I had the best facial at SPA Jolie! I did a deep pore facial and OxyGeneo, and my skin has never looked better. It felt so smooth, refreshed, and had an amazing glow afterward. The spa is beautiful, and the staff made the whole experience relaxing and luxurious. Highly recommend!

Hi so far I had two zerona session s and it was painless. I found it relaxing. I have two more zerona session s to go. I was told it takes 6 sessions to see results. Waiting

Im usually very selective about where I get my haircut, but im so happy i chose Spa Jolie. The staffs lovely and they always do an incredible job, just the environment as a whole is always such a pleasure to experience. Also cant speak highly enough about the manager Zach, he made the whole process so easy for me and my partner to get the services done that we were desperately looking for. Dont waste your energy looking elsewhere, THIS PLACE IS IT

For all laser hair removal clients! The place only have YAG laser.( confirmed with spa owner) which is great machine but only for skin type 4,5,6. For all other types should be treated with Alexandrite Laser to see permanent (not temporary) results. Clients deserve to be informed and hope this review will help many of you to make best decision for you

I wish I could give more stars! I've tried many spas in New York and none of them compare to spa jolie! I'm amazed at how skin looks just after a few treatments! I also did laser hair removal here and I am so happy I did because I no longer have to worry about shaving! 1000/10

Tatyana was absolutely amazing. I got the painfree wax which was absolutely pain free she didn’t miss a hair and the customer service absolutely amazing. I will be back for sure.

Just finished my laser hair removal at Spa Jolie, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and calming, adding to the overall great experience. I’m already seeing amazing results, and I highly recommend Spa Jolie to anyone considering laser hair removal. I love this place. I came here with a wash and blow with Sophia she wasn't really familiar with my hair type but still did her best and she was so nice and really did what I needed to get done. Also the front desk omg we're so amazing I also purchased a laser hair removal package and I am very pleased that I found this place I definitely recommend...10/10💯⭐️

First and foremost the ladies at Spa Jolie are the best. The front desk ore so accommodating. The technicians are knowledgeable. I’ve done laser, hair removal, Thermage, skin tightening, and I’m in the midst of doing Emsculpt.. I am very happy with the results. I this is my favorite place to Go. I highly recommend.

Front desk friendly. BUT the polish woman who waxed my chest and back was terrible. I asked a couple of questions, she ignored. When I rolled to my tummy, I saw traces of blood on paper, I asked if I was bleeding. She said "I don't know" Really? It was not my first time getting waxed but it was my first time here. It was painful. Within a day of wax job, red rashed popped out. micro pimple-like rashes. And now my hair started to grow within just two days. Sounds like she pulled my hair sideways...rather than straight. Something isn't right. They probably also used cheap wax. Who knows. I am not going back there.

I did cool sculpting on my stomach at Spa Jolie and have to say I feel so confident about myself now. I had amazing results! Besides getting great results, the prices were so affordable. I called other places and they were much more expensive than Spa Jolie. I highly recommend this place…the results, the friendly staff, the prices, the decor….you will not be disappointed!

I had CoolSculpting done in November and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my results! Just got my B&A photos! Their prices were great and I decided to go ahead with them. I was a little nervous but everyone at the spa from the front desk reception to the technician were so warm and understanding. I honestly was not expecting such amazing results. I had my flanks done and now I am definitely going to do my tummy!! Posting my photos ... thank you everyone at spa Jolie. You are the best!!!

I’ve been patronizing Spa Jolie for well over 30 years. I particularly enjoy it for its warmth, free, and welcoming environment, especially for its large LGBTQ clientele. At this Spa, ALL are welcomed. The technicians are warm and friendly, and I have enjoyed getting to know them and learning about their lives. Spa Jolie is truly a microcosm of the world where everyone knows your name, and you’re always welcomed home. The Spa I find is also quite affordable for a mani/pedi as compared to other establishments.

Spa Jolie was great. I went because I got a coupon off of Groupon for a men’s back waxing and eyebrow waxing. The place was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. Tatianna was my aesthetician and she was WONDERFUL. I completely felt comfortable, basically pain free, and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She talked me through everything and always got my approval before doing anything and made sure I liked it. It is located between the Village and Chelsea in lower Manhattan. Easily accessible by train. I made a same day appointment and was easily accommodated. I will definitely be back!
