I had an amazing experience at Spa Emilia. From the initial contact through to the manicure, it was an excellent experience. Roxy is fantastic. Her attention to detail is superb and she has a creative vision. I appreciated that she made suggestions about colors and things to try. It was a lot of fun and I love the final product. I can’t wait from my next appointment!

This is the best nail salon I've found in Chicago. It's so relaxing. I brought my daughter and both of our services were above and beyond! We had Olga and Iryna. Would highly recommend!

I arrived to my scheduled appointment at 11. They told me told me my nail tech would be “ a little bit late”. 1 hr after at 12pm a nail tech starts preparing my nails. Then I was told to wait again. I waited another 20min. My nail tech finally got there. She started using old used nail files and tools that were not clean or disinfected on me. I was so disappointed. I drove 40 min to this salon because they told me they used “light elegance” nail system. They ended up using some cheap nock off. At this point I had enough. Not only were they about 1hr and 30min late for me they used dirty nail tools and then tried to pass of cheap IBD gel as light elegance gel. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. They have no respect for people time and are extremely unprofessional and not clean. Very disappointed in you Emilia.

I have been coming to this spa for the past 4 years. I am very particular about my nails and the quality of the services they give is wonderful, on top of the fact that all of the people working there are extremely personable and professional. I would highly recommend making this your go to spa in the Goldcoast area.

I regularly get my upper lip waxing done there and had my boyfriend’s eyebrows done recently. I’m always satisfied and the ladies that work there are very nice!

The only place I do my nails when I’m in Chicago. Expensive but worth it for long lasting nails done by people who care. Pet- friendly and very cozy!

I have been going here for years. Viola is my ‘go to’ person, but all of them are very good if I can’t align my schedule. Enjoyable experience, top class people and Grace is a true professional who retains top team. Best I have been to!

Tried to get a pedicure before class and a rude female worker was visibly irritated and unprofessional. I was happy to find a spa that was open at 9, to my surprise when I arrived, a rude female worker had zero manners and completely unprofessional. I did not have any services done and left. I went to another salon that took me right away after I told them what happened.

From the moment I called to inquire about a no chip pedicure, I was warmly welcomed by Grace for accomodation! My technician was Irena...she is Ahh-mazing and my experience was worth every penny, indeed! I also met Elizabeth, who was also very nice too; if you want a high quality experience, please come here! I will return for the pampering and genuine regard*****

My first time at Spa Emilia I was very impressed with the level of service I received from Gracie and Lilly. The environment was warm, clean, and friendly, exactly what I was looking for in my spa day. Lilly is a very talented esthetician and knows exactly what I need. She made sure I was comfortable and accommodated my every request. Great experience and looking forward to my next visit!

Probably the best pedicures we have ever had! Monica and Juliana were the sweetest and most professional ladies! They were so accommodating and did a wonderful job on our pedicures (especially on my husband's feet!) Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Tried it the first time today after my regular place let me down (again; never going back there). First impression very nice - polite and professional service, good quality, fair price, relaxing and quiet atmosphere. Hope this impression sticks and they are going to be my new place.

Spa Emilia is the cleanest spa I have ever been to. I like the soaking bowls instead of the chair machines. They all do a fabulous job, especially the massage. So relaxing and open 7 days a week. I will keep coming back!
