I came here because I was suffering from a migraine from in flight pressure. Eliza is truly an expert and helped direct me to the right treatment. She made me feel really comfortable and within 15 minutes, my migraine was completely gone. She saved my day. Definitely worth it!

The airport chair massage was excellent. She may be the strongest woman I have ever met or received a chair massage from, and her name is Santa, so you should come see her. El masaje fue excelente. I choose a hair service and nail ssrvice. The hair service got a 1 & nail service 4. The hair stylist got the back of my sweater soaked in water, and was clueless how to dry & style my hair. They only charged me for the wash when I expressed my disatisfaction. Nail service looks great, however they soaked my nails in a DISH of acetone for 15 min, then ended up filing my previous gel off anyway.

Don’t get a table massage from here. Cameras are positioned so that they can see you undress when you do a table massage. The male massage therapist will go into the breakroom and watch the cameras while you get on and off the table. News article doesn’t surprise me only the name of the arrested. Just go to be relax or get a massage and nails on the outside.

I got a Swedish massage from Joshua during a longer than expected layover and it was wonderful!! Exactly what I needed to release some travel stress and tension. Highly recommend treating yourself to one of their services.

I'm having a hard time understanding why you would employ someone who has pending assault charges! Not only 1 but 5‼️ I'll definitely spread the word to my family and friends who travel frequently to steer clear of your establishment. Do better at protecting your clients‼️

Was told I would have to wait an hour to get in. Put my name down waited 2hrs and they kept taking 5 people who came in after me ahead of me. Finally left because it was either get a massage or make my flight. Terrible.

Tucked away in a corner behind M•A•C cosmetics by gate C12 is a little place called Heaven!! I believe things happen for a reason and my long layover in Dallas was so I could enjoy the most amazing massage! Now I have to think of reasons to fly into Dallas! After a stressful beginning, I am now fully relaxed and ready to enjoy my trip. Highly recommend even if you can only squeeze in a 15 minute quicky😉

I had a wonderful experience here with Santa! She was a kind and strong masseuse that was knowledgeable about physiology and kinesiology. She knew exactly what needed attention and I left there feeling relaxed and much more flexible in time for my next flight. The staff was kind and courteous. They gave me a space to wait and relax in while I waited for my turn. They made sure to work with you so that you would be able to be seen before your next flight. Definitely recommend this spot!!!

I think the person didnt know how to massage. Instead of working with the muscles, she kept kneading with her elbow. I thought it was awful.

Just had an hour long swedish massage with Yvonne, who really took great care of me. Coming home from a funeral, and she vastly exceeded my expectations, with a great massage and a truly empathetic soul. Would go again!

I had the 60 minute deep tissue massage. The guy was very professional and helped loosen up my shoulder that had been giving issues for the last few months. Well worth the money.

I had along layover and got and hour long massage here with my wait. I had a girl named Santa and she did an amazing job. I would of rated 5 stars if they had more private rooms, not open at the top, but for the most part, pretty private. Lots more noise around due to the lack of containment for a room. However my LMT was amazing and unexpectedly one of the better massage therapists I've had in quite some time.The pressure was perfect, she was attentive and helped relieve a lot of pain in my muscles and it definitely made the rest of my commute back home more restful.

Great massages at C12 during layover! I had an amazing massage with Elvira when I stopped there in 2021, so I took my husband to the Spa today for our layover. He received a 30 minutes chair massage from a male therapist and he was very impressed for the work he did on his neck and shoulders. When we get back home, we will be looking for a therapist who specializes in chair massages as my husband doesn’t like table massages. Based on my experience and that of my husband, I would rate this spa a 10!

Stopped by on an 8 hour layover. I didn’t have an appointment but was seen right away for a massage. Josh was amazing! I was so impressed with the professionalism of the location and employee. His massage therapy skills were phenomenal and his kind demeanor led to a relaxing break in an otherwise long and arduous day. I will stop by again on future layovers!
