Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this wonderful spa! From start to finish, it was clear that this place is run with care and dedication. The owner is absolutely fantastic— so attentive, thoughtful, and truly listens to her clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each person’s needs are met and that the service feels personal and tailored. The staff is equally exceptional. They take the time to perfectly execute every request, whether it’s the shape of your nails or finding that exact color you've been dreaming of (mine was the DARK CHOCO: perfect one). Speaking of colors, the selection here is truly unmatched! I’ve never seen such a vast and unique range of shades. Plus, the best part is that all the products used are clean and ingredient-conscious, which is a huge plus for me. If you're looking for a flawless manicure or pedicure in New York, this is definitely the place to go. You won’t be disappointed!

AMAZING!!! First time comer to Spa Blue and it was nothing short of amazing. The manager (who I’m assuming is the manager) was incredibly kind and was sure to get me in my nail tech’s hands as soon as I arrived for my appt. And Yoko was AMAZING! She was so sweet, so warm and friendly! It was so easy to give her my preferences (and I can be super particular lol), and she did a very good job with cleaning, shaping and polish. I got a green tea pedi and basic mani, and left very happy! (Make sure to bring cash for tips!!!)

Do not come to this salon. I had a good first experience with a woman I forget the name of, but the second I just had was HORRIBLE. Cristina was extremely rude and I do not recommend her. I asked for a French dip manicure and I chose my base color. Unfortunately I didn’t like the color I chose and she had done my first hand (just the base) but I decided to speak up and apologize since I was paying almost $200 for this OVER PRICED manicure. She immediately got irritated and was extremely annoyed that I asked her to take it off. She was deeply sighing with frustration and spoke to me with a very rude tone. So unprofessional!! And then I decide I don’t want a French anymore since she had no idea what base color to use for me and I picked the wrong one myself. So she lets me pick a red. She tells someone to get the red I picked out. And they come back with the wrong red. I let her do one or two nails thinking maybe it just looks different in the container but I realize that it just is simply not the color I picked out. So I speak up again and apologize saying that this is not the red I picked out. She gets angry AGAIN and says to me that she is not going to take it off???? Like what do you mean you’re not taking off the color I didn’t want? This time was purely not my fault and I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way she was speaking to me. So I let her finish my hand, in shock that she spoke to me that way, and said I would pay for what she did but I refuse to let her continue since this is not the color I wanted. Probably realizing she would lose business, she asked me if I wanted to take it off and I said yes and she then took of my polish and let me choose another color. The manicure wasn’t bad in the end but the disrespect towards me was very unsettling!!! Don’t go here if you want to pay a reasonable price for a manicure and I would NOT recommend Cristina.

I’ve been coming here for years every few weeks for my gel mani - they literally never miss. Its clean, organized, all of the girls are so lovely & attentive… I highly recommend!

I am very surprised by the good reviews. In fact, my gel color on my feet only lasted 6 days. This for a really expensive service.

I just had the most amazing experience at Spa Blue where I received a spa pedicure, gel manicure and a 15 minute massage. Each of my technicians, Esther, Min and YoungHwa were so amazing and attentive! The attention to details was unmatched. I love the care and attention I received and am especially assured because they guarantee their service. I have been looking for a quality nail salon in lower Manhattan for the past few years and finally found Spa Blue who checks all my prerequisites: clean, aesthetically pleasing interior, comfy massage chairs for pedicures, good color selection, and that my gel lasts at least two weeks. TBC on the final prerequisite, but overall I’m so pleased with my experience. A little on the pricey side, but in this instance, you get what you pay for.

I walked in one day while I was in the city. I just got a basic pedicure and manicure so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. Carolina did a great job on my pedicure. I enjoyed getting to speak with her in Spanish. I forgot the name of the person that did my manicure but I was pleased with that as well. I was very surprised and pleased with the affordable price since it's in NYC. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and would go there again.

Really rude service. My technician spoke poorly of me in Spanish and used tools that were dirty. She also did not wear gloves. Maybe this is ok for certain people but not when you’re touching my feet. There was too much cross contamination. The polish job was poor and I was rushed to the drying station. After I was rushed over I stubbed my toe and my technician helped redo it, but made no hesitation to complain about me to her coworker. I should have asked her to wear gloves but a different worker was also not wearing them. I have a wart growing on my foot now because of the dirty efile bits, and her cross contaminating different bottles of products.

I never write reviews however this place deserves one. I have been coming here consistently for the last 2 years for both manicures and pedicures. The staff are all very kind and accommodating especially the manager Lucy. I always get my nails done with Sophie, highly recommend her, she’s amazing!

I had heard of Spa Blue from friends and family and so decided to go there for a manicure and pedicure and I was so impressed. It is fabulous! The staff are kind and well trained and the manager Lucy made me feel so comfortable, she is warm and friendly and welcomes each client as a friend, and one definitely leaves as a friend. On top of the great treatment, my nails lasted almost a month before I saw any chipping ! Thank you Spa Blue, I will be back the next time I visit the city and I will recommend you to all my friends who visit New York !

I’m visiting from SF and decided to get a gel mani before leaving tomorrow and found this spot on Google and based on the reviews decided to come in. My nail tech was Amy and she took the best care when cleaning and cutting my cuticles and was really precise with the polish application. Based on the calls I was overhearing, she also seems like an in demand tech - so I would defo say ask for her if you call to make an appt. Thanks Amy!

Christina the nail tech was so kind and helpful during my pedicure. I really enjoyed talking with her and she did an excellent job on my toes. The spa package I got was very refreshing and helped my feet feel like they were ready for spring! I would certainly come back again.

I received service from Kathy. Probably the most relaxing Mani/Pedi I've ever had. Fantastic service. Friendly staff all around. Relaxing soundtrack. A bit pricey, but it was worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Always incredible, highly recommend SNS dip here. They do an amazing job with Chrome and matte. Prices are fair for nyc. Long (natural) nails like mine take 2-3hrs if you include SNS removal.

Feet felt pampered. I had the Green Tea Spa pedicure, which is a little bit more then some other places for a spa pedicure in the neighborhood, but we’ll worth the extra few dollars. The technician took a lot of care and time to get rid of the callous on my feet that other places barely made a dent in. She gave a lovely massage and trimmed and cleaned my nails with no pain (also unlike other places). Staff were friendly and attentive. Place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here consistently since July 2022. Until recently, I have always been pleased with my manicures but lately the quality of service has gone downhill. Most recently, three (3) nails chipped within 2 days of getting a gel manicure. I called ahead to get this fixed, they told me to come in but once I was at the salon I was told this was not possible since the nail was broken. In the past, they have been more accommodating to fix these mistakes complimentarily (i.e., in April 2023, my nail broke after my manicure and they both re-glued and painted it for me). In this specific instance, the chipped polish caused these nails to break as the nails were weakened without the polish. I was disappointed with how I was treated as a loyal customer and sadly I will have to try out another salon in the neighborhood.

If I cld make it 10 stars, I would! If you want your hands and feet to look amazing, have any number of choices of polish to nail art, and excellent customer service - then go here. You get more than what you pay for and they treat you like gold. I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 10yrs. Thank you Lucy, thank you Spa Blue team! See you soon!

More than just a great manicure; this place made me feel like a million bucks. I was a last minute walk in on a busy summer Sunday the day before my vacation and they took me immediately no questions asked, got me in and out but didn’t rush on a difficult job (haven’t had a mani pedi in a year eek!!). They had a technician on my feet and a technician on my toes but it wasn’t annoying it was just fast and comfy. I came in with really sore inflamed toes after 2 nights of dancing with my girlfriends. Here comes the gross part if you want the TMI deets on how good they did. The pedicurist did an amazing job getting year-old crust off and polishing up my blisters without popping any of them. The massage left me feeling like I had new feet. I watched them get rid of all the supplies they used on me and thank god y’all. Very sanitary. Very comfortable. Amazing vibe too. Mix of older and younger women, everyone quiet but you could probably make a friend if you’re gregarious like that. The owner came up to a young lady and recognized her, she had just gotten married and the owner stopped to ask about the wedding and look at pictures. The lady doing my nails chatted with me about her family just like the ladies at my moms salon used to do in the 90s in the Midwest. This place doesn’t feel like an NYC nail salon. Feels very home-y. I’ll be back!!!

Spa Blue is absolutely wonderful. The women who do the nails are very skilled, the masseuses use a firm hand, and Lucy (the owner) is so incredibly warm and welcoming. I moved all the way uptown (and west) and I still try and come here to get my nails done.

We had a pedicure treatment on a rainy day. Had no reservation, but were lucky to walk in. We are very advanced , since we have had pedicures all around the world. LOVED it!! Maybe the best we have ever had... #nospon Incredible service. Friendly and kind staff. They really took their time for the treatment. xoxo
