Today, I had my 3rd massage at Spa Evangeline. Each time has been wonderful. I particularly liked today’s treatment - which was called a detox and restore 50 minute massage. Amy did a terrific job… She has amazing hands that helped some quite sore muscles. If you’re able to book during the day within a week, you can count on it being nice and quiet and almost like a private spa. Quite the treatment!

Booking was easy, but I specifically requested Donna weeks before my appointment for a massage. I got there and they assigned me a different masseuse. The masseuse they assigned me was clearly new to being a masseuse and gave the lightest "deep tissue" massage I've ever had and ran out of time before covering my whole body. For that price point, I'd expect a higher quality massage and more transparent booking when I was assured my masseuse would be Donna. Next time I'll stick with Spa Jardin, where my masseuse requests don't fall on deaf ears and my money goes further.

I'm very disappointed that myself, my mother and sister visited, spent a lot of money and they refuse to be honorable and forward my ring to me. There have been 2 hurricanes since I visited but this place has no care for those who may be displaced or not have means to travel back to this spa. I'm honestly appalled that I was fooled into thinking this place would be decent and communicate how they refuse to give me back my ring without me traveling all the way back to South Tampa. Thank you, Tim, for lying that you needed to "hear back" from your "director." Experience on a whole level is not so great that it's acceptable to be ignored. It was shorter than expected. Shameful and spa Evangeline will never see me again outside of retrieving my ring!

My husband booked a couples massage for my birthday as well as a face mask and a pedicure. We had a lovely experience! The massage was very relaxing, loved the face mask, and the pedicure was very thorough. We left feeling refreshed and wonderful. Highly recommend!

What a refreshing oasis in the midst of our busy lives. The couples deep tissue 80 min massage was bliss. The relaxation room was fantastic classy setting to come back down to earth with a hot cup of honey jasmine tea & the perfect spa music. Thank you to the whole team that made it such a grand event for us.

During the massage, the masseuse solicited her own business and talked about it the entire session. This is the second time this has happened. Received the most "expensive" manicure/pedicure. Manicure began chipping in 3 days. Two stars because they have an awesome shower system where you can leave (semi) relaxed and ready for the day.

We got a couples massage for the new year. It was our first massage and they did an excellent job at making us feel welcome and comfortable. I gave it four stars because the couples massage service should include aromatherapy in my opinion. I would have preferred to have had my own selection of the music.

Best Deep Tissue Massage my wife and I have ever had. Jay and Benny were awesome. Both massage therapist were professional. They truly gave a deep tissue massage. My wife and I both left feeling loose and relaxed. The entire experience was relaxing and wonderful. It was well worth the drive and the cost. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the relaxation room in the beginning is shared with other people. It's more of a waiting area than a calming, relaxing room. People are rude and loud. As long as you know that ahead of time, it's a 5 star event all day long.

I absolutely love Evangeline Spa! I am now living outside of the country, and when I visit Tampa, I make it a point to visit. From the moment I walk in, I begin to relax! I love the relaxation room and the facials are too. They do their best to make it an experience! I'm scheduling a massage soon. I'm sure it will be as wonderful as the facials.

I had a massage yesterday with Dominique and she was amazing! It was the best massage I’ve ever had! Spa Evangeline is a lovely, relaxing and peaceful Spa. I can’t wait to go back.

I surprised my boyfriend with the Champagne Tub & Table for 2. It was amazing, the entire staff was excellent. Thanks Jose and Jae for the out of this world massages. ❤️❤️❤️

I was eager to experience Spa Evangeline. The reception staff and valet were genuinely accommodating and friendly. The facilities maintained a high standard of cleanliness, meeting the expected standards. However, despite the anticipation, the massage fell short of the quality anticipated, especially considering the elevated price. Despite paying an additional fee for deep tissue work, the service did not incorporate any deep tissue techniques as expected. While it was a pleasant overall experience, the steep pricing seemed disproportionate to the value received.

Latoya is an AMAZING massage therapist! One of the best I’ve ever had. Perfect pressure, unique techniques, and beautiful energy. I will remember to ask for her next time for sure!

My partner and I each had facials at this lovely spa. I had Connie, she was absolutely incredible and I felt immediately relaxed when I stepped into the treatment room. I’ve had a few professional facials before, but this experience was hands-down the best I’ve ever had. My partner had Naz and also thoroughly enjoyed her experience. We left the spa feeling fully rejuvenated and as if our complexions were brand new. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I have been to Spa Evangeline both times we spent time in Tampa. In Aug 2023, I got the Bourbon Pedicure (complete with bourbon), and my wife got the Hemingway Manicure. The nail techs were great! Beautiful work! They offered recommendations for beaches and eating in the area. We really enjoyed our time there and felt pampered.

My wife booked a couples massage for our 1 Year Wedding Anniversary. We had a lovely visit and the staff were kind. As this was our first visit, I was surprised that after getting into cushy robes, everyone is corralled to sit in a small, dimly-lit common room while you wait for your massage room to be ready. We shared a bottle of champagne but it felt slightly weird to be in a room with other strangers (in robes) while we were sipping and celebrating an intimate anniversary? Additionally, one of our masseuses mistook me for a completely wrong client while I was already on the table. The team mentioned there was a mix up in staffing and “there was a call out” so it’s possible this was a genuine mistake/miscommunication. Overall, I think I would still recommend this spa. Our massages were lovely. We enjoyed our visit, but other spas may provide better ambiance.

No where near worth the price my husbands company paid to treat us here. The staff members were dry- not overly friendly or welcoming. The bathroom was clean, nice and accommodating with different products. The relaxation room was stiff and uncomfortable with the chairs facing other chairs where you just stare at other people. The massage was subpar. the therapist was awkward. I ordered deep tissue and it was the softest massage I’ve had.. like lymphatic soft, not even Swedish. He didn’t massage my hands or feet at all and had my arms in uncomfortable positions where it was cutting off circulation. Thank God we didn’t have to pay for this as it was a treat from my husbands job. They added tip automatically 🥴

So we had the head over heels package. When I called and made the reservation they said would be 497 for the both of us with tax and gratuity included. They called back 3 times to reschedule the reservation for different times. So we went today prepared for relaxation but sadly at the end it was not worth the money. The massage we had was amazing but the pedicure I had, I didn’t have my toe nails clipped. We went to the desk to pay and they said that will be 650 dollars and was like that can’t be right. They didn’t do anything for us even though we were lied to and instead copped an attitude with us. I definitely will not be going back.

This was my first time getting a facial. Let’s be honest, I am the kind of person who washes their face with dial soap (whoops). Naz was absolutely a gem! Her energy and vibrancy lit up the room. We laughed at my not so great face routine and she made this experience incredible. My partner had Connie who was also amazing. Thank you Naz for making this Colorado girl glow like a Floridian!

When visiting Tampa my husband and I went to the spa for pedicures. It was a wonderful experience. Their calm relaxing waiting room was a new experience for us. Britney made our experience fun and memorable. Her personality is off the hook. Hubby got the bourbon pedicure but I drank bourbon lol. Thank you ladies I would definitely come back.
