Never go here! The lady stole my money. I asked for a pedicure she said only color and no massage or removal or cut or anything. To pay I said I wasn’t going to tip because I didn’t like the service she didn’t do anything to my feet but put some gloss on. When I checked my account the next day she had charged herself $45 tip without permission !!! Outrageous and illegal. WORST SERVICE EVER.

The lady rushed to wax in less than 10min and she BURNED my skin, even though I said BEFORE that my skin is sensitive and she don’t wear any gloves. Rushed me to leave the waxing room without shoes so she could start another person. Horrible and expensive place. I’ll never return

My gel manicure is bubbling after 12 hours and they butchered my skin surrounding my nails, and just generally did a sloppy job. They used to be a solid place but I don’t know what’s going on.

Terrible experience.They rushed my mani-pedi in 5 minutes, didn't really cut the cuticles, or cleaned well and charged a lot. Felt like a rip-off. Very disappointed.

143 for a hard gel manicure and it looked absolutely terrible I had to go back and have it completely redone! I will never go here again

Had the worst experience here today. There was a misunderstanding with my appointment and they were not aware I had acrylics on. Instead of saying they didn’t have time they were extremely rude, dismissive, and just not acknowledging me. I ended up fully skipping my nails altogether. Rudest staff I have ever experienced for a low budget salon.

Customers are forced to pay extremely high cash tips. I wasn't willing to tip more than I already had because I wasn't satisfied with their services - The staff got very vocal and angry at me. Can't recommend this place!

I wouldn’t recommend going here. My “full set” manicure only last a week and a half. I was blown away at the end when I found out it was $150 dollars (keep in mind this was just for the gel manicure, no acrylic tips or anything). Complete scam.

Spent $250 (plus tip) for a gel mani pedi with extensions, I had cuts on my feet from the harsh filing, 3 nails had come off within 8 days, I went back today to give them the opportunity to fix the 3 nails to which I was charged a further $37.50 despite just being told ‘we’ll fix it’ when I entered. Terrible service and a complete rip off

Spent an insane amount of $ on two manicures and massages . Next day all nail polIsh peeled off. Reached out and they barely responded with "who did your service". What? I don't look at names and make note of it...I just know we received a horrible manicure for the $ spent. Lesson learned and will NOT return. My manicures always last 4 weeks if not more. Not 24 hours

Terrible. Actually couldn’t believe that the manicurist was ok with putting a top coat over the hack polish job she did. Missed edges, uneven coats, and bits of cotton lodged into the polish. The staff were in a rush to leave and had the audacity to expect a tip after acknowledging that their work was trash but that it was “too late” to fix. I will not be going back and recommend others stay away.

I go for the massages with James. He has magic hands! James is extremely polite, gentle, and very respectful. He constantly checks in with you to make sure you're ok, and let's you know ahead of time what he's doing. I always leave his table feeling like a million bucks.

I had a great experience there ! There is basically always staff available. So even I had booked an appointment It was almost not needed. Great manicure - easy and well done. And spontaneously I decided to get a neck massage as I saw a few clients get it. You chose the length and they just accommodate. What a great moment !

Manicure was quick and not done great. Ladies were speaking Korean(which I understood) saying sorry sis after trying to get my girl to give more tip(I paid for her) and failing to extort tip money from me. They were very unappreciative with the tip I gave which was plenty for their two minute manicure which wasn’t even great. The fake energy and obvious disappointment after the big tip which was 50% and the bad service left a bad taste in my mouth. Never going back there again.

Extremely overpriced. I had a mediocre pedicure and they charged an extra $18 for foot scrub (isn't that the point). My pedicure cost $60 not including tip. There are at least five other shops in the area where a Mani+pedicure doesn't cost that much in total! It felt rushed too.

I am so disappointed. It is a nice looking spot, yes. They were friendly, yes. BUT $254.50 for a gel french mani and pedi and eyebrow wax? Unbelievably expensive and NOT the quality anyone would expect. My french manicure is not cute and not the shape I asked for. It looks like I had my little sister do my nails, not a professional. Their Apple Pay “is broken.” They demanded cash tip and when I didn’t have enough for a $50 tip (ridiculous) the woman put the calculator in my face. I had already tipped $20 which is more than I think they deserved. Will never return after that encounter and price. I should’ve gotten the stick on French tips from CVS, maybe then they’d be the correct shape and look somewhat professional. Do not go here! Waste of time and money! I added photos of what I asked for and what I unfortunately got.

Klassisches Nagel- und Fußpflegestudio im Village. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Behandlung erfolgte sachkundig und schnell. Allerdings wollte man natürlich „Zusatzverkäufe“ wie Massage und ähnliches noch machen..aber das ist ja üblich.. wir haben bestimmt gesagt dass wir nur die Basis haben wollten und sind trotzdem nett und zuvorkommend behandelt worden. Durchaus auch für Männer empfehlenswert!
