Highest rating possible. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the front desk to the relaxation areas. Ask for Regina, my full body scrub was amazing. She is so kind and professional. She explained each step and the organic products used. She answered all my questions and is wonderful to chat with when I wanted to. I live in austin and already want to come back just for her treatments. Relaxing and effective (my skin is so soft).

Regina at JW Marriott is just the most wonderful facialist. Her hydrafacial are incredible and she really listen to your concerns and helps you out. Highly recommend Regina!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Regina give me a manicure and pedicure, and I cannot recommend her enough! From the moment I sat down, her warm energy and kindness made me feel completely at ease. She took her time with both treatments, ensuring that every detail was perfect. My nails look amazing, and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Regina’s professionalism and genuine care truly made it a standout experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit with her! 5 stars all the way!

I truly enjoyed my time at the JW with a friend as we celebrated our respective promotions. The massage therapist I had was so sweet, her name was Leslie. She had the hands of an angel too! My friend and I enjoyed our respective massages as well as all the amenities. We enjoued the suana, eucalyptus steam room, whirlpool, and relaxation room. We also filled up on snacks and complimentary rosé. The granola bars are to die for! best I have ever had. Overall, this is a great spa to spend a few hours in and everyone from the staff is very professional and customer service friendly.

Took my sister to the JW spa as a birthday gift. The spa is gorgeous, clean, and ultra relaxing. We were treated like queens. We did couples massages together, enjoyed the steam room, sauna and mineral pool and had a wonderful time. The day flew by! We went for lunch at six after and enjoyed the view of the river. it was the perfect way to unwind and celebrate together!

I've had multiple pedicures at this spa and this last one continued the high bar. The staff there are not simply following a generic, repeated approach but instead helping you figure out how to improve and fix things (like weak toenails or callused heels). Regina in particular is outstanding.

OMG!!!! What can I say, Spa by JW for the number of times I had service has been an experience out of this world as well as the staff. Salina massage therapist and Regina's nail specialist just add the cheery on top of the cake. My experience has always been top notch and the customer service is top-tier. The energy is so welcoming and yes a blessing in disguise. I love JW and Ms Regina, it's definitely an honor to be in your presence. Thank you Spa by JW making this Queen feel extra special and recharged from everyday hustle and bustle of life.

My birthday plans were unfortunately halted due to an unexpected emergency. Upon disclosure, the service representative offered no recourse or options for rescheduling. The policy is beyond rigid. The nature of emergencies are not considered in any form of fashion. It was truly disappointing to not even receive an option to reschedule.

The deep tissue massage by Carmen was phenomenal...would like to schedule one monthly. Problems: The pedicure was horrible, wrong utensils used for order of pedicure...actual nails were raggedy. I was waiting to see blood she was so rough with procedure. REALLY hated pedicure except nail color. NEVER again! NEXT problem was stealing of my funds...20% for gratuity! I was prepared to tip Carmen for her services but just short of lodging complaint for the terrible pedicure. I don't feel I got the full use of my gift card which payment now exceeded the total gift card. NOT every person deserves a tip.

Great experience as usual at the JW Marriott Spa. I've been to this location multiple times when travel has brought me through Tampa. I enjoy this Spa due to the amenities and overall presentation. Specifically I got both the Gentlemen's Manicure & Pedicure with Regina who is the absolute best. If you're on the fence or unsure about getting the right technician, make sure you request Regina. Personable, Professional, and most important great at her craft. Looking forward to the next trip!

Our experience was amazing! Truly felt taken care of and catered to. I suggest you set aside the better part of the day to enjoy everything they have to offer at a minimum. It can difficult to relax at home and it is worth time and money to step way and truly relax. Can't wait to return.

My friend flew in from out of town for work this week. We scheduled a spa afternoon to relax and unwind after her flight and before the start of our upcoming work week. The staff was very polite and lovely. There were very few guests so it was not crowded. One guest, with whom I chatted told me that she and her husband scheduled their services at JW because it was the only spa in town that had openings that day...I think I know why now. The facilities were clean and peaceful. However, there was no toilet paper in two of the stalls - one that I used and the one next to it, which my friend used. We alerted the staff and I assume they replaced it. I would have expected them to be on top of this; the TP holder has room for 2 rolls so if one is empty, the other is utilized. While the second is utilized, the first is replaced. My and my friend's robe was very soft, but they both had stains on them, at least I hope they were just stains and not dirty. Stains were present on the cuffs and belt on mine and front of hers. I do not wear make up and at the time I noticed the stains, I had not eaten anything and only drank water. The steam room and sauna and hot tub were nice. Making sunscreen available would be a The quiet area with lounges and coloring books for mindfulness activities was peaceful, but there were not enough blankets for all guests. I had to ask for a blanket. They did not have anymore tan fuzzy soft blankets and brought out a white blanket (not fuzzy/cozy) which I assume was a blanket for the massage table. My massage was average. And for the price, it was below average. Frankly, there are massage parlors on Kennedy that are far better and less than half the price. As a Marriot Bonvoy member who stays at Marriot hotels at least night a week, I was disappointed. Still, it was great to see my friend and relax in a peaceful space.

Regina Regina Regina! Had my first facial today and I cannot express the gratitude I have for Regina. She was gentle and knowledeable and the results were simply amazing. You will not be disappointed. Booking again as soon as I’m back in the Tampa area.

I visit the JW spa every month for a gentleman’s manicure and pedicure with Regina. I couldn’t ask for a better spa experience—surely made incredible by Regina who ensures a fabulous manicure and pedicure while engaging me in great conversation about our favorite food scenes in Tampa and around the country. Thank you, Regina, for making me look great and making me look-forward to our monthly chats!

If you’re looking for a facialist- Regina! She was incredible! Friendly, knowledgeable, gave the best massage too! (Better than my masseuse 😬) Will book her every time in the future! Facilities and staff are great. Only downside no indoor pool

I had a 90 minute(I believe) Swedish massage and my masseuse was Aracelis. It was the best massage of my LIFE and I've gotten hundreds in my lifetime. Everything about it was perfection. The room was relaxing and the scent of the oil was divine! My only regret was not being and to get a second one in during my stay, but that was due to other plans we had made prior. Even the waiting room in the spa was relaxing. Great job JW!

I highly recommend the river walk foot treatment! It was perfect especially after standing for 3 full days at the convention center. I also got a 1/2 hour back and neck massage. This was the best combination! I can’t wait to go back!!

My fave spa in Tampa. When you book a treatment you get access to the outdoor mineral spa, as well as the saunas. Lounge area is beautiful and relaxing, with complimentary snacks, waters, tea and wine. Highly reccomend!
