Love, love, love this place. I accidentally found it using my ClassPass app and am so happy I did. After having chronic shoulder and foot pain, Lotus, cured me. I couldn't believe how amazing I felt afterwards. Not to mention, the foot soak, warm neck compress, and tea/champagne/etc. offered before the service. Immediately after I finished my session with Lotus, I signed up for the month membership. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you again, Lotus! And the rest of the amazing team at Spa Kingston.

Spa Kingston is absolutely exceptional. These beauties create an ultimate experience for you - one that allows for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Gaby checked me in and guided me through the process - she was absolutely lovely. Jaclyn was my esthetician - she listened so intently and was thoughtful in choosing my custom facial. The treatment was delightful and very thorough. I've struggled to find products suitable for my skin and after Jaclyn's professional assessment, she curated a new skincare protocol specifically tailored to my needs. Makayla spent extra time educating me on specific ingredients, sharing her expertise in products. Maya made me feel so seen and cared for. I am very impressed with their attention to detail, customer service, knowledge and warmth. What a beautiful day spent here. Thank you Spa Kingston - I adore you all. XOXO.

If you're looking for a fabulous gift card for your partner - I have to say I have never felt so comfortable and welcome as with Spa Kingston. From trying online to determine what treatments were right for me, to booking, and comfort that we were all on the same page. Arrived and was greeted like an old friend, the facility set up explained in detail. Everything sparkled too! I enjoyed one of the best facials ever - and then the perfect massage. Cannot recommend highly enough!

10/10 experience from start to finish. I went in for a massage with my mom to celebrate her birthday, and we were both incredibly impressed. Ali and Eric, our massage therapists, were attentive, checking in regularly to make sure the pressure was right and that we were comfortable throughout. The front desk staff were also very friendly and informative. Overall, a clean, relaxing, and inviting experience—everything we could’ve hoped for

Been coming here for multiple years and it used to be of the best spa's in southern California. We would drive down from Orange County. However, it has been slowly decreasing in it's level of service. Massage was very poor like a cheap thai massage and spa was very loud with people laughing in the back for most the massage. It was a complete waste of $420 last time I went. There are plenty of better spas around!

We got our anniversary spa and massage here. The entire experience was surreal! We were received graciously and pampered with a gentleness. The ambiance here is so soothing. They let you choose a fragrance for your room. The massage itself was amazing! Our muscles felt relaxed and we felt much less stressed afterwards.

The service from the moment you enter the building up through when you leave has you feeling like royalty. They offer you champagne and chocolate the moment you walk in along with a hot towel and rose pedal bath for your feet all before you even get started for your massage. The rooms look incredible whereas with many other places they feel functional whereas every touch at Spa Kingston is laid out perfectly to evoke a sense of relaxation and calm. The massage itself is always fantastic where they offer a bevy of different extras you can utilize to tailor your massage just how you want it to be. The masseuse’s are all top notch and are very attentive towards your problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure you’re looking for. Beyond the services and ambiance and everything else, the staff are truly the prize of the spa. Everyone is super helpful and have bent over backwards to help get me information and receipts in very particular manners that help me deal with my insurance. Absolutely the best and 10/10 recommend giving them a shot. You will not be disappointed!

I came here for my birthday while on a trip. The massage was great, everything was great except for the facial. Since my facial here my skin has broken out worse than it has in years, it started the morning after. It’s been almost 3 weeks since then and it keeps getting worse. My fiancé bought me their facial reality products, over $100 for 3 products. I was warned it may cause my skin to “purge” but I used them for less than a week and my face looks horrible. It’s been so frustrating to deal with. I would avoid facials here if you are acne prone. Edit after they responded: First of all nobody reached out to me via email and text so that was a lie. My skin is acne prone, but my routine was not causing me to have deep painful acne like I had experienced since I came here. Trying to blame a customer after leaving a honest review is crazy. I mentioned in my review I have not had active breakouts like I am experiencing now in YEARS. So it obviously has nothing to do with the products that I have been using. I am super disappointed with the response from this business. I also mentioned I was interested in being an esthetician when I was younger before starting my my career now. I don’t understand what that has to do with my review. Obviously what you talk about there is not private. I never blamed the specific woman who gave me a facial, just gave my honest review.

Love Spa Kingston💖 as soon as I walked in the door I felt so inviting. The music itself was outstanding. After check in the relaxing room is Amazing I felt like royalty 👸 A clean and Beautiful place and the service is always Awesome. Wow.Wow.Wow 😊 This spa is absolutely amazing! From walking into the front door, being greeted with good energy and a positive attitude from the front desk (Mira) to my facial with Makayla. Makayla was so knowledgeable, her skills were through the roof and her amazing energy was contagious! Makayla was fantastic during my facial! Highly recommend going to see Makayla at Spa Kingston for your next facial😊 After my facial, Makayla took the time to recommend products that would be good for my skin after her in depth consultation with me. Good job team!

Beautiful spa & beautiful people! I’m loving the new renovations, it looks even more gorgeous than before. The staff are friendly & very attentive. I’ve had massages by Ali & Dora, who are both wonderful. I come back every month to see Chelsea, who pampers me with a relaxing facial. If you’re looking to get away from everyday stress, to unwind & relax, this is the place!

From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, we felt pampered! We came to Spa Kingston for a couples massage and the experience was exactly what we hoped for! We had Dora and Taylor as our massage therapists and they were AMAZING! Both listened to our needs and offered recommendations at the end. I also want to acknowledge the front desk for being so kind! We had a small glitch with a gift certificate when checking out and she fixed it right away. The customer service experience is 100% here!!! Love that this spa is cozy and intimate but you receive 5 Star service. Can’t wait to be back!!

I have had facials and massages at Spa Kingston. The best I’ve had of both services out of any other place I’ve been to say the least. The environment is gorgeous and the energy you get from front desk to the estheticians/masseuses is so welcoming. I cannot wait for my next visit!!

My experience with Emali was AMAZING! I got the Oxygen Infusion with Dome Facial and loved it. Emali was so sweet and immediately made me feel comfortable. She asked me questions about my skin before we started and after the treatment gave me skin care recommendations specifically for my skin type. I've never gotten a facial before so I was asking some questions during the appointment about what she was doing/products were being used, she was very patient and knowledgeable, I knew I was in really good hands. It was the most relaxed and rejuvenated I've felt in a long time; my skin has never felt better! I'll definitely be coming back to her whenever I can!!

Great spa experience! Came here for a bachelorette party of 6. They were very accommodating and able to fit us all for the mini facial and massage appointment. Dora was very thoughtful and helpful in understanding what exactly I needed in my massage and ensured she helped in that area more. Would highly recommend this experience to all!

I have had several services with Jaclyn and all of them have been so beneficial to my skin care journey. She has always recommended what was best for my skin whether it be a peel or dermabrasion. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and confident in the way my skin looks. Beautiful location and accommodating staff.

Impossible to schedule an appointment! I received a new year gift card from my friend, and it’s been almost 5 months that Im trying to set up an appointment, they either don’t pick up the phone or put you on hold foreverrrr. I was on hold for 30 minutes today. Probably a good choice for unemployed individuals, otherwise no one can spend more than half an hour on phone during the business hours to just simply confirm an appointment! I would never call them the second time if I had a choice! I just did it to use the gift card. not a trustable and responsible business when you want to use their service.

A LOT to say about this place... and it's all good. I was never a true believer in facials or spa memberships for that matter. However, I love to pamper myself and have gotten memberships at different places for massages and done the Groupon thing. Never have I ever felt so relaxed during a facial none the less a service as I have here. The ambiance is amazing, the front desk gals are literal angels and so understanding. My last service I unfortunately was running about 30 minutes behind and they managed for me - not that I make this a habit and sponsoring to do this, but thankful that they value I am a usual on time gal and they moved things around for me. Now the results, I have struggled with acne my whole life, luckily after acutane it subsided, but the dark spots and unevenness never went away - until Spa Kingston and especially my lovely aesthetician, Chelsea. The improvements I have noticed. I can genuinely feel beautiful leaving the place and going to work with no makeup, no I barely use it because my face is bright and filled with pigmentation. Back to Chelsea - she is amazing, caring, a true listener. I personally don't like chit chat during my services and I don't know Chelsea just reads my minds and vibes with me. Not only does she do literal Gods work on my face - she relaxes me. Truly relaxes me. I love this place so much I got my boyfriends mom and sister gifts cards for Christmas because it's just simply the best. Thank you Spa Kingston!

On vacay in San Diego and came upon Spa Kingston ! I have been to many high end spas and paid outrageous prices for subpar services! Not at Spa Kingston. It’s small and intimate. I had a facial and massage. Completely satisfied! I had Ali for my massage. I wish I could bring home with me! I cannot complain at all. I walked in with sore tight muscles and walked out able to move my neck again! I really enjoyed my experience! If you’re thinking of booking you won’t be sorry. Go a head, treat your self!

Dora was great! My experience at the spa before and during my massage was just great. Everyone was so kind and so attentive and the massage experience was very relaxing. I loved all the sensory experiences and the warm bed and heat presses and everything was just so lovely. So many thoughtful details made it one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had.

Honestly, I have been to many spas over the years and Spa Kingston exceeded my expectations!! The attention to every detail was amazing 🤩. From the greeting at the front desk with essential oil options to the waiting lounge heated neck wrap, herbal tea, and chocolate. And of course the foot soak before my facial. Both Madi and Juliana were both friendly and passionate about what they specialize in. Their treatments were wonderful! I would highly recommend Spa Kingston to anyone for a time of true pampering.

I came in for a quick 30 minute massage (it was all I had time for) and it was an emergency. I had a pinched nerve in my neck, was in excruciating pain, and could barely move. Juliana was gentle but effective and focused on the important areas with the limited time she had. I could already feel relief by that night and when I woke up the next morning I felt like a new person. It was night and day from the 24 hours before. So grateful for her!

I took my husband here for his birthday and we loved it! The spa was so cute and the staff was so kind and helpful. The woman at the front desk, Ashley, was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable with the spa since it was our first time. We got the couples massage and the masseuses, Paola and Juliana, were both wonderful - sweet, caring, knowledgeable and provided us with information on areas of our bodies that we can improve with stretching. 5/5 - definitely going back as soon as we can! Incredible ambience. Each service starts with a rose pedal foot bath. Complementary champagne, CBD water, truffle, and lavender hot cloth, if you desire. Ali was awesome. Will be back.

Many frustrations to air out. I have been a member for 4.5 years here and continued to give more chances despite several appointment issues and very frequent turnover. The final straw was today when I was physically unable to make my appointment due to severe flash floods throughout the san diego area. I made multiple different route attempts but there were feet of standing water and several accidents blocking my route. I called as I would need to cancel. I was told I would have to pay for the ENTIRITY of my service due to the cancelation policy despite there being a natural disaster. The front desk staff said if I rescheduled they would only charge a $55 reschedule fee. I emailed management because I felt this was a very unfair circumstance. Management called the front desk staff and actually said it was inappropriate that she even offered a reschedule fee (even though I did reschedule for the next day) and that I should have been charged the entire $300 for my service. The aestheticians are all very nice - often very new due to high turnover rate. There is NO loyalty to members and constant issues with scheduling. The aesthetic of the place is nice but you should go elsewhere

hands down best spa in all of san diego! I've gone 4 times and every time has been a stellar experience from front to end- from the minute you walk in the door. And Dora did amazing at my last massage- highly recommend!
