Horrible experience. Please choose to go to another place. I went in for a simple hair cut. I specifically said I only need to cut the ends up to two fingers top. The lady named Mary she did whatever she wanted to my hair. She looked so confused and almost bothered everytime I asked her to not cut it too short. at the end she asked if I wanted a blow dry, I said yes but I do not like it to be too curly. She did It anyways, she curled up my hair sooo much to the point I couldn’t really see the details of the hair cut. Knowing me I would’ve let it pass as I usually do cause I don’t like to complain, but I had an appointment I needed to get to and I wanted my hair to look nice, so I addressed this with her and asked her to straight it. She was so pissed when I said that. She almost did nothing. I paid and went back home where I washed it again and straight it myself. This is when I was finally able to notice how awful my hair was. This lady had chopped my hair horribly in the front and left the back part uneven. I called the salon to complain and said I was on my way back to get it fixed. When I arrived, the manager and this lady Maria were so awful to deal with. Neither of them even attempted to help or fix my hair. They were only trying to prove a point that their job was great I was no one to say otherwise. After all the commotion created by them I was only left with the option of asking for my money back as no one was trying to help. Ive been working in the hospitality industry and customer service for over 7 years now and never had treated any of my customers how I was treated at this place today. Needless to say, I’ll never go back to this place and I honestly hope no one get to go through this horrible experience I did.

I walked in last minute and they took me in. Jose and Rosemary were the sweetest souls. Amazing staff and great service. This will be my new go to.

I got my hair washed, cut into layers, and a blowout by Solange and my hair came out amazing. She was very gentle with me and did it the exact way I wanted

I came here for a cut and blow dry, very affordable ($30 cut, $45) and I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist! Radame’s is AMAZING! I showed him a picture of the cut I wanted and he executed it to perfection! 10/10 recommend him! I will be coming back for my hair but the nail service wasn’t the best in my opinion.

It was a bad experience. I only wanted golden tones and they left my hair like the photo. The professional as if she was in another world, little details. I do not recommend it. My hair falls out when combing. I no longer want to go out.

I got a haircut today with Olga, and I am very pleased. I have a lot hair and it is very curly , but still she did an amazing job. I highly recommend this salon.
