Early November, I had my first visit at Spa Habitat for a deep tissue massage. I traveled from Mississippi for a weejend with friends. The ambiance was very nice, and the relaxing atmosphere was evident upon entering the door. Then, I was graciously greeted by the receptionist who checked us in and offered hot tea or water while we completed paperwork. My masseuse, Lizzie, was amazing. She inquired as to whether the pressure she was administering was satisfactory or needed adjustment. She honored my request to focus on my lower back, and she explained some reasons why I was having lower back pains. Lizzie must be a magician because my lower back pains were gone when she finished. She gave recommendations on what I could do to alleviate my pains in the future. I enjoyed my experience so much that I returned to the same location two days before Thanksgiving. Lizzie was out, but I had another great experience with Jade. Thank you all for the welcoming, relaxing experience. I will see you all again soon.

I’ve been to many spas and Spa Habitat will be my first pick from now on. So glad I came here for my birthday, will be back soon for the TreeHugger service!

Nice place, very soothing and relaxing as you walk in. The event of our occasion was girl time for my aunt's wedding. I called around a few places and asked if they could accommodate the request we wanted, all to be in the room together to enjoy together. I do feel I made this clear over the phone and she informed me that she could accommodate it. I verified even because I told her there was many other places that wouldn't, or they only could do 2 at a time for couples. I understood and understood our request was different but it's the ONLY reason I booked here. So, it was a surprise when we showed up and all went in different rooms. Although I did speak with the same lady, I had spoken on the phone with to book about this she just said no it must have been a misunderstanding. I get it, but don't because like I said I made sure to verify it when booking. All in all, I feel taken advantage of because I clearly told her (the manager) that's the only reason I booked here, I feel the least she could have done was offer a small 10-15% off, but nothing was offered, which is fine, but this is the reason I leave a low star rating and will not return.

I have been a client at Spa Habitat West Village Dallas for a while now. I appreciate the calm, inviting space but most of all the team they have there. Mandy and Klaire are kind, professional, and provide a consistent experience. Well worth a visit!

Best massage I have ever had. Reuben was amazing. The ambiance of the spa was great and the girls at the front desk were super sweet. Highly recommend.

Came in from out of town for a show, and got my friend and I a spa day for her birthday. We had a massage, facial, and foot ritual. Everything was fantastic! The spa is so cute inside and the atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. Everyone providing the various services was so knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful. I highly recommend coming here!

I found this place about a month ago. It has a spa vibe and super clean, however, I wish they didn’t have such a small waiting room. I’ve had one of the best facials and massages here recently. Nicole is fantastic. I have booked with her for a 3rd time. She literally makes me feel like a new human when I walk out of there. 🙌🏽

I got a body scrub & body brush. The young lady I was blessed with was awsome. She asked right away if the scrub needs a lot of pressure or light. If all the ladies are as good as her this will be a place I recommend to everybody.

I had an amazing massage from Margo today. She hit every pressure point that I had. Additionally, everyone was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely be a regular here if it wasn’t so far from where I live.

I love this spa! They have all vegan products, yay! Ask for Renita, because she’s just the best! I feel relaxed and like I’m glowing each time I leave from getting a facial from Renita! The spa is very clean and the staff are very kind and friendly. You can have a cup of tea prior to your service as you wait in the calming and serene waiting area.

My experience here was a bit all over the place. Firstly, we had initially scheduled out appointment for a Saturday at 11am. Somehow, they had us down for a Friday at 5pm. (Not sure how that happened but things happen?). The front desk associate (Terry?) went above and beyond to make sure we received a service. However, they only had a 50 minute couple massage available when we originally had a 3 hour experience booked. Whatever- better than nothing so we took it. The massage itself was completely underwhelming. Nothing more than rubbing lotion on the body. When we asked for increased pressure they said that’s not what we booked. Odd. Great concept, but probably wouldn’t return/recommend.

So, I was having a anxiety Attacks and they had essential Oils, Fragrance that were natural Healing remedies..... Spiritual Essence of Calming Smells.... That did help my anxiety Attack.. the Back Rubs are Convenient Next Door to Starbucks.....But the Place is a Great Place of Peace and Calming.... everyone on Earth needs to experience this...it's life Changing... Jody was Really Nice to me too... She deserves a lot of Respect.........For her Ideas and innovations....

Wow, what a disappointment! We booked a couples massage, but both my partner and I disliked the massage that was performed. It didn't feel pleasurable or professional at all. The staff wasn't friendly or welcoming either. In particular, my masseuse was terrible. She cut the time short and left the room multiple times, taking about 5 minutes each time to come back. Instead of the 50 minutes of professional massage I expected, I only had 30 minutes of what felt like an amateur "gentle touches" session. To make matters worse, the girl at the front desk automatically charged us a 20% gratuity without asking or mentioning it. Needless to say, we will never be coming back
