I have been going to this spa since it opened and had a different name but over the last year it has been so different. They changed my appointment today by changing the person I had scheduled with without asking (not the first time they do this) and when I tried to reschedule with a more experienced stylist they tried to charge me! I went in and received the service. The girl was super sweet but not used to my hair and I had to re-do it when I got home. They have lost a customer, and it’s super disappointing.

Ingridi is amazing. I've booked her for two different wedding styles and both times my hair was flawless for days after. This last time I also added a bang trim and I loved how thorough and detail oriented she was. I'll keep coming to her for regular bang trims and blowouts. She's very pleasant to be around and is so sweet, too!

I found this salon through Groupon for a super cheap wax and I don’t regret it. I instantly loved the way Vanessa did my wax and for regular price it’s not bad at all! She’s so kind, does a great job and overall the customer service at spa bar is great. 😊

Ok the place is beautiful Vanessa is amazing friendly nice fast great customer service a happy person she is definitely my go to person!!!! I will be returning as a regular client!!!

I have really enjoyed appointments at spa bar but today I am very disappointed. I had a appointment scheduled for 10am. At 10:03 I got an email saying that my stylist was ready for me so I headed inside. I waited for over 20 minutes and when I inquired about how much longer the wait would be, I was told that there was a change in the schedule and my stylist had not even arrived yet. I ended up having to leave but I was very upset at the lack of communication. I do not think I will be returning.

I always have an amazing experience with Jailene. My hair is thick and curly, and she does an incredible job straightening it every time. After each visit, my hair feels and looks amazing. Her skills with both hair and makeup are top-notch. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a reliable stylist who consistently delivers fantastic results!

I bought a Groupon to try out their services. I have called multiple times the last few days, and just called this morning. Someone finally answered this morning, but seemed to have placed the phone on the side and then hung up. They didn't reply or say anything. There is no way to schedule an appointment with a Groupon because when you use their scheduling service, it requests you make a down payment for it. There shouldn't be a down payment made if it was fully paid through Groupon. This is the reason I was calling. To get information on this and schedule my appointment. Reviews have shown that this establishment is unresponsive through email, calls, etc. If you're looking for a place that actually cares, and is responsive, try elsewhere. I will.

I had a wonderful experience at spabar. From booking, to checking in it was a breeze. Start to finish, I was out the door with a perfect lunch hour wash, blow dry and style. Warm and friendly greeting by Yari at the front desk, my stylist, Dayana was so sweet, speedy, professional and truly talented with my hair. The owner even stopped by and introduced herself while I was being serviced. Overall, wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to try out the head spa.

I have been getting my lash extensions done by Laura B for months now! She is by far the best lash tech Iv ever had. My lashes last super long and I constantly get compliments on them! She is the sweetest, booking with her is always easy too. 🥰 Highly Recommend her!

I've been a client at Spa Bar for years now. I have always had great experiences with the staff. Laura is the absolute BEST when it comes to eyelash extensions!!! I started getting them done a couple of years ago somewhere else, then decided to do them with Laura, and they always come out stunning! I always had great experiences with waxing, facials and occasional hair treatments as well. Last December, I had my hair and make up done for a wedding, and it came out amazing. Definitely recommend SpaBar for anyone looking for a great place for pampering!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Not because of the establishment itself, but because of the poor customer service from staff and mainly, the manager. I got my lashes done here right before I left on a cruise. The very next day, I noticed that lashes from my left eye were falling off. This was my first time getting lash extensions so I thought it was normal and was already at sea so I couldn't do anything about it. During the course of the cruise, almost half of my lashes from my left eye had fallen off. As soon as I got back from my cruise, I began calling and texting Spa Bar because my thought was that maybe not enough glue was placed on my left eye and I needed to get it fixed. Never did I imagine that there would be no response to calls, voicemails, or even text messages. A week later someone finally answered the phone and said that they were training a new reception staff, okay. The lady I spoke to said she would speak to her manager and get back to me. I waited a couple days and then started calling again and no response. I don't have the luxury of taking my 3 kids to a salon just to get in communication with someone so I continued leaving voicemails and text messages until someone finally answered the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. What followed was a nightmare of a conversation. The manager took absolutely no accountability and blamed me for "possibly" rubbing my eye too much, the beach water from my cruise, a watery left eye, complete absurd hypotheticals because I made sure not to wet my lashes unless washing them and whatever happened to my left eye, would have happened to my right. She said her lash tech was a professional of 5 years and there was no way for her to make a mistake. At this point I have 2 lashes on my left eye and my right eye has all lashes intact. She proceeds to saying that an appointment was made for me to go in and get it fixed after the lady I spoke to brought it to her attention, but I had never been informed of that appointment. So now, not only is she blaming me for the time passed, blaming me for hypothetical factors I could have done, but now she's also saying I was a "no show" to an appointment that I never made nor was informed of. Her solution to the situation was to have me pay for a fill-in and then she would offer me a complimentary set. So basically pay more money instead of fixing the mistake they made and taking accountability for not answering their calls, voicemails, or text messages for weeks. After going back and forth for 15 minutes, I decided to finally take my business elsewhere and share my story so that others may find a more professional establishment to get their lashes done. I'd rather pay double at another place that values their customers, rather than spend a dollar more at an establishment that blames clients, doesn't answer calls, doesn't take accountability, and doesn't provide appropriate solutions when human errors are made by their techs.

Such a relaxed vibe to the spa as soon as you walk in. Front staff was welcoming and offered me something to drink. My stylist Diana was thorough and asked how I wanted my hair styled. A straight blowout was achieved perfectly. I was in and out with an hour!
