I recently visited Spa Bem-Ti-Vi for an LED facial, the experience was amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel at ease. The ambiance of the spa is incredibly soothing, with calming music and a serene environment that immediately relaxed me. Alessandra truly went above and beyond! Her expertise and gentle touch were evident throughout the entire process. Alessandra took the time to explain each step of the facial, making sure I understood the benefits of the LED treatment and how it would improve my skin. The results were amazing! My skin felt rejuvenated, glowing, and much healthier after the session. Alessandra’s attention to detail and her genuine care for her clients really stood out. She personalized the treatment to address my specific skin concerns, which made a huge difference. I highly recommend Spa Bem-Ti-Vi! I left the spa feeling refreshed and pampered. I will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future!

I’ve been going to Alessandra for about 7 years now due to me having severe acne. Since I have been going with her my skin has been the best and she always makes me feel comfortable and at my very best. I always recommend her too a lot of people and she is simply the best and knows exactly what she does!

I’ve been seeing Alessandra for the past year consistently after moving back to SF. She’s truly the best I’ve seen and I’ve gone to many aestheticians in my lifetime. I’ve been very particular about finding a spot that does a really thorough job with my skin (extractions, masks, etc), doesn’t push products that don’t make sense with my skin, and is a clean / comfortable environment - Spa Bem Ti Vi really is a great spot. Also helps that Alessandra is an angel and amazing human!!

First and foremost I would like to say that Alessandra is extremely amazing! I called her today last minute for an appointment for a facial. She was able to accommodate my request to squeeze me in at the end of her day! Her setup is super cozy as well. When I arrived she had me complete an intake form and was extremely knowledgeable and very eager to learn about my concerns and what I was looking to achieve. I did the 90 min session and she was able to customize my facial based on my needs and tailored the masks and products around her discovery. Through out the process she walked me through what I needed to be made aware of, and still allowed me to have those moments of peaceful bliss as she worked her magic to hydrate and bring my skin back to life! I left with skin that was cleansed, hydrated, and refreshed! She has the most amazing personality and has a radiant positive spirit! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to an amazing facial experience! I have found my esthetician, and after you visit you will too! I will definitely be a regular!!!!

I’ve gone to 5+ different facialists in SF and East Bay and Alessandra is by far the most experienced and professional facialist. On top of that, she’s incredible kind and thoughtful and makes the experience amazing every time I visit. She also tailors the facial to exactly what I like which I appreciate and doesn’t try to get me to pay for unnecessary add ons or products. I’ve seen her multiples times already (once every 1-2 months) and don’t plan to stop any time soon.

I’ve been getting facials for over a decade, so I definitely know what separates a good vs. bad facial experience. Alessandra is my go-to esthetician in SF! She is one of the most thorough people when it comes to extractions. She truly cares about the wellness of your skin and will go the extra mile to help you overcome your skin concerns. My skin always looks so glowy and skin weeks after my appointment!

Alessandra is the best! I've had two facials at Spa Bem-Ti-Vi and both times she is so patient and customized the entire experience. The most recent time I went in for an anti-aging facial and she took her time to understand my skin type and what my current needs are. Her knowledge, products, and ability to connect with her clients are top notch. I am going back again in two weeks and can't wait!

I love coming to Alessandra for all my self care needs. Every month I go and get a Brazilian wax from her and she is the BEST! She takes time to get every single hair out and leave me clean and feeling great. I've had many waxer, but Alessandra by far the greatest. Today I went to get a facial, this is my second time I have gotten a facial from her and again she does not disappoint. If I had the money I would go get a facial from her every month. I love her so much ❤️

Alessandra does amazing work, I am so so happy I found her. When I first came to her I was having some skin issues and needed someone to work magic on me and she did just that. She went above my expectations and really did change my skin, I hardly have to wear any makeup on a daily basis. She helped in reviewing the products I had at home and made recommendations on the products I should keep using or take a break from to see how my skin changed. I did end up purchasing some of the products she sells which ended up being great for my skin and I’ve even re-purchased. Each time I visit her she takes her time and gives my skin the TLC it needs. I always leave with glowing skin and the results last weeks.

Alessandra is an absolute artist. I had been seeing her regularly pre-COVID and this was my first visit back - the results are night and day. Alessandra takes her time and meticulously clears your pores, reviews your skin care regimen with you to ensure optimal results and hand mixes ingredients throughout the facial process. In the intervening years I had tried hydrafacials at other spas but absolutely nothing compares to the manual and personalized work that Alessandra does. To that end: Bring an oversized hat with you if you plan to be in public after. Results like the ones you get from visiting Alessandra do not come without some marks but within a few hours you will already see the healthy glow of a completely clear visage staring back at you. Topping it off with not only being a talent masseuse but also an extremely warm, kind and caring person makes Alessandra one of my biggest losses from moving away from SF. I cannot recommend a visit enough.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough, I am so happy I stumbled upon it. Such a calming and relaxing vibe. I now go for a bikini wax monthly and will not go anywhere else. Alessandra, the owner, is fabulous. She is very friendly and talks you through the entire process. She truly goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Added bonus- really good rates!

She takes the time to assess and treat each client's skin individually and make product recommendations tailored to their needs. I’ve been going to Alessandra for almost 2 years now and she’s the only person I trust with my face. I had HORRIBLE acne since a young teen I’m 25 now. Tried so many products, went to a dermatologist, got a facial & bought products in Colombia and nothing worked until I met her. My face completely changed in 2 months. I now get a facial once a month but continue to use the products she sells only because my skin LOVES IT. I recommend her to EVERYONE !

I LOVE Alessandra. I regularly get waxed by her and I’ve gotten facials as well. I have super sensitive skin and really appreciate that she caters her care really specifically to me. She always makes me feel comfy and cared for during and after the process and is good at communication between treatments to make sure the healing process goes well too. (Oh and she’s incredibly clean and careful about hygienic stuff.) Plus she’s funny and quite a delight to spend time with which….is not always true of estheticians….would highly recommend!

Exquisite facials! No aesthetician has ever taken so much time and consideration in the treatments for my skin. She is incredibly thoughtful, generous and knowledgeable not only about skincare but my skin and I have only had two facials so far! Needless to say, I am on a monthly regimen with her now. My skin has never looked better and I’ve been receiving so many compliments since I started seeing Alessandra! Her facials are extremely fairly priced and she does not pressure you into buying any unnecessary products, which I have found to be the case with many other aestheticians in San Francisco. I highly recommend Alessandra for any skin care concerns – even if you just need a little hydration and a pick me up!
