Just walked in off the street at 4pm website said 9 to 5. Wanted to see what they were about been looking to have some body work done. But she said I was fat n needed a tummy tuck! could set me up with a FREE surgical consultation for a tummy tuck! Didn't want to talk about anything else Didn't even bother to get up out her chair from behind the counter to even look at me. Soo take ur time n energy somewhere else.

They have a special going on right now with no mention that you have to be a new client.. I schedule my appointment online... When I called to confirm the appointment I was told it was for new client only .. why not mention that on your advertisement ... What if I had made the hour trip to my appointment just to be told this the day of my appointment... The refused to honor this special to a customer of over 10 years .. I have spent thousands of dollars there in the past .. Please do better Spa Black

I did not purchase any services from this business. The negative review is for the unsolicited advertisements sent to my phone. I never gave this company my phone number. If I can't trust this company to have integrity with their communication, then I cannot trust them with my health.

VERY DISSAPOINTED I GOT QUOTED A DIFFERENT PRICE OVER THE PHONE SHOWED UP AND THEY DIDNT HONOR IT! I WASTED MY TIME AND GAS ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE HAD JUST LEFT SMH! THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Dr. Evans and Simone are absolutely amazing! They have an incredible touch and truly know how to work wonders. What I love most is how they really listen to any questions I have, making sure I understand everything. I always feel completely at ease during my visits, and I've never had any issues after their treatments. It's no surprise that I keep coming back to Spa Black!

BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS!!!!! This review is solely based on their customer service. I decided to give this place a chance since I saw them on Groupon and I noticed the reviews were decent. I booked an appointment online through their self-service and it required a deposit. I tried to contact them for over a week and it's impossible to get through to their front desk or even a real person to talk to. Once, I was finally able to speak with someone they told me they didn't want to honor the Groupon package, if you don't want to honor it then remove your business from Groupon! They are rude and started to get defensive when I had questions about the Groupon. I wanted to ask how they would handle the deposit when I already purchased a package through Groupon. I was told by Diana that I would be receiving a refund if I cancel my appointment as long as I paid it through them. However, they cancelled my appointment but still not refund. I emailed them again and tried calling MULTIPLE times for their Director to tell me that they will not be refunding me. If I knew that I wouldn't have cancelled my appointment. Next time they should update their cancelation policy on their site and train their employees on what to say to customers. BAD BUISNESS!!!

Do not take the risk of getting any procedure with these doctors. I had a thigh lift and almost died! The doctors did not visit me but 2x in the hospital. I was there for a month and a half. I have had to use my primary care provider to get help. I needed wound care treatment orders no one returned the calls to the providers. I'm still healing and receiving wound care. My surgery was Dec 22.2023. All my wounds opened up I have six large wounds. I got 3 different infections, pulmonary embolism and I went septic. If you have an elective procedure and it goes wrong your insurance will not pay for the medical care you will need. These doctors want your money. Listen to your instincts. Don't be fooled by the happy videos posted by these people. Look on YouTube for my procedure it's posted! Do Not fall victim to these doctors. I have pictures. I have documents that show the truth. I have been traumatized, neglected and deeply disturbed by this. Spa Black is a deeply disturbing place that wants your money and once you've given it to them, they don't care about you anymore. Please don't take the chance

I had an appointment at the Wurzbach location and I had the chance of seeing Ashlee. She was sitting at the front desk, she welcomed me inside the spa, but didn’t to hand me my paper work right away. It looked like she was arguing with another woman working in the office. It was very uncomfortable and strange for it to be in a work environment. Another lady handed me some paper work and it was all very unprofessional, while I was trying to sign my papers I could hear the three girls working that day complaining about their management skills. The service was bad but the treatment was good. Ashlee looked like she don’t want to be there and don’t enjoy her job Sadly disappointed but Lauren did an amazing job!

I’m in my 3rd yr of pharmacy school. I understand how the health field works. It’s very fast paced. This medical spa is very accommodating, gentle, and personable. The entire staff is friendly. They offer complimentary beverages. I’m pleased with the results. I have recommended this medical spa towards other healthcare professionals seeking cosmetic treatment. I will definitely be returning. Love my results! The only issue I had is it’s customary practice to allow the patient view which vial the medication is being withdrawn from ensuring if you’re paying for Botox, Xeomin , etc you’re getting what you paid for. I didn’t see which vial and which medication was being injected into my face. Although I love the results. I do not know if I was injected Cronin Botox jeveau etc I advice patients be given the opportunity see the vial vs coming into the room with pre- filled syringes. Other than criticism I recommend 95%
