The whole experience from making the appointment to the actual massage was wonderful! I had Andre and my husband had Angel. They were both really nice and checked in multiple times during the massage to make sure the pressure was good. My lower back was sore from moving boxes yesterday and Andre worked magic leaving me completely pain free and relaxed. It was seriously the best massage I've ever had! The woman at the front desk was so friendly and even told us the best place to go for pedicures! I can't wait to go back!

I absolutely love coming here and being pampered. Abby at the front desk is always so cheerful when answering the phone and greeting me when I come in. I may be a little biased, but M’chaylla is the best there. She really listens to you about what needs some extra TLC (always my lower back and shoulders). She is very kind and her hands are magic. I look forward to my next visit! The one negative (and this has nothing to do with the spa) is that the hotel valet does seem to take awhile to help you especially when they’re slow. Just a heads up about that!

We booked massages as a part of our girls trip to OKC. They were able to accommodate 5 of us at the same time. We have massage therapists who were attentive to our wants and specific needs of focus for the massage. The spa was clean and sanitary. The staff were friendly and inviting. This was possibly my favorite part of our trip! I will definitely be a returning customer the next time I am in OKC.

*SPA ENTHUSIASTS BEWARE* I booked a few treatments for a birthday gift to myself including facial, body wrap and a scalp treatment and was demonstratively disappointed in the experience. While the staff was friendly, the services rendered left much to be desired. The body wrap consisted of no more than a quick application of a scrub to my arms and and oil to the legs (less than 2 minutes total in application time) followed by layering a plethora of blankets on me- quite literally “wrapping my body”. I have had many body wraps at various spas and this was the most underwhelming experience I’ve had. The facial was equally poor as it consisted of only topical treatments applied (cleanser, scrub and mask) and removed with warm wash cloths, no steam or message of the Décolleté as expected with spa quality facials. Far from the most pleasant and for the price tag of $80- I felt largely ripped off. The scalp treatment was less of a “treatment” and nothing more than a head rub with an aromatherapy oil. All together, I paid $225, which is comparable to many other spas in the city, and for the level of services provided, along with the lack of traditional spa amenities such as showers, lounge area etc… I would urge others to rethink booking a spa day here and go somewhere else to pamper and indulge. -Dissatisfied customer who won’t be returning

First time here at this hotel and spa. We only paid for the spa. The hotel is beautiful. The main bathrooms though are very outdated and weren’t as nice as the hotel. But I’m here for the spa! Everyone was extremely nice. I didn’t know what to expect so if you’re a first timer like myself, you go to the front desk and they bring you to a closed private room to fill out some paperwork. Then you’re greeted by your therapist and they will walk you to the room where you can get a foot soak, massage and even facials. It just depends on what you are wanting. My therapist was extremely professional and he was so nice. I can’t for the life of me remember his name but he knows his stuff. He was very polite as well. I’ve never felt more relaxed and renewed in my entire life. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spa!

I emailed them about availability as I will be coming into town and would like to schedule a massage; they never responded even though I received confirmation they got my email inquiry. So I’ve never been here, but so far if the business is anything like their general assistance I’d be hard pressed to believe it’s above average.

Located inside the Wyndham Grand, this is an asset to the hotel. Staff was courteous and professional. The masseuse was well skilled and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable and safe.

The woman working the front desk has the most atrocious costumer service I’ve seen in a while. After a couple unsuccessful phone calls back and fourth I decided to just go down and make the appointment myself in person (which I never had a problem with but I was respecting their policy which is booking by phone only.) Off top she seemed uninterested but I brushed it off. I explained that the woman who checked us in the night told us that we can do spa services and have it charged to the room to which she replied “Yeah, I doubt that.” Like I had some reason to lie….? Anyways, ended up having to cancel because of this whole card situation. Walked back down to cancel my appointment, I find her walking in the hallway and said “Hey, whenever you have time, would you mind canceling my appointment?” To which she said “Yup” and closed the door in my face. I was just taken back by the lack of professionalism, especially working at a spa where you want your clients to feel welcomed and comfortable. Super awkward situation, I hope she was just having a bad day. Love the hotel but probably wont be back to this spa

This was so very relaxing for my husband and I. We went for our anniversary and couldn't have been happier. We did a 1hr Swedish massage, I wish we had 2 more hours. Lol. They offered us some water afterwards. The staff was great!

I’ve contemplated making this review, as my “overall” experience wasn’t terrible or anything, but I am sad that the experience wasn’t great. My appt was at 10, I was brought into my room at 10:02, told to get undressed to my comfort level and lay down. The room was loud, sounding like a fridge was in it. There was also another bed and two pedicure chairs, just not relaxing to look at as it was so busy. My massage was.. unfortunately awful. Her hands were moving So So fast I felt like I was getting a friction burn, my neck was never addressed like I asked, I couldn’t relax I think I got more stressed from all the fast movements, and then the bed I was on was shaking back and forth from all the movements. Unfortunately it didn’t get much better from there, but I’m just not bold enough to say much because anxiety of hurting someone’s feelings. She was incredibly nice, I just felt like the whole experience was really really rushed and unenjoyable.. my massage also ended at 11:03, so I know I didn’t get the full hour I paid for. Overall not much good to say other than the staff was kind, but the whole experience was disappointing especially since I rarely get a chance away from my children for relaxation.

My husband and I both had the best massages of our life here. The prices are incredibly reasonable considering it's right downtown inside a nice hotel. With your booking comes complimentary valet and hot towel service. Let them know in advance if you'd like to use the hotel's Sauna and pool area. Wished we had time for a facial and scrub, but next time. We'll be back for sure.

This spa is AMAZING!! The receptionist was very caring. I got the hot stone massage, my masseuse was very thorough with just the right amount of pressure! I would love to go back the next time I'm in OKC!!
