Owner has changed. Poor quality massage and they force you to give them a large tip - they wouldn’t let you leave otherwise. Very scary. 100% don’t recommend! This is the first and only 1 star review I have left on google, and that says a lot.

Stopped into this new shop and met Mia. She walked on my back and gave a firm Acupressure massage. Very nice young lady and I would recommend to everyone.

I first came to Dr. He in summer of 2016 when I was experiencing severe sharp spasms on my left legs that interfered my daily routine, to a point that I could barely walk at times. After 6+ weeks of the chiropractic treatment without much improvement, a close friend suggested trying out acupuncture instead and though I wasn't very keen on that idea since needle and I were never best buddies; nevertheless, I decided to give it a try. Hence through my "in-network" provider lists I found Dr. He. She was very patient in listening to my problem and suggested treatment plan. After seeing her twice/wk for 3 weeks my pain went away completely and I noticed after the first week that it was improving already. Then I stopped my treatment. Fast forward to 2019, my son was experiencing back/leg pains from playing basketballs so I thought maybe I would take him there to see if Dr. He can help him. He tried acupuncture and cupping therapy a couple times but did not really like the needle experience so he switched to the massage therapy. They had a great masseur who was excellent in deep tissue therapy and that helped a lot. Later my husband also tried acupuncture, cupping therapy, guasha and massages. He also preferred massage therapies. Since then, we have been visiting Dr. He's clinic whenever we need some "adjustments" to our pain/sore and I have recommended her to several of my friends who asked for good acupuncturist.

Been here often for the past few years. The neck pain is greatly relieved after the acupuncture and massage. The acupuncturist is friendly and the clinic is clean. Overall great experience.

Dr Kim is awesome, she asks many questions and makes sure you're comfortable and know exactly what she's doing with the needles and why. I plan on going back after the holidays for further treatment.

I had a wrist injury in May 2018. Even though I went through physical therapy after surgery, the pain in my shoulder and arm was still severe and sometimes unbearable. I have continued my physical therapy but that didn’t seem to help much. I decided to try Dr. He’s acupuncture and massage therapy in December 2018. Amazingly after my first visit she was able to help reduce the pain by 70%. Since then I have had about 10 sessions of acupuncture and massage. I am practically pain free now! I am very thankful to Dr. he and her clinic for my regained health!

I'm a marathoner and had bone marrow edema (pre-stress fracture) on three bones on my left foot. Dr Zhe told me it'll take 7 sessions to completely heal. However, I had pain free running after only 3! I've been to a few other acupuncturists and compared to the others Dr Zhe chooses the pressure points far more carefully. She only uses 3 or 4 needles per joint, compared to other acupuncturists who use twice as many. Also, the new Tui Na lady is fantastic, and understands the pains of a runner!

I'm so glad that I found Dr. Zhe He's office here in Sorrento Valley near my work. She is very professional, answered all my questions, and made me so comfortable during our 1st visit. She checked my Insurance and was pleased to hear that she works with Insurance. I was so pleased with my outcome from my first visit that I called her the very next day to tell her that I felt like a million bucks with the acupuncture treatment and the massage received from Ella. I not only called but when you find such a gem, you just have to share it with others which I happily did with my co-workers. I highly recommend East Holistic Acupuncture and I just can't wait to be at my next appointment with Dr. Zhe He and Ella.

The Doctor is very nice and professional. I got treatment there every week for 3 years already. The experience is very good, and treatment results are impressive!
