Frank (La Fronza) cut my grandfather’s hair, my dad’s hair, my hair and now my son’s hair. He understands how to cut hair and isn’t shy to tell you about it. His haircuts grow in so nicely that I never feel like I’m in a rush to go back.

Frank gave me the best haircut I have ever had. Male Medium length cut, there are layers and life to my head of hair. This place deserves more customers for the work performed.

I came to Chicago for a wedding and needed to get my nails done. A friend recommended Maria at the spa for the french manicure I wanted. Maria did an awesome job, it lasted well past any other manicure I’ve ever gotten. I wish I lived in Chicago, I would go more often. On my next visit to town I will make another appointment. Best place in town,very fair price, lovely person and other employees of the shop too!

Maria was able to fit me into her schedule at the last minute for a blowout. My hair looked great for my nephew's wedding and lasted for the weekend. Thank you Maria for sharing your kindness and talent with me.

Maria Did my hair for my son's rehersal dinner, I loved it. Plus she is a lovely lady. Also a different Maria did my french manicure at the same time. It was a Thurday, today is 9 days later and my regular manicure still is great! Amazing! Also she is a very lovely lady. I totally recommend both.

Have been going this spa for years. Maria provides the best manicures & pedicures in town. Donna does great cuts and color. Carlos can make your shoes look better than new again. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. It’s an excellent place to go if you want to walk out looking fresh and polished.

I have been going to Spa di la Fronza for almost 8 years, and will continue. I no longer work downtown, but will continue to come to them because I always get a great haircut and have a good experience.

Go see Lilly for the best massage of your life. Seriously. Hurts so good you will cry, but will be 2" taller than when you came.

I got a pedicure and my tech was great. However the atmosphere is not relaxing. I expected a massage chair as these seem to be standard in most salons. Quite uncomfortable set up No drying station and though I was offered to stay as long as I needed for them to dry I ended walking out in the throw away sandals as I didn't plan on adding an extra 30 minutes to my schedule. Not sure how the Hyatt recommends this salon.

Maria does amazing manicures & pedicures - excellent quality/perfection! Azam is wonderul and did an awesome job with my permanent eyebrows. Frank the owner is such a joy - always welcoming with a smile!

Received an amazing mani and pedi by Maria-probably best I’ve ever had. Clean and very detailed work. This salon is very charming and carries that vintage European charm. The people there are very warm, inviting, chatty, and they seem like a big family. Maria said she worked there for 30 years, and as we were chatting I found out that most of their clients have been going there for years and even decades! I’m bringing my grandma and mother in law and mother in next time-I love the way they treat the older generation-they just really get them and love them and give them the best quality service. If you’re European, you will love this place even more!

While attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency, my friend and I decided to schedule massages here with Lily. The Spa space is very cool with photos and memorabilia of all things Italian. Lily's knowledge and experience of massage was evident - we left feeling warm, relaxed, and ready to face life again. I highly recommend massage with Lily and seeing this very charming space.

I walked in and was welcomed with open arms! Maria was a joy! Great highlight and cut! Best of all super conversation and helpful information about my scalp psoriasis. Will make more trips to Maria for all my needs
