I felt neglected at this salon. I needed my gel polish taken off and a manicure. I had to wait over 25 minutes (partially my choice) however, they let my hands soak in acetone for about 20 and it started to burn. I asked if I could take them off and the lady was very short and said someone would be with me. She was the one who started my manicure and passed me off to someone else, I felt it was because I wasn't doing a full service. The lady who did my nails was ok, I still have gel polish on one of them and was unsatisfied. The experience felt unsanitary. I would not recommend this salon.

Amazing space! Luckily they were available. I went to another nail spot around the corner you needed reservations for and thank goodness they were booked. I would have never found this space. I’m extremely satisfied and will be back.

I recently visited here and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. While I understand that employees may speak their native language among themselves, it became very apparent that the staff were speaking Korean in a way that made customers feel excluded and uncomfortable—particularly when paired with their unprofessional and dismissive attitude. Rather than feeling welcomed and valued as a customer, I felt ignored and spoken about, which is not the level of service anyone expects from a business. Basic kindness, respect, and clear communication go a long way, and sadly, those were lacking here. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on training staff to treat all customers with dignity and professionalism, regardless of language barriers. Until then, I cannot recommend this salon to others looking for a pleasant and inclusive experience.

DONT GO HERE! They destroyed my nails with the drill to remove the gel. 120$ in the trash. Unfriendly staff. I went for mani and pedi and they refused giving me two professionals then try to rush with a poor and not professional service.

One hrs deep tissue massage works and it is worth every minute. I have visited over 50 places to get the massage in NY and NJ. This on is one of the best spas. I’ve also heard it’s been here for 14 yrs, no doubt! Keep it up!!

After the renovation, the service has been improved and immaculate under new management. When I messed up my pedicure, they were more than happy to fix it for me without a fee! They also have licensed masseuses that give really massages that target where you need extra relief. 10/10 would recommend, would go again!

I’ve had two 30-minute foot massages done here and both have been wonderful. Very clean, very relaxing, very effective. Walk home was so much better than before I went in. I am planning to go back to try the 60-minute session. Prices are as expected for this neighborhood- not cheap, but not outrageous given the quality of the space and the work done.

Amazing ambience, which is really hard to find at New York spas that are also affordable. All of the staff were super accommodating and great, I got a pedicure and massage and both were amazing. But I think the extremely relaxing and clean atmosphere is the selling point for me to come back

I came here with my wife in the past but looks like there has been a big renovation and is under new management. The spa is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My wife did her nails and feet while I got a massage downstairs. Massage was excellent and the new space downstairs is very modern now. Super glad to have this place nearby. We will be coming back.

Nice space but for the price of a dip manicure I’m extremely disappointed that my nails are all cracking/chipping after just 8 days. I should have listened to the reviews because paying $75 for my manicure to be ruined after 8 days is upsetting. Also they didn’t clean up my cuticles. Won’t be coming back

This spa got a big facelift all around and is much nicer now. I got a manicure, back massage, and 30 min foot massage. Clean, nice atmosphere, better polishes and staff is nice. Definitely coming back!

To all bad reviews, it’s under new management as of February and all the bad reviews are old. My wife lives in a building nearby and used to go to the previously nail salon with the bad reviews and agrees it wasn’t great. ITS MUCH BETTER NOW. I went with my wife — she did nails and then we both did feet massages. Super friendly and dedicated staff, very clean and pricing is aligned with nyc pricing. They have a new massage floor downstairs and it was very, very good. Hope they get better reviews as they’re putting the work in to turn around the place.

High prices for poor customer service, and the most embarrassing experience ever! Last Saturday, I got dip nails, a pedicure, and my boyfriend also got a pedicure. I paid $166 ($65 for my nails, around $45 for each pedicure) plus 20% tip. I was surprised at how expensive it was, but didn’t question it because of the nice atmosphere/experience. Within a week, two of my nails had cracked/chipped. I decided to go in again Saturday (30 minutes each way) and ask to get them fixed. The dip powder was SO thin that the manager did not believe me that it was dip - she thought I had gel nails. She fixed my nails and I went on my way. Later that night, TWO MORE of my nails chipped (mind you, this is dip powder which usually lasts me 3-4 weeks). I decided to go back the next day again (30 minutes each way) and ask them to redo my nails. When I arrived, I told them I wanted to get my remaining nails redone because it was just a matter of days before the rest of my nails would break and I was leaving town. They redid the 8 that were left and when I went to leave, the owner said “You have to pay $65 for that new set” which she had never mentioned when I said I wanted them all redone. I had been very kind and understanding until that moment. Never ONCE did they say sorry for any inconvenience - time spent commuting and time spent getting them redone. I wasn’t looking for a handout, I simply wanted the nails that I paid $65 for to last beyond a week. When I said I wasn’t paying ANOTHER $65 a week after I had gotten my nails done, I was asked if I could compromise and at least pay half. I said I would pay my nail technician (Mina, who was wonderful) $15 to compensate her for her time (mind you, that’s over 20%). I walked out embarrassed that the manager acted as if I was trying to pull one over on them, yet I simply wanted to have the proper nail job that I paid for. Was fully planning to just get my nails fixed without posting a review had the manager not acted like I was at fault. If you’re looking for a nice atmosphere, this place is it. If you’re looking for a place where your nails will last longer than a week and your time is respected, please go elsewhere.

They charged me $168 for a powder manicure. I was literally robbed. They were so rude and refused to adjust the price. I’ve been getting powder manicures for years and never once have heard of such an obscene price. She pushed me into getting extensions, I only really needed two but I agreed. There was no mention of cost. I didn’t get designs, nothing. Based on this price they must have charged more than $5 PER EXTENSION. I only had two short nails they cut down the rest. Total scam. RIP OFF AVOID THIS PLACE. I have never had a more horrible experience. Also by the way, as I walked out after spending almost $200 on a powder manicure, no massage, no design, so special shape, they called me cheap!

$168 will get you tips with dip. Totally flabbergasted by the price especially with the quality of the work; as seen pictured. So upset because the service itself was good enough. I wouldn’t come here for dip again… maybe a pedi but I’m scared to see the price of that.

I was initially drawn in by the beautiful and clean interior but ended up being pretty disappointed with my experience. They weren’t very transparent about pricing and ended up adding a bunch of additional services onto my basic manicure making it far more expensive than I was expecting to pay. The actual manicure was just fine, ending up chipping pretty immediately which was very disappointing especially considering the experience I had there. I will not be returning, unfortunately.

Pros- they do a good job and the place is clean Cons- the prices are shockingly and laughably high. And they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. Only Essie and OPI colors are in the base price and service. Want Butter London or Zoya colors? I think it was $7 more per body part. Quick dry? That will be another $5. Oops, you want quick dry on your fingers and toes? More money. Itemized receipts? No luck. The pedi was $65. Got a 10 min massage for $20. So $64 for a manicure on natural nails? I decided not to debate or argue. The listed prices are not what they charge. Feels like a bait and switch. Hope it was worth it for them. The service was $140 before tax and tip. Not gel. Not fillers. Natural nails. 🤯Meanwhile, walk over an avenue to 3rd and the price drops to less than half for the same service. Next time, I’m out.

I got dip powder mani, which is supposed to last a long time. Chipped the next day and I paid over 100 bucks for their services. Complete waste of money. Another thing that bothered me was that as I was getting my manicure done, the massage man came up behind me and started massaging my shoulders unexpectedly. After I made it clear, I did not want to pay for a massage, he stopped. I did not appreciate him putting his hands on me without asking for my consent.

STAY AWAY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED DOUBLE THE PRICE FOR A REGULAR SERVICE! Regular nail salon with DOUBLE THE CHARGE! Regular Mani Pedi costs $72! In response to the salon, The service I have received at other salon with way more reasonable prices has been either comparable or better (free 5-10 min massage) ... I did not check the price (my problem) because I assumed I was not going to get ripped and the prices were similar to other nail salons!

This is my first time writing an unhappy review. I would have given 0 star if I could! I got manicure and pedicure and was charged $72. Have been living in the city for years and quite familiar with mani/pedi spas and their rate. How ridiculous… to overcharge the customer. Did not see any special treatment on my nails and toes. I did not even get the polish which I totally understand you gotta pay for the service regardless, but my nails not even done probably. Left this place totally disappointed! I wont definitely go back and I’m not recommending this place.
