Facilities were very clean and pleasant. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. We were able to use the pool while we waited for our massage times and we had a very relaxing (for her) and therapeutic (for him) massage experiences. Only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because we were told that the 22% Tip that WE added to our individual massage packages at the time the appointments were made (several days prior) was not going to be included in the total price. We were asked if we would like to tip our masseuses and we explained a 2nd time that we had included a 22% tip with our initial purchase and appointment booking. We were told that 22% tip was not reflected on the total, again. So we tipped 20% and when we get the receipts, the total amount billed has a 20% Tip of $29.80 AND our initial 22% Tip of $32.78 (do the math for a $149.00 Total). We always tip accordingly and in some cases ahead of time to make things simpler for us while traveling but we do not like to be tricked into over tipping. A 42% Tip ($62.58) on a $149 Service is a little overkill and if we thought the service was that amazing to tip that much of a %, we would tip cash so that the masseuses could keep as much as that tip as possible. Our 22% Tip ($32.78) is listed as a Service Charge that shows in the receipts. It is not a Service Charge, it is our 22% Tip that we told them about twice. We like the service and facilities but we are not coming back the next time we are in town. We like to know our business is valued and not be taken advantage of. 😕

Most relaxing pedicure experience. Front desk was very welcoming upon walking in. Reservations were easy to make. Peaceful and relaxing. Pedicure was wonderful . Vicky was incredibly sweet, kind, and professional. Wonderful experience. I will highly recommend to all of my friends.

I took my mom as a treat for her and I while vacationing in San Diego to sea brezza for a 30 minute soak bath. They showed us the facility and escorted us to the first bath room with a modern large soaker tub, we could smell the luxurious oil scents. There was a shower about 6 feet from the large tub and privacy curtains, it was beautiful! I was excited, but I was then given a room 1/3rd the size that had a large showerpan for a tub. The "tub" also would not hold water and emptied every 2 minutes. I left and went to the reception where, when telling them I did not get a bath soak experience they offered a 15% discount but a mandatory 15% gratuity. I wanted my Mom to at least have a good experience, after 45 minutes of waiting she texted and i found out she had been waiting in the locker room no body came to get her from the bath she independently found her way back and redressed then waited for me as no body also followed up with her afterwards either. If you are looking for a subpar waste of time and money disguised as luxury this is the place to go.

Nancy my massage therapist was amazing! I left relaxed and felt like my knots in shoulders and neck had melted away. Vicky whom provided pedicure was so nice and after seeing how much I liked a book she had brought from home for clients to enjoy gave it to me! Loved my visit so much will schedule my travels to be able to return and also purchasing gift certificates for family who live there. Seriously treat yourself and schedule with them at Spa Brezza!

I stayed at Dana on mission bay and assumed it was in that hotel. The director wouldn’t cancel My appt for a honest mistake and tried to charge my card but it declined thank god. So I went ahead and got a Uber and went in for my services. They said it has happened quite a few times. Well, $400 later. They even automatically charge the gratuity. It was nothing spectacular. For $30 plus tip for each tech, you could get better service. Not spectacular. Don’t go. Don’t even make the appt cause trust me. You won’t be able to get out of it. I paid my dues. I even said go ahead and charge me like a $25 cancellation fee. Nope. They wants to only give me $70 back of $280. The director could have done better than that for someone who came from Hawaii and wasn’t familiar with the area.

The massage was fine as was the atmosphere, but if they want to call themselves a luxury spa, they need to anticipate some clients may have other robe size needs. I went with a friend so we could have a girl's day. Unlike every other luxury spa I've been to, I was never asked my robe or shoe size prior to arrival. Once there, we were taken to a locker room where there were "one size fits most" robes and randomly sized sandals to wear. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy, and the robe would not fit comfortably/modestly over my belly and not show too much thigh below. My friend could not get the robe on. We were told that there were larger robes, but the largest ones were only in the men's locker room, and since a man was showering in there at the time, we could not have those robes. They managed to find a larger size I could fit into, but my friend had to awkwardly sit in the waiting room in her street clothes until it was time for her massage. We also had to switch sandals, as the random sizes they had put in our lockers were nowhere near correct. There are simple ways to fix this. Number one is to ask ahead of time and be prepared with the correct size of shoes and robes. The second is to keep inclusive sizes of robes available in a different area so one does not have to depend on an empty men's locker room to get appropriate sized spa wear. Again, the massage therapist was great. However I am not happy with how my friend was treated. It was embarrassing and easily avoidable.

This spa was alright. The instructions were confusing- my confirmation said to come 30 min early but they weren’t open that early and then told me I shouldn’t have come until 15 min before. The masseuse was very nice but did a weird jiggling with my legs (and the person I came with)- I felt like I was rocking on the table almost the whole time- rather than a massage.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had! Vicky was my tech and she was the sweetest! She did an amazing job with my pedicure and also made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend visiting the spa while you are here. It’s also very clean!

My husband and I stayed at Mission Bay Resort (amazing place to stay) and had couples massages. Regan was super knowledgeable and down to Earth. She was able to tell where I carry my stress and gave me some tips on how to alleviate the stress in my day to day activities. She was absolutely amazing. Best massage I've had in my life!

The massage was adequate, but not as good as others I've had. I specifically said how my legs were so tight, but little attention compared to the back was given; which I never mentioned was nearly as bad. Also, because apparently there are two locations when my wife set up the appointment through the hotel, we were never given the address to the one off-site so we thought it was the one on site. When I brought it up at check-in at the spa, they said that happens all the time...then we'll, at least a few times a month. Suggest they put the address on the email confirmation.

Treatments were excellent, hydrafacial and deep tissue massage. Facilities not so great: restroom was like any public potty, laundry overflowing, used cups lying around, shower didn't drain, shampoo dispenser cracked, no hair products available. For the price, they should be more attentive.

What a wonderful experience! There was not one thing I would have changed. I had the milk and honey body wrap which was like nothing I've ever experienced before. The staff was great, the robes are heavenly, the locker room was really nice and clean. I also got a massage and a hyrofacial and I'm craving to get another. I had alot of congestion and breakouts around my mouth and chin and the next day it looked soo much better. Thank you Hilton Spa Brezza for giving me such a fantastic spa day!!
