I had an appointment to donate my hair for wigs for kids. It was a remarkable experience and the end result was fabulous. Staff is friendly and they take the time to do a thorough job. Will definitely return.

I visited Spa AlexAuna first time today expecting to get a professional haircut, especially since I had an important meeting. My regular stylist was on vacation, so I specifically asked for the most experienced professional to guarantee quality. I brought a photo with me and carefully explained the style I wanted. I ended up with a 15!!! minute rush - two quick shampoos, a rushed haircut and a style that barely resembled what I asked for. To make matters worse, the length was noticeably different on the left and right sides, and Jeannie didn't even check for evenness until I pointed it out. She quickly trimmed one side, but the overall result still looked sloppy and messy. For $56, I expected much more than a rushed job after which I was left disappointed and unhappy with my haircut. I regret choosing this salon and would not recommend Jeannie to anyone looking for attentive and quality service.

Terrible! Never use Jessica, unprofessional, doesn't care about the customer and wait times. Had attitude and then proceeded to destroy my hair. Apparently, she has 20 years of experience as a hair stylist. I went in with waist length hair to get my layers redone and she has no idea what she's doing, all my beautiful hair gone and was shocked to see it just under my shoulder with no layers in sight. She had to ask someone else for help after already making a mess, so disappointed, and she has no idea how to use a hair dryer to blow out/straighter. Could not style for the life of her. She needs a lot of help and training!!!!

Had a great experience this morning! Booking online was so easy, got my reminder for my appointment and very nice front desk staff. Kara was fantastic, much needed cut and blow-dry and I feel amazing and my hair looks so healthy. Their pricing is very fair, love the product line they use and will 100% be back for more.

Highly recommend Kara for a great cut including fixing a not-so-great one. She listens, suggests any tweaks given yr hair pattern, and gets right to work. A real gem in Sarasota! (So glad we found this modest = affordable!! salon)

I go see Hailey for my manicures religiously once a month. Prices are super fair and she is so fantastic. She helped me grow my broken postpartum nub nails to where there are now, within a couple visits. She’s also great at holiday nails and nail art! Bring in any photo

I paid $150 for a full weave and it didn’t lift all the way. Came back for touch up. Connie had the worse attitude and excuses with her snappy remarks. Very unprofessional!!! Grow up!. It’s my hair, this is what I see. I don’t care what she thinks! I paid and tipped well. I Drive out of town to go there and had to come back ,and then leave after feeling upset!! I’ll never go back not recommend her!! What a waste on my time and money! Shame on her!!

I switched stylists from Another salon and had been recommended to Spa Alexauna! Luckily, I found Connie who Has been my stylist ever since! She is so pleasant to work with And listens carefully to Your wishes. She will offer suggestions if asked. She brought my hair to life with cuts and color’ Thank you, Connie

The front desk girl Siobhan was very ill informed and snooty on the phone. Maybe she needs to undergo some formal training on phone etiquette. I will not be giving my business to a place who hires people like that.

AlexAuna is bright and spotless. I was gretted in a friendly manner. It is a professional and friendly salon. I had my hair styled by Connie and she was wonderful. I will return and I recommend this salon. There are no complaints. It was a relaxing experience with a resulting great hair style.

Angie and Brie worked with my hair to start the process of going from a violet black back to my natural blonde. Without even using bleach, my hair was lifted about 4 levels and has no signs of damage. I've had bad experiences with stylists before but Angie was fantastic! Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is my new go-to salon.
