My husband and I went today for a couples massage with the romance package add-on (30 minutes in private tub & shower w/ dessert and champagne). The booking process was great, and staff was flexible in adjusting the add-on package pricing as I’m pregnant (not drinking). The massages were great! We both really enjoyed them and our masseuse’s were kind. The warming massage tables were the perfect touch. After massages we went to get into the pre-filled tub. It was cold - no big deal though as we were just going to fill it with some warmer water. That, however, was not an option as the water coming out of the faucet was cold and would not get warm. My husband went to prep the steam shower in hopes we could get into that to get warm again, as we were now both very cold. The shower water was warm for a few minutes - long enough for us to very quickly rinse, but then turned cold just like the tub. We hopped out and got back in our robes to try and warm back up. We left our room about 10 minutes before our extra 30 minutes were up, and none of our extra time was relaxing like we were hoping (and paying) for. After some discussion, staff did take off the add-on pricing from our total, which we appreciated - though at that point the whole experience seemed tainted and took away from the great massages we started with. As I’m pregnant, I understand that the water shouldn’t be as hot as a normal hot tub. We were just hoping to be warm, comfortable, and relaxed. Not cold. Our masseuse did mention to us afterward that they were having some hot water issues - but no mention of it before. This was our first spa experience in a couple years and we left really disappointed with how it all ended, considering we likely won’t get an opportunity to do something like this again for a while.

We paid $240 for a 55-minute couples massage, but the clock started ticking as soon as we walked in. First, we had to wait for the receptionist to finish a phone call, then fill out an extensive form that took at least 10 minutes (including unnecessary details like our home address). We were 5 minutes late to our appointment but at the end, we only received 25 minutes of actual massage time. The entire experience felt unprofessional and misleading. Definitely not worth the money – it seemed more like a scam operation than a legitimate spa.

Collin really created a space of tranquillity for my first massage at Spa at Briarcliff. Guided me through and had me very comfortable throughout the entire time. My body has gone through a lot of trauma and Collin had me leaving feeling incredible. The spa has a hot tub, warm tub, and cold which is worth arriving early to enjoy. And parking is easy.

Sometimes the spa can be a little bit hard to get into, but I always have a good experience. I recommend Liz for Massage!

I came here with 5 of my closest girlfriends for my bachelorette and we had the best time! I personally got a full body massage, pedicure, and facial. It was the best! Between the 6 of us we spent around 5 hours there and the staff was very patient with all of us. In between appointments we got to hang out in the cooling lounge or the hot tubs. Thank you to everyone for a fabulous day! Especially Asia, Leah, and Collin! 10/10 recommend this spa.

I recently had the best massage here, from your therapist Kara Yazel. They provided a relaxing environment with just the right pressure. I was really impressed with how well I was taken care of. The are very professional, and I will be bringing myself back here again.

The lounge is a perfect place to sit for a while and think of nothing but relaxation. The sauna is wonderful and the waterfall hot tubs are put of this world. I highly recommend this paradise on earth.

I’ve been to the spa many times, and I’ve gotta say, out of all the ones I’ve been to, this one is the absolute best. From the reception staff, to the massage therapists and aestheticians, everyone is so kind and caring. I’ve seen the reception staff deal with a lot, and every time I’m amazed with how well they can deal with the public. Every one is so attentive too, I’m always getting asked if I need anything, how my service was, and I never feel uncomfortable asking the staff questions, or if I truly do need anything. I highly recommend the spa at briarcliff as an affordable, luxury, relaxed experience.

I came in for a complete spa massage, pedicure and manicure. I was not given a robe to change into - only to say that they were running behind on time. Granted, I was asked the day before to change my current time of my visit. It was the worst experience in my life. The masseuse Informed me that he was running behind on time. After leaving from his room I went to get my pedicure and manicure done and it was totally a rush job. Everything was unprofessional and the water was cold; the staff had to bring a coffee pot of hot water to pour into the foot bowl. I never heard such in my life!! My nails were completely unprofessional where I could have done it myself!!! SMH….. I informed both managers of my situation and nothing was done. This will be the last time ever visiting the Spa of Briarcliff and referring anyone too.

This is a nice mid luxury spa. It’s on the smaller side, but it has most of the stuff you would expect. And the facials and massages are great !

Great massage! But I've never had someone be as cold as the masseuse I had. He "shushed" me just saying sorry. And he couldn't get me out the door fast enough. How to make a girl feel good! Even the front desk staff suck. They never asked if I wanted to make another appointment or how things went. I don't know the whole experience was uncomfortable. I also wish my husband could get back the money spent on a gift card so I didn't have to return. Otherwise I would never return even for a good massage. How I'm treated is most important (to me).

I've tried giving them so many tries. Something always happens, causing me to have to cancel and rebook. Most recently I had booked multiple services for the same day. The services were booked over the phone and 3 months in advance, because I am going on a trip and wanted to have it done prior to leaving. At the time of booking no one informed me that the services could not be done on the same day. TWO days prior to my appointment I received a call, that if I wanted to have these services done it would have to be separate days. I rearranged my schedule to be able to go for one of the services on that day. I still could not have the service done, and the excuse for it is simply ridiculous because I went to my preferred aesthetician and was able to have the service done that day, just hours later... by someone more competent.

This was a terrible experience. Customer service is lacking and communication is very poor. I am appalled at the way I was treated at this place and I will never come back. It is not worth the money or the wait. Go somewhere else if you’re looking for a place to actually relax and rejuvenate.

My friend and I booked a massage and facial for $210.00 each. What we got was a rub down with oil. Very disappointed. Facial was ok, not great. Won't be back! We relayed this to the checkout girl and she asked if we wanted to leave a tip.

My daughters and I had a lovely day at the Spa at Briarcliff. The facility is relaxing and peaceful, and my facial by Lala was wonderful. She inspired me to change up my skincare routine (helped me with easy to follow suggestions), and I have noticed a big difference in my skin! Highly recommend Lala, and this spa.
