!

This has been a long time coming! I had the JLo Facial with Ashlynn and wowsa! I felt my skin was more supple & hydrated. It was relaxing as well. After this I went and purchased the JLo Facial Serum but it’s just not the same as getting it here. I also wanted to brag about Victoria for all of my injection needs. She is gentle & quick with the needles which is a huge plus because well, pain is beauty. Anyways, aside from these ladies, this place is my go to, to keep me young!

Very pleasant experience with the facial I received. My skin was left glowing and Victoria was super sweet. The ice globes were my favorite part of the experience as it cooled my skin from the peel (busy gal peel is the go to if you're short on time!)

Victoria preformed the hydrafacial on my impacted skin. Removed all the old cells from my face and and cleaned a few clogged pores. I would suggest this for any man working in a shop that has fine particles in the air that stick to to your skin and face. Victoria also explained after care of my skin to continue keeping it clean.
