Rented a room here and got a facial the first night in town and it was. We came back two days later for a massage and my locker wouldn’t open as soon as I locked it. Ended up waiting 2 hours for someone to come unlock it. I missed appointments and important meetings for work. I asked if they were planning on offering a credit and they said they could give a free facial if I wanted to come back. I asked if there could compensation from today’s service and she went and asked the director and she didn’t even come out to speak with me and said no. I took the free facial and booked it for me and a friend on Friday. I get here and they don’t know about the compensation that was offered and the director wasn’t in. I just paid it. I got a room two massages and three facials here. You would think they would take care of their return customers. The spa inside was not warm and the sauna inside wasn’t working, there’s no snacks to eat or shorts dryer, no razors with shaving cream. I won’t be returning on my next business trip.

Overall disappointing. Checked in and was brought to the locker room where they asked me if it was my first time there, I replied with yes, but they just showed me my locker did not show me around at all, no tour of the facilities or explanation. I get in my robe for my service not knowing where to go next and no employees to be found. Eventually someone comes to get me and I receive my facial. When the service was done I was really looking forward to using all the facility had to offer and ordering food by the pool. I got out of the pool and there were no towels and again no employees to request one. I drip dried for 30 min and eventually someone came out but by then I was dry. Then I went to order food but didn’t have wifi, again tried to find an employee to ask about getting on wifi to order food and couldn’t fine one! Not one outside by the pool nor inside the facility. I gave up ordering food and went to take an everything shower but couldn’t find razors. When I eventually tracked someone down probably 20 min later she informs me they are out of razors. It took me 3 showers before I finally found one not slowly dripping water and had somewhat of water pressure. After my shower with my still hairy legs and can’t find a brush for my hair, take another 20 min to track someone down again and what do you know, out of hair brushes too! All the little things that you would expect from a luxury spa and a day of pampering weren’t there. Maybe it was an off day but a very disappointing birthday celebration to say the least. And as a local, I know of plenty of fabulous spas just down the road that have never been out of basics like towels, hair brushes, razors, and employees.

Use to be my favorite place to go. The service is still great but the hydrojets have been removed from the pools. No more hydro therapy pools it's just a regular pool now. Daybeds are a bit dirty and need cleaning.

Nice spa, locals discount is great. I've been coming here for years and the spa really turned around when Magda was the manager. Unfortunately she has moved on and my visit today was just meh.. it seems like the place is kind of falling apart and there were no hair brushes or hair dryers out to use.

We came to spend a day using the facilities. The JW offers a coupon. The staff was exceptional and on point. The facilities clean. We did not book any treatments because of time constraints, but we did use the co ed pool and lounge area, steam room and showers. Nothing was missing as far as amenities. I did find the waterfall beautiful..but loud. I wasn't crazy about the view of the hotel tower....but maybe that was just me. Loved all the little details. I would have loved a full length mirror in the mens dressing room. The sinks in the men's shower rooms were the kind that sense your hand and have a short water time...so it never really got hot for shaving. Other than that..next time I'm gonna get a massage and really enjoy the place.

I went to Spa Aquae over the weekend, expecting a locals discount that was advertised. I was disappointed that the local discount is only Mon-Thurs. This needs to be better called out in the promotions. Further, I went expecting a 'cold plunge'... however, the plunge is 70-75 degrees, about the temperature of my outdoor pool. The entry charge is equivalent to that of a high end spa on the strip, but without the facility or amenities. I was hoping it to be my local 'go to' for a rejuvenation experience, but sadly, I will have to look elsewhere.

The amenities are nice. I'm glad they have stepped it up. A swimsuit ringer would be a nice touch. My only hold is the noise. It's a spa, and ladies need to treat it as that, not a day club. Z is the best masseuse. So relaxing, perfect pressure, minimal talk, and a true professional. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. The grounds are beautiful, the spa is spacious and has all the amenities - both indoor and outdoor pools, wet/dry spa, showers, and meditation room. I chose the spring renewal massage and Alanna took great care of me. Best massage of my life! I’m a local and plan on going back often.

Really disappointing. The attendants were not hospitable or helpful. Someone actually took my robe off the hook outside the sauna and threw it in the laundry with my prescription glasses in the pocket. Not very apologetic just justified it as “tidying up”. The 80 minute massage was just okay and at $300 the expectations are somewhat higher. The aqua water therapy circuit is really lax. There is no attendant assistance with timing or guidance. Some of the options were not working so it’s basically just access to the sauna and steam room and indoor hot tub. The spa has an outdoor lounge but it was too cold during our weeklong stay and they did not have any outdoor heaters.

The spa was very nice but the outdoor sauna was out of order and one of the high pressure showers was also not working. I did have a massage there and would go back again. I highly recommend Luisa Reyes. She worked on me and my back felt so much better when I left there.

My husband got me a gift certificate for Christmas to the spa. Originally it was so I could get my hair done but when I called to make an appointment, I was told that the only person they had was out of the country. So I waited and called back in February... she was still gone. I decided to book a massage instead and let me tell you it was the best! My birthday is next week and they offered me Champagne and everyone i encountered wished me a happy birthday. I booked an 80 minute CBD Vitality massage with warm stones. Ayanna was AMAZING! It had been years since I got a massage, and I had a kink in my shoulder that was really annoying but she got it out and I'm happy to say that I can now lift my arm above my head with zero issues lol. I will definitely be back and request Ayanna!

They promised me a pass to come back because the spa was under repairs. I never got the pass. The gel manicure lasted under 2 weeks. It wasn't done properly. It chipped during my cruise. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Absolutely fantastic experience and look forward to going back many, many times. Booked a couples massage as a gift for my husband, and we hung out at the spa all day. We enjoyed the separate spaces and the co-ed space to come together. Husband enjoyed the cold plunge tub as well. I took major advantage of the jacuzzi, steam sauna and meditation room. Facility was very clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries, and the staff were very friendly. My swedish massage was with Dulce and she was fabulous. She understood my needs when I told her I prefer more focus on my neck and shoulders where I hold the most tension. Husband on the other hand prefers a deep pressure massage and he absolutely loved his and the masseuse took extra care to focus on his traps and delts. There were definitely little details dueing the massage that i appreciate, including the hot towels. We will be back!

Best spot in all of vegas. You want to talk about an oasis of away from everything outside. Then you would come here to spot aqua. The inside of the spa facilities amazing. And just to sit and Lounge in the Hydra Lounge area oh my goodness. The staff was so amazing and I would definitely visit over and over and over again. Plus I think I signed up for a membership. Yeah it was one of the best local experiences I've had. Thumbs up

Had a pedicure. Ended up with a different colour on nails than expected. Was unaware or not offered any other services that the spa offered. Pool was closed I later found out. They advertise the "experience" however it really is not worth the high price you pay for.

I had several Groupons gifted to me in 2019 to use at this spa, then came COVID so I didn't obviously use them because all services like this were shut down for almost two years. I called to book my services and was told they won't honor the Groupons which they actually have to do. They don't have to honor the promotional value but they do need to honor the cash value as it "never expires". Trying to reach management is like pulling teeth. I will attempt once more. Then a letter to the state agencies who investigate these types of deceptive practices.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the spa at the JW Marriott hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The spa offers a wide range of amenities, including an outside coed cold plunge and hot wet area, as well as separate facilities for men and women. It's a nice hotel. I don't know that I feel like it's a JW as I've stayed in several others previously. Maybe it's time for some updates. A lot of nice features. Grounds are excellent, spa is fantastic, etc etc. But it's a click off from the JWS like the Marco Island.

The aesthetic of this spa is incredible! I went with my bridesmaids for a bachelorette and they made sure to treat our group so well, including little presents! We all relaxed the day away and loved all of the hydrotherapy pools, the deluge worked out all the knots on my neck, and the outdoor jacuzzi felt so nice but not overwhelmingly hot. Getting in touch with events was rough at first and I needed to send several emails to get a response, as they were switching staff around, but once we got there it was an incredible experience!

The service was quite nice and the therapist was knowledgeable (i received a body scrub). We enjoyed the pool, the steam (great that it was so hot) and plunges. I am also a local and appreciated the locals discount For that price point we hoped the amenities would be better such as: They only offered small bottled water and very generic tea/coffee and bagged trail mix. Some fresh fruit would be nice. All of the curling irons were very old and one that was normal curl size was broken. Blow dryers very outdated and weak. They need to offer facial lotion, cotton swabs and makeup puffs to compete with surrounding full service spas. Also a HUGE disappointment was the spa goer who decided to have a lengthy conversation on speaker phone while sitting in the indoor jacuuzi and THEN had the audacity to start vaping! It would have been nice for the staff to say something.

This is a really tough review. There was so much I loved about this spa but a few little things they just don't quite get right. I had a pedicure and the girlfriend got a massage. Both services were excellent and the prices were pretty fair for Vegas. The front desk attendant, Jasmine, was insanely friendly. Facilities are very nice and unlike many spas most items seemed to be working (none of the outside pool relaxation jets worked, didn't seem they had for a while). It was also REALLY nice to have access to an outdoor co-ed private pool, co-ed steam room and co-ed sauna. Facilities were kept clean as well. I really, really, really loved the spa. The issue for me was the little things. The small touches like no iced towels. No snacks at all. No drinks except water and a coffee/tea maker. When I inquired, they said they ran out of juice and snacks. This is a pretty large company, surely someone could run out and grab some trail mix and some bananas and some OJ. We were spending quite a bit of time in the spa that day, basic snacks seems common, even at much less nice places. The other issue for my gf was that the other women in her side were extremely noisy and were on their phones and the staff did nothing. We have never seen a spa that allows cell phones outside of locker or lounge area and most spas will make other patrons quiet down. It's supposed to be a place to wind down and relax. Not another place to party, there's plenty of spaces in Vegas to be loud and crazy. The thing is, all the negatives are EASY fixes to make this a top 5 spa in Vegas. I'd highly recommend it if they could fix their few flaws. But those little things make a BIG difference.

What a mess. I have been waiting for this spa to get their act together since the first time I enjoyed it several years ago. The jet therapy alcoves in the small outside salt water pool were such a great idea. But the spa is the last place where Marriott is currently expending any money or effort. It used to have 2 jacuzzis and a small cold dip pool in the women's lounge area. The same 3 are there but only one small one is used as a jacuzzi and it was lukewarm, dirty and deteriorating. Only a few of the therapy jets worked in the outside pool and it was cold. There are other amenities that didn't work either. Deluge shower now has a sign on it saying that the water is recirculated. That kind of sounds like a health code violation. Oddly I guess, I came home and quickly developed a 99.9 fever and I've been sick for 24-hours. This is not a relaxing space at all. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Decided to try out a different day spa with my friend on Saturday. Experience started ok few of their facilities were not working, however we each had a few treatments. After our treatments we were hopeful to relax by the spa pool and get some food and drinks, however all of the loungers were occupied. I asked the spa manager Deon if we could use one of the "day beds" to which he said there was a fee. I then explained that we didn't want one, however there was no place to sit. He said no, but did offer a discount of $100. I explained again that we just spent $800 on services, and that we really just wanted a place to sit and grab some food. He offered the concrete pool deck. Really disappointed for a few reasons, most notably we are Vegas locals and were hopeful to be return customers. Another manager called after we left very disappointed and offered 2 day passes. We declined and will not be back. Its always interesting how companies will offer more to upset customers rather that just offering a place for us to sit and eat.

For a girls day we decided to visit Spa Aquae and had a great experience! We arrived early to enjoy the amenities, Sarina greeted and gave us robes and sandals as we entered the spa. She was always nearby to help and answer any questions. The atmosphere at the spa was tranquil and relaxing. The spa itself was very well maintained and clean. The hot sauna (can change the temp) was my favorite amenity but we all enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor pool. Sarina gave us a head's up to gather about 10 minutes before being taken up to the spa waiting area on the second floor. Dulce was my massage therapist for the day, I requested a Sweet Mandarin Body Gommage followed by a Full-Body Massage. I've had quite a few massages and this one was by far the best. She knew exactly what she was doing and took the time to work on specific areas where I had awful knots. We communicated well and she is all around a great person! I will definitely be coming back. PS: There is an outdoor bar a short walk from the outdoor circuit pool where you can bring beverages and food back. Fun side note: One of us actually works for the company who did the demo and remodel of the indoor pools and they are known for doing great work!

Prior to our booking I attempted to call several times, went to voicemail most of them and when I finally got someone on the line I was placed on hold for 4 minutes and then promptly hung up on. My husband and I cleared our schedules and booked for a day that their website indicated the co-ed area would re-open. We were very disappointed when we arrived to be told that they were not in fact open and there was only the gym area that we would be able to see each other within. Our disappointment was met with an aloof attitude which was very frustrating. I am guessing the staff had dealt with lots of frustrated couples, however, this could have been handled much differently. I simple call and re-schedule of our day would have gone a long way towards making our experience much better. Additionally, the staff was not caring or friendly. We were initially told that we could go to the main pool to have some time together, but were just after asked if we were guests of the hotel(which we were not) and were told oh well you can't access this area without staying at the hotel. On the men's side many of the amenities were closed so there really wasn't much for my husband to enjoy for the day. When I was brought into the locker room I was not shown the amenities and was quickly given my locker and left alone. This is very different from any other spa experience that I have had where the staff shows you around the facility and lets you know where to go for your treatment. Aside from our treatments, which were excellent, we were really disappointed with how this situation was handled and the lack of care and enthusiasm from the staff.

The place itself is so beautiful.. it was so hard to get an appt and the checking in experience was horrible.. but the service I got was wonderful. Made up for the guy who checks everyone in.
