JW Marriott Was a great place to stay! From the restaurants with delicious food and drinks! Gelato bar in lobby! The management Alex runs a tight ship. My manicure was delightful and the gym. The grounds are beautiful. Bonnet Creek and Resort is the Place and hopping! I have been going to Orlando for 50 years and stayed at most of the hotels. Also I am a Disney vacation Club Member.

The spa and salon at the JW Bonnet Creek is excellent. I visit this hotel once per year and always get a manicure, pedicure, cut and color. This year I added a facial, which was excellent and very relaxing. The staff is friendly and professional.

Simply amazing! First time here. I came to decompress and relax. I did the Winter warm up massage and wrap. My masseuse, Sharon was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable, the pressure she was using was good and made it a truly relaxing experience. 10 out of 10 I would come again and recommend both the Spa and Sharon!

The spa is amazing! I went there with a friend for my birthday and it was a lovely experience. We enjoyed the sauna and the relaxation room before getting our massage. Susan did my massage and she did a great job. I will go back again for sure

This place is amazing! I've had massages by professionals in Thailand and the Maldives and honestly the skills of their staff are on par with experts on the international level,in my opinion. Sharon was my masseuse and she dealt with my aching back with effective grace. I feel so energized and relaxed, thanks Sharon and JW spa! This is just another reason why I'd recommend the JW if you're staying in Orlando and want to enjoy your hotel.

This spa was amazing because of the staff. Devin went out of his way to make our experience a fabulous one. Devin truly is a gem. And Megan is a wizard with her hands. Best massage ever!!! I wish I was not leaving tomorrow. The family suite is great for families. Plenty of space for everyone and the food at all the restaurants have been amazing; even the bar.

JW Marriott Orlando (Bonnet creek): I came into the spa completely jetlagged and sleep deprived and was treated to an absolutely delightful "pamper session" with Sharon's healing hands. Hands down the best therapist I've ever encountered at any Marriott spa globally! The entire spa team were warm, friendly, welcoming and super helpful.

This is my go-to place to really relax and spoil myself with a Swedish Massage and foot scrub. The aromatherapy shower, ice bath, and sauna are a wonderful treat. Sharon targeted my tension areas that she put me to sleep. I didn't want to leave.

Best massage I have ever had. Thank you Matthew for your attentiveness and angelic hands. Just absolutely incredible! I recommend to any all try the Himalayan stones, it has changed my whole perspective on stone massages. Incredible pedicure done by the wonderful Mawri. Great techniques used by each. The snacks, the champagne, the amenities add to the entire experience. Will definitely be back!
