Worst experience ever. The manicure didn’t last a day and Peter at the front desk was very rude. I was staying at the hotel and called to make an appointment and he confirmed that it was ok to charge the service for my room so when I had to do the check out he didn’t want me to left the place without pay then he started being disrespectful at the point to call the security on me just because he couldn’t wait a few minutes after I told him that I was calling my boyfriend to see what was going on and also do the payment. Very disappointed !!!!

I cannot express enough how well taken care of we felt at this spa! The customer service was beyond the best ever, Monica and Peter & Christine were beautiful and helpful We were actually not the best customers and they still gave the best service to us! My massage was impeccable! Jeffery was so amazing and took great care of me… he explained and listen and it was the best massage ever We already planned to comeback in July!

Everything about the Spa at the Starling was amazing! Peter at the front desk was efficient, kind and professional. We enjoyed a couples massage and Tamiko and Omar were awesome!! Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and top notch. And lastly, Christine is the attendant and a true asset to the spa. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! We can't wait to come back!

Spa and staff were 4 stars but my actual service was 1 star. Enjoyed the dry sauna and waiting area. Very professional staff, kind and helpful. Over priced for 50 minutes, disappointing massage that felt rushed. Therapist spent a lot time time stepping away from table to get oil or hot towels which was very disruptive to relax. Would not recommend for massage services.

The spa is in the basement and it was freezing cold. The staff was loud. I could hear them talking and laughing while I sat in the relaxation room. My massage was subpar as the massage therapist was constantly stepping away and her phone kept vibrating. I was then forced to give a $36 tip that I don’t believe I should have had to pay seeing that she was potentially texting while performing my service.

The staff was nice and professional, and the valet personnel is top notch. However, never could get a luggage cart because a wedding had them all tied up and the whole place smelled like marijuana. Did not really want a contact high the whole time I was there.

This was a nice welcome to have in the city. The interior wasn’t as nice as I thought it would be, but the staff was friendly and the offerings included all the things you expected. The hot stone experts were amazing and killed it for our couples massage

To say that this was a very disappointing stay is an understatement. Let’s start from day 1 of a 3 night stay for a wedding. First of all the room smelled- ok I’ll say they were cleaning. Second they decide to varnish the banisters the entire hallway smelled and when you walked into the room it smelled of varnish. I don’t think that’s healthy and I’m in the medical profession. There was no iron no blow drier and one of the outlets did not work. Also refrigerator was dirty Service was extremely slow. We waited 45 minutes to get our breakfast. I understand staffing is at a low critical but… they were in transition of changing hands so computers did not work for staff. Could not pay credit and it could not be charged to room due to computer issues. Finally, I think the walls were full of mold and someone threw up in front of my room to which it was never cleaned up. I understand issues. But I paid the requested room charge and was not given what was promise. Unless you want the same. I recommend you stay elsewhere. Top shelf rates for low rate hotel. I’m sorry to say this.

The staff at Bliss are excellent. There was a small error made with my booking and Loraine the manager and Amber were exceptional at ensuring that I had a great spa experience. Loraine was pleasant, knowledgable and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great spa experience. I will definitely be going back!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Bliss. Every employee was friendly, knowledgeable, & accommodating. The services I received, (massage & manicure) were top rate. The lounge was gorgeous and I felt completely pampered. Will definitely be back again.

The snacks were great in the lounge area. The area had a clinic feel to it. Nice robes and waiting area. Plan ahead and make an afternoon of bliss.

One of my best spa experiences thus far! All of the staff members were really kind, explained every service and provided a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. I left feeling refreshed and ready to face the holidays!
