300 dollars later and my partner and I's toe nails were not shapped and once we took a closer look nails polish is all over our toes. Honestly one of the worst pedicures I've had. The woman was very nice and the experience was nice. My partners cuticles were trimmed back way to far and then wiped with alcohol. She is having pain today now. Also, we were not told we would be charged to remove our gel polish from our toes, but we're charged 20 dollar per pedicure. We were called after we had already paid and left, and that was added to the bill along with a 30 dollar charge for requesting gel polish. There was only one nail tech that switched back and forth between the two of us and it took 2 hours for our appointment. She is the only tech there and it seems a little unorganized.

I've had a subscription for a year now. I go once a month. Before I got the subscription, I had come here a few times solo and each time has always been a relaxing experience. It's quaint and everyone that works there is super sweet and genuinely cares about their guests. They have amazing products and services that have made my skin look way younger than before. I recommend no other spa in Greenville. It's hard to find a good spa nowadays! This one's the best.

First off I want to say that my facials have been good here. However, I just found out they do not stand behind their products:-( I purchased a face wash recommended by the esthetician that performed my facial. However, I used it for a week and had a terrible reaction. Just went in today to return it and they said sorry no returns since you opened it. As a member at this spa, I am so disappointed at their customer service. Looks like I will be cancelling my membership. I love supporting small businesses that have great customer service. I haven’t found it:-(

I wanted to love this place, I really did… the massage I received was great! I loved being greeted with the offer of mimosas, wine or tea. But the ambience of the spa is severely lacking. I am by no means a massage connoisseur, but I have been to several spas, both downtown & Woodruff Rd (think local, not chains). What I think Spa at West End is lacking, is a nice, comfortable sitting area! The chairs are quite uncomfortable, and there is only enough seating for 4 people. We had a group of women, that happened to be booked during the same time frame as another small group of women, and I saw a staff member roll over a computer desk chair for one of the ladies in the other group :( kudos for being accommodating with the space given, but unfortunately I think this place just needs a major renovation to be a 5-star establishment. The bathrooms, also, feel more like a gym or hospital bathroom than a spa bathroom. Very nice location in downtown! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and I completely understand that you can only do so much with the limited space in the heart of downtown. But this review is more to the owners than the staff- please update the interior of your building!

Absolute gem of a day spa! I booked myself the mommy to be package as a Mother's Day/birthday treat for myself. The staff is incredible. From booking to day of everyone was kind and very helpful. I have had many massages over the years but this was my first pre-natal and it was spectacular. My tech was also a doula and that made me feel so at ease. The massage was wonderful and I felt like she truly cared about myself and my little one. Next I had an express facial and it was by far the best I have ever had. My tech was educational without being overly chatty. She made me feel informed and comfortable with what was being used on my face. They did offer me products, which I declined and even then they were so gracious. I will be sure to book more services next time I am in Greenville! Thank you so much to the Spa at West End staff who made the experience just perfect!

Avoid if you are looking for an elevated spa experience. Many years ago that's what it provided but better options now. Start with the dead cockroach in the locker room. Water provided in a paper dixie cup. Only got glimpse of "relaxation room" because eventhough I arrived early was immediately rushed into massage room. From what I saw didn't look like much anyway. Better spas are equipped with nicer furnishings, snacks...What appeared to be a steam room was out of order. No toiletries in locker room. Place can also use some TLC like fresh paint...Convenience to downtown is its only redeeming value but that's not enough to make up for shortcomings. On the positive side the limited number of people I came in contact with seemed to be nice and courteous.

The company I work for has treated us to 2 services at this spa for the past 2 years. Each time I have throughly enjoyed my time! Yesterday, I received a custom 60 minute massage with Laura and she was incredible! Probably the best massage I have had in my life. Sloan did my mini facial and it was also a very enjoyable experience. She asked me about my skin sensitivity and problems and recommended some things to improve my skin health! I would highly recommend this place🩷

I had a facial and a chair massage, both were great. The atmosphere and staff are great. Our only issue was on the website the warm stone pedicure said allow 75 mins but it barely lasted 30 mins. And the price was the same.

I, my sister, and mom came here for my birthday last weekend. We were all having different services done but very excited. Unfortunately, it ended up being a disappointing experience due to poor communication on the part of the staff. Per the MULTIPLE texts I received, we all arrived 20 minutes early, filled out the forms, were offered and provided drinks, and directed to the locker rooms. My sister and mom did not have lockers with their names so I came out, informed the lady at the desk, and that was corrected. Up to this point, not one mention had been made that our services started promptly at 10:15 (even though we were aware of that per the texts). Everyone was very nonchalant and relaxed. Which I would typically appreciate -- except that at 10:26, one of the staff finally approached us and informed my mother that her service started ten minutes ago and she needed to run upstairs if she wanted to get at least a few minutes of the service done. This was abrupt and we felt very uncomfortable and rushed, since there had been no mention of this. Simply "There is the locker room. You can head upstairs when you are done." My mom, uncomfortable, decided not to run up the stairs for the tail end of a service that was supposed to be 20-30 minutes long. The staff member (who evidently no longer works there as of that weekend) simply said, "Ok! You can head upstairs and we'll get you for your next service in a few minutes." Note that she did not inform us that this would be considered a same-day cancellation. The other services we had were enjoyable. But at the end my mother was charged full price for the service she chose not to get. We were literally already there, and the communication was so poor, that she missed it and was not informed that she would still be charged. To make matters worse, the lady at the desk pressed my mom for gratuity for the service that was performed. Very unprofessional. I spoke with the manager a few days after we were there and she was apologetic but did not offer a refund or partial refund. She did refund the gratuity that my mom uncomfortably gave. Very disappointing experience. If they were running such a tight schedule, that should have been mentioned up front. And if you are going to charge something as a same day cancellation (especially when we were LITERALLY in the building), that should be reiterated. We do not plan to return. Communication while present for services should be improved.

Today was my appointment for a nail polish that I didn’t make due to an emergency call from work and having to go into work and I get a email at 10:30 stating that they were going to charge my card even though I wasn’t at my appointment I called them at 10:30 AM And was rudely spoke to by the manager that she would not refund me my money that the appointment had to be canceled in 24 hours. They charge my card on file. Anyway warning if you have a card on file and you miss an appointment even though it’s 30 minutes after the appointment needs to be canceled before that sad to say I will not be doing business with this place no longer

Absolutely wonderful facial experience today with Gabi. My husband scheduled me a 90 minute with her. She does a very good massage and the scalp massage was so relaxing, my body was falling asleep. If you are one to go for the experience Instead of the typical poking and squeezing blackheads out, go for the 90 minute facial with Gabi. You’ll thank yourself.

Excellent little spa with terrific staff! Great selection of services, definitely recommend the body treatments! That said, I would love to see them upgrade the relaxation area. Get rid of the cheap folding tray table and add some live plants to soften it up. Other than that, it’s a great little spa in the heart of downtown!

Gabi is magic! Best. Facial. Ever. I was visiting Greenville and only wish she was closer because she gave me the best facial that I’ve ever had; and I’ve had many! Her technique was incredibly relaxing and the massage was perfect.

Good atmosphere, nice reception staff. However, my massage wasn't relaxing, the therapist talked through its entirety and smelled like alcohol. My pedicure and manicure were less than professional, the polish fell off within the week. The technician rushed through my manicure, and cut my finger with a cuticle cutter, and left that finger undone. It seems as if there is high turnover in technicians/staff with lower professional standards in what was once a nice establishment. Overall, for the price and time that was spent there, I don't believe it was worth it and I won't be back.

I had a great experience at this spa. The only draw back was while the lady that showed me to the bathroom was extremely polite she didn’t give much directions. She was happy to answer but I didn’t know what to ask because it was my first time. You actual change in a bathroom stall not like a room. My therapist was amazing! She explained everything. I did the Signature Scrub with Vichy Shower. I added a scalp massage. I was in heaven! I will definitely be returning thinking about the membership. I used a gift certificate that I got for Mother’s Day. They could see it in the system I didn’t print it out.

I just had a brow wax and eyelash and brow tint but it was a wonderful experience, the salon is so relaxing and the staff were very attentive, Gabi did a great job, she was so meticulous and very gentle, no stinging eyes as is quite often the case after a lash tint. Thanks

I’m in town visiting friends and we decided to come out and get pampered for a little bit, and let me tell you it was so amazing! Carly did my facial and she was so sweet and did a fabulous job. I felt completely relaxed and at home the entire time I was there.

The people were very nice, cute reception area. Mimosas were a nice touch. My husband and I went to get pedicures and a manicure for myself. I have to give them credit, they had great attitudes and tried to deliver good services. Inevitability they fell short of our expectations, especially the price we paid for the services received. I’m sure the other day spa services are wonderful there, I just would NOT recommend getting mani/ pedi’s there. Color selection is limited as well as the skill level of the techs as polish was applied uneven on both toes and nails. In the removal process of my dip nails and gel toes, my skin was knicked multiple times which was less that desirable. The owner did let me know once they were grinding my nails that dip removal was not their speciality and it was evident. Just worth mentioning to level set anyone’s expectations, this is not a full service nail salon by no means. Again, seemed like wonderful people with great attitudes despite the above.

Used to be my favorite location for massages but it's just gone down hill the last few years. Too many different massage therapists will talk to you during the entire service. Even after subtle and not so subtle hints that i want to relax and be quiet.. The vichee shower is the only reason for the high rating.

Was given a 6 mo. gift certificate. At the end of the 6 mos they kept debiting my boyfriends bank. I called the 1st month and the girl said she was sorry and would stop it and let her boss know. The 2nd month I called again and got the same girl who remembered me and promised to fix it and let her boss know. As soon as I hung up, I emailed the owner personally. Never got a response. The 3rd month the spa called asking if I wanted to book. I explained again & she remembered me. Said she’d tell the manager. My boyfriend just got off a 30 minute call w/the owner and they refuse to refund almost $400. Wanted me to come back in. I refuse She told him all those people are no longer there. She said if he showed them a “6 month card” that he was supposed to get when he bought the package, they’d refund it. But he was never given one by someone who is no longer there. He was told several times that all the people including masseuses that worked there are gone because of issues. I was given the 2 hour massage package and struggled to get appointments because they never had anyone available for the 2hour. The 3 different masseuses I had were terrible. I left in pain with each one. One kept roughly massaging my shins!!!! I’m left with nothing else to do but seek legal help. I wonder how many other people they scammed???

We were in town for a show and I looked to see if there were any spas close in and found them! Easy walking from my hotel. I get massages on a regular basis but was intrigued by the Vichy shower option and chose that as well as a massage. The price for both was excellent. Upon arrival the receptionist was very polite and professional offering a mimosa while I waited. The massage therapist was very good and also polite and professional. All in all a very good visit. If I was local I’d make this my go-to spa.

Spent the morning here and had the best time. The whole staff is very accommodating and kind. We made new friends with everyone today. Especially Maia and Amber during our pedicure, we laughed the whole time! What a great way to spend a Saturday. We will be most definitely be back soon!
