My husband made me an appointment on a Friday afternoon for 3:20 for a 90 minute massage. I checked in about 21/2 hours early so I could enjoy the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was great! I went to go to the pool and there was say sign on the door that said a spa key was required for reentry. I went to look for someone to ask if I could get back in if I went to the pool, couldn’t find anyone so I just went back into the hot tub. It was time to shower and get ready for my massage. I messed with the shower for over 10 minutes trying to get hot water, nothing!! Again went to the fri t desk and was able to find someone this time. When I told the ladies that I was not able to get the hot water to work, she then informed me that they were having problems with the hot water. So I only had one choice, but to take a cold shower. Because I didn’t want to have a massage done when I was covered with chlorine and had chlorine in my hair. So I then knew that I was going to have to take another cold shower after the massage because my husband was meeting me at the casino when my massage was over with. So of course, after my massage I got into another cold shower and when I was getting my things together, there was one of the staff that was cleaning in the locker room, and I asked her about the hot water and she informed me that the pipes had broken days before. So not only did I pay $200 for a massage which they only gave me a 10% discount but they knew before I even checked in that there was no hot water. So basically they were just worried about getting peoples money and not letting people know that there was no hot water. I find this so absolutely unprofessional and inappropriate to think it’s OK to treat their customers this way

Had a wonderful massage with Kyle and a fabulous facial with Colette. The jar spa was amazing, and the pool was beautiful. Also enjoyed the steam room. I was all alone here. Very peaceful and relaxing!

I took 5 friends for a spa day! We had the best time ever the staff was amazing, the amenities were beautiful! Rosemary did my 60 min massage and it was the best massage I have ever had! Everything was super clean! If we needed anything the staff was there to help us! I recommend staying for the day!

It was a rough first night as the pot smoke filled the 4th floor. We had to request a room change for the rest of our stay which the hotel accommodated.

The casino absolutely awesome! I had a Lotta fun! We also did massages at the spa, and the Silletti was very clean. They’re very courteous will definitely be back again.

This is my wife's second time at the spa. She has really enjoyed her experience both times. I would definitely recommend Isleta Spa. The staff is professional and friendly.

Worst “SPA” in the state of New Mexico i highly do not recommend attending or booking with the Spa at the Isleta resort and Casino it is absolutely disgusting 🤢 unclean, and falling apart. This place is not only a hazard but dangerous and i would not recommend. Outrageous pricing and limited ammenties, half of the time their showers are cold and the pool boiler is out i wouldnt be caught dead here at Isleta Resort & casino

Horrible! I definitely don’t recommend at all! First I was rescheduled a month out because they didn’t have enough staff. I went with that then the week of my husband and I appointment they had to cancel and try to reschedule again after all arrangements were made. Absolutely not! If you want to go somewhere reliable and professional don’t go here! And all they had to say for these two huge conveniences is I’m sorry?

The Jar Spa is beautiful! If you get a massage, you won't get any better than Kyle!! Best massage I've ever gotten!! Also got my eyebrows waxed by Lisa that included a cold stone massage for the swelling. It was wonderful!

UPDATE: Jacqueline, the manager got in touch and allowed us to come back and try the spa....It was AMAZING. The Jar Spa was the highlight, so very nice. I will definitely be back. I was extremely disappointed when I took a day off last week to spend a spa day with a friend for her birthday and upon arrival i was informed that we would have to leave by 230, the steam rooms were down AND we were still expected to pay full price! The eucalyptus steam room was actually the selling point between you and another spa. there was no info about the closure on your facebook that we could have viewed and your hours state that you close at 6. Such a shame. I also sent a complaint on the facebook messenger and I they have not even opened or responded!!! It is clear that customer service is NOT a priority.

Excellent Spa! Great prices: fantastic management, very clean and great emenaties. This place is a wonderful retreat: located inside a hotel casino and event center. The hat tub jets are amazing! They have pools in male and female along side stocked resting rooms. Access to outdoor Jar Pool: super cool as well as large indoor outdoor pool with free cabanas and lounge chairs. A wonderful place to unwind. Plus the cell service is great for those that might not want to have to answer the phone but must be available. :-)))

I recently purchased a day at the spa for my adult daughter & myself. This included massages, manicure/pedicure, the works. When I called for appointment, (3 wks in advance) every day/time didn't accommodate all services. So frustrated & angry, this was a birthday present & a chance to spend mother/daughter time. You definitely have ruined the experience we could have had. I will have to get a refund & give my business & money elsewhere.

My first experience at this spa and overall it was pretty fantastic! The facility itself is very beautiful and relaxing. I love the small relaxation room which provides water, tea and a cozy fireplace to lay by. The hot tubs were both very nice, I was just bummed to hear that the steam room was out of order - hopefully it will be fixed soon as it looked very beautiful and relaxing! The deep tissue massage I got from Rosemary was hands down the best one I have ever received. I've had deep tissue massage that dwindled into light swedish massage part way through, but Rosemary stayed motivated all the way through! The spa treatment prices are quite costly - but for a resort/hotel spa that is pretty normal. Hopefully the gift card system in the spa will be fixed soon, less stress to the clients And the staff! Thank you all for what you provide in a great atmosphere!

Stayed at the resort which was nice but when I went to get a day pass to enjoy the spa I was told they didn't have any passes left for the day because they already had 5 people. I ended up leaving the casino and resort even though I was planning on staying an extra night as I was really hoping to try the spa since its been closed for more than two months. I was also told "I don't think we have any more massage appointments open" which is just pure laziness on the staff. I mean I'm sure they could check their system 😉😂 either way what a waist of time.

Today we were turned away from spa, due to it being at max capacity, 5 people. The guy at front desk didn't even ask if we were hotel guests or attempt to mitigate the situation. We wanted a massage or day pass, and were told both were not available. The attendent didn't even look in the reservation system to see if they actually had no more massages available, or attempt to arrange something! They did not provide any suggestions to come back, or even try to schedule us a massage for a later date/time. We were planning on spending around $400 at the spa today on treatments. We also were planning on gambling and eating at the hotel. But thanks to the lazyness of the spa staff, and failure to suggest alternatives, we ended up heading over to Green Reed Spa at Sandia, where they are more accommodating. Its crazy to think how much money this place is losing due to unacceptable and poor management. Thanks Isleta for being a huge let down Today.

Wonderful spa! The staff was some of the nicest and most professional I’ve ever experienced! Jackie (the manager) went above and beyond to get my husband in for massages. Both of us had a massage by Michael who was wonderful! The amenities that come with the spa are a treat: eucalyptus steam room, jacuzzi spa, robes and sandals, lounge room with tea from NM Tea Co, showers, etc. We will definitely make this a yearly mini-vacation.
