My wife’s review : The staff was super nice and attentive. The waiting area needs some spa relaxing sounds. It was completely quiet and felt like a doctors waiting room . The steam room floor was rusty looking and the lights in ladies locker room is motion sensed (we were advised of this) . My friends and I were in the steam room for about 20 min and all the lights turned off . !! Quite scary and not safe as my friend had to leave the steam room all wet in the dark towards the front just so the light would turn on. The music/sounds during my massage were random . Some songs were relaxing and soothing and some were like you were watching a guitarist. Felt as I was having dinner with live music and getting ready to do some flamenco. Not relaxing . For the most part, I was pleased with the service we received . Nice staff but the place needs some touching up.

Although Elsa did her best to make our experience the best, Spa Azul fell way short. First, the check-in experience was lacking in professionalism and warmth. We were not greeted; we had to initiate conversation with Ana who was sitting behind the desk talking to another worker and acting as if we weren't there. We were 50 minutes earlier than our 2:00 appointment hoping to check in and enjoy some of the spa amenities. They were not ready for us. No robe, no slippers, no fruit water, nada. It was then suggested we go to lunch and come back. We did. Lunch was good. Not great, just good. Upon returning, they were still not ready for us. After 15 minutes of waiting, Elsa finally came out and gave us robes, slippers and a little bag with a brochure and travel size soap, lotion and shampoo. Nope, this spa did not have the normal complimentary items available for us. We had to use the men's changing area because the women's area needed cleaning. The women's changing area was sparsely decorated and very basic. The men's was not much better. Elsa tried to make things better by extending our 80 minute massage by 30 minutes. The massages were very good but the experience is one I wish I hadn't had. Overall I would not return or recommend Spa Azul to anyone.

Excellent service. The staff was very friendly and made our visit amazing. Elsa is the best. The check in could be improved some.

do not go.. staff has no clue what they are doing and rooms are small and dirty and you can hear the cars outside.

Worst experience ever! If I could rank lower than 1 star I would. Ridiculous amount of money I spent for the horrible service I received! Pictures and words do not explain it enough. Still have bad back pain and I think I left more stressed than I was when I arrived.
