My favorite hour of the month! Spa hygge is so warm and cozy. I signed up for the membership have been getting monthly facials with Monica. She has helped me see a great improvement in my skin. She always has great recommendations and has helped me develop a solid skincare routine that I’m finally sticking to! Like I said, definitely one of the highlights of every month!

She will assess your skin and perform a custom facial tailored exactly to your skin’s needs and the experience you’re looking to receive! She’ll talk you through each step or provide a quiet relaxing service if you prefer. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

This was my first time at Spa Hygge and it definitely did not disappoint. I booked the 60-minute classic hygge massage with Lisa. The spa was very warm and welcoming along with the staff inside. Also, the location is easy to find and the client parking spaces made my visit stress-free.

Anna is great and so informative, but also a fun person to chat with during an appointment! The Spa its self is a cozy, comfortable space in the perfect part of the city! I never get over to Old City much, so I love getting a facial and enjoying some time around.

Cannot recommend Spa Hygge enough!!! 5 stars and beyond. Their new location is such a vibe really staying true to their name - hygge. It is cozy, inviting, warm and friendly. I have been seeing Tia for facials for years now. She customizes every session to what your skin and you need in that moment. Every time I leave this spa I already can’t wait to come back.

Had my first facial here in October and immediately scheduled my next one when I left! Not only was the experience amazing, but I have continued to see my skin improve week after week from Tia’s advice. She made me feel really comfortable and provided information about my skin and important things to do and not to do. It was the perfect mix of educational and fun chatting. She also recommended the hydrogel for my skin and it has been a game changer!

I came in for a massage and ended up booking the club hygge membership! The spa is very cozy cute and everyone I've encountered so far is incredibly welcoming and kind. The massage was great - definitely addressed my knots in my shoulders and back. I'm looking forward to try a facial. I think this is the perfect spot for self-care.

I really enjoyed my facial at Spa Hygge today! As soon as I walked in, everyone was welcoming and accommodating. I saw Monica, and she walked me through the whole thing letting me know what she was doing and what products she was using. She listened to my skin concerns, addressed them well with multiple different treatments, and suggested an affordable product at the end that I ended up purchasing! Will definitely be back.

I’ve had the opportunity to get both a massage and a facial with Kyria and both were excellent! She was really nice and attentive both times. I was so relaxed and I love that add ons are included in the facial. It makes it a good deal for city. Looking forward to visiting Spa Hygge again.

Spa Hygge is the only place I will trust with facials. I have never regularly gotten them but just after a few months of coming here, my skin has never looked better. Each facial is tailored to what I have going on (i.e., travel) and what my skin needs that day. My esthetician always explains what is being done, what the ingredients are and their benefits, etc. and I really have learned so much about what my skin needs. The space is also amazing which creates such a luxurious experience and every detail here has been well thought out. I am so glad I found Spa Hygge!

I am actually obsessed! The spa is absolutely stunning, clean, cozy and welcoming. There’s tea and water when you first arrive in the gorgeous lobby. The facial itself was life changing. This was my first facial so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect — Lauren made me feel so comfortable and I left feeling relaxed with my skin glowing. I’m so excited to come back — absolutely loved the entire experience!

I had a wonderful massage experience. I’ve received massages at many different spas in the city and Philly suburbs. I was very impressed by the fact that Lisa sat down beside me to talk through a thorough consultation about my concerns and preferences for my massage. And, this consultation period didn’t take away from the time spent on my 60 minute massage. I was really pleased with my experience from start to finish.

Was welcomed into their waiting room with delicious infused water. The spa has a very warm, homey feeling. I had a custom facial with Lauren who was very knowledgeable about the products and the condition of my skin. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. This was the best facial I’ve ever had! Will most certainly be back.

The spa is adorable, cozy, super clean, and private. I often get facials, and this is one of the best I've had! Bri analyzed my skin and worked her magic! I was sent home with generous product samples and love that there was no pushy sales! Also love it's an easy payment process and all the services that other spas call "extra" are included in the base price as well as the tip. Bri really is fantastic! I already booked my next appointment!

Tia is the absolute best! When I first started going to her for facials, my skin was super inflamed, had regular breakouts, and made me feel insecure. Her facials helped me find a routine that works and keep my skin literally glowing. Hygge is such a special environment and I always look forward to my monthly facials.

What an incredible experience at Hygge facial spa! From the little details, like having a jewelry holder and aesthetically pleasing space- to the big ones like listening to clients’ concerns, actually addressing them, and providing tips for future skin care. Also, Tia is so sweet and honest, she said my skin was too good to be a part of the monthly facial club, I love not being haggled to join or pay more for add-on’s! Will definitely be back in the winter (as recommended:) )!!

I had my first facial with Tia recently and it was a wonderful experience start to finish, and nearly two weeks later I am still noticing the benefits in my skin. A few weeks prior to my facial appointment, my skin had a bad reaction to a new medication. I had low expectations going into it that the facial would completely fix my skin, but days after, my skin was back to a much calmer, smoother state. Tia took her time to make sure all of my needs were met- after discussing my allergies and product preferences, she used all vegan, gluten free, and fragrance free products for my sensitive skin, and focused on calming, anti-inflammatory, and hydrating treatments. This facial was exactly what I needed to relax, be pampered, and give my skin some much needed TLC. Tia also took the time to give me a few small suggestions to update my skincare routine, which I have also noticed have made a big difference in just 10 days. I will definitely be going back!

What a FANTASTIC facial!! I had my first facial with Tia a couple weeks ago to treat my persistent adult hormonal and genetic acne. When I walked into the spa, Tia was ready and waiting for me, since they only schedule one client at a time. I immediately felt so cozy and comfortable. In the facial room, Tia explained what I could expect for my first appointment. She gave me a robe to change into before getting under the fresh blankets. She examined my skin and came up with an immediate game plan for the appointment, explaining each step fully for me, including what sensations to expect. I have never had such a thorough appointment with such clear explanations of what is going on with my skin, how we would treat it that day, and how to treat it ongoing. While doing the facial (and neck/scalp massage!), Tia answered all of my questions about joining Hygge club (which I did, immediately!) and what products I could use at home that were gentle enough for my sensitive skin. When we decided what I would take home, she gave me a really clearly written out card with the order of product application. I have it on a shelf in my bathroom so I can follow it to a tee! She also mentioned that there is an infra red sauna through another door in the waiting room, which I can use with my club hygge 3 month membership. My skin almost 2 weeks out looks wildly improved from pre-facial. The texture is much smoother overall, and feels nice and bouncy. I’m so excited for my next appointment for the next stage of my treatment, where we will target the darker spots/scarring. Thank you, Tia!

Hygge Facial Spa is truly the best! I’ve been coming here for treatment with Bri for the last year and my skin has never been this consistently clear and healthy. The sauna session before the facial is *chef’s kiss*. The space is peaceful and you have the whole suite to yourself during the treatment which adds to the serenity. The playlist is also well curated. On to Bri, she’s amazing! I followed her over to Hygge from another spot because of her care and clear passion for providing thorough and customized skin treatment for my finicky skin (at least it used to be finicky before working with Bri!). My balanced, glowy skin is proof of her craft! And beyond that, she’s a really great human and her calm and gentle nature is the reason I always leave Hygge much more at peace. Come to Hygge!!
