I had a lovely time here. So many different amenities. I truly loved the yoni steam! The tea given there was delicious. All the different baths there were great! I’d definitely come back 💯 You’d have to park in the parking garage. There’s no food here, but they do have rice crackers/tea/water.

The first time I came to this spa they told me I had to move my appointment because another guest was late. I was frustrated because someone else's tardiness shouldn't effect my service but I tried to be as flexible as possible without running behind on my own schedule. I find out the steam room was down, which bothered me more. When I got into the service, the lady totally redeemed the situation! It was one of the best services ever. I went again today specifically for the service, and had an entirely different experience. Everything felt so rushed, all the motions were abrupt. The "massage" was just applying oil to my skin then wiping it off. Even when my hair was being dried she snagged and pulled it. The total opposite of relaxing. The only thing consistent between my 2 appointments is that the steam room is still out of order (It's been a year. C'mon) The cost of the service is outlandish for what you receive and the amenities are minimal. I've wasted my money so you don't have to, find a different spa.

First time visiting and will definitely go back for my self care needs. I called prior to booking an appointment and the front desk was helpful with answering any questions. I booked a wet room treatment which included a scrub, massage, hair wash, and face mask. Also used their other amenities such as the signature bath, mud clay room, infrared healing room, and Himalayan salt room. By the end of my treatment I was smiling ear to ear 😊

Decent, chill, quiet, and not crowded spa you can go. It was not like those typical jjimjilbang where you see tens and hundreds of Asians laying around on the floor where korean food is sold. I liked it but there was only 3 tiny jjimjilbangs that were not so hot to my satisfaction and the chill room needs to be colder! You can park and get your pass validated for parking but you still have to pay $2. Entrance fee was $40 fyr.

Such a wonderful relaxing place, all the ladies who helped were so kind & respectful. It’s easy to spend hourssss here, from the soaking tubs to the saunas, to the salt & onyx rooms. There’s not a thing I would change about this place. Highly recommend!

First time visiting and definitely not my last period my sister and I decided to unwind after a rather stressful workday for both of us and we were really blown away by the facilities. We absolutely loved the infrared room treatment. I also really appreciated how everything had its own section. So all of the pools and steam rooms were in one area. The playroom had its own section and it was so relaxing to lay in the clay balls. I also really love that they had unlimited tea service. I can’t wait to go back.

I found out about this place on TikTok and it recommended the simply classic wet room scrub & massage. I am not over exaggerating when I say my life is changed and this place was fabulous. I feel so relaxed and I feel like a whole new person. Coming again!

Spa LA is a quiet and relaxing environment for healing. The saunas and rooms complement the treatments they offer. I started my stay in the jacuzzi's and the steam sauna. My favorite of the pools is the citrus dip. Following that I did some light reading in the Himalayan Salt room and meditated in the clay room. All of the rooms are step by step guided so you get the most out of your experience Lastly I did a scrub and the front desk girl put me with one of their most requested therapists, and oh my god. I won't say her name out of fear that everyone will end up going to her, but holy smokes! She was both hard with the scrub (which I needed!) and gentle when she needed to be. She topped it off with a hair wash and a light massage. I was floating! After that I returned to some of my favorite rooms to soak up the rest of my stay before I had to leave. Overall very pleased and i will be going back and requesting the same therapist. Give yourself time before and after to enjoy the rooms, and come with an open energy.

A Disastrous Experience at Spa LA - Avoid at All Costs I recently had a terrible experience at Spa LA that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, the visit was marked by a series of frustrating issues. Upon checking in, we were informed that the steam sauna was out of order, which was inconvenient but not unexpected. However, things quickly went downhill from there. One of the jacuzzis malfunctioned, creating a geyser of water that sprayed everywhere and made a mess. To add to the frustration, the bubbles in both jacuzzis then stopped working, rendering them useless. The situation was further exacerbated by an ongoing issue with the fire alarm. Although the alarm had been triggered before we arrived and there was no siren blaring, the flashing lights persisted constantly over the entire course of our 1+ hour experience. This relentless distraction made it impossible to relax or enjoy any of the amenities. The lack of professionalism extended to the massage services as well. My friend had booked a 75-minute massage, but the session ended after just 60 minutes. When we brought this to the attention of the management, they offered a paltry $10 discount on our next visit—an insultingly inadequate response given the series of problems we faced. Spa LA failed on every front—service, facilities, and customer care. The entire experience was marred by inefficiency and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. If you value your time and money, avoid Spa LA at all costs. They clearly don’t prioritize providing a relaxing or professional experience.

I had a super relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was pretty quiet so I got a lot of space to myself. The treatment room was communal and you are fully naked. There was another lady also getting a massage at the same time so if you are self conscious that would be an issue. I wish I had longer to enjoy the facilities but overall it was a really nice evening! The steam spa was not working as per the other reviews.

New to the area and Im only in town for a week so I called in the am to check in how they run their place! I LOVED IT. So easy, all women, you can pay for a day pass to use the amenities or honestly just get a service and its included. I did the hour body scrub/massage and that included a brightening facemask plus hair and scalp treatment. So clean and beautiful inside. Had great teas to help relax and promote detox internally. Giving 4 stars only because of the fire alarm that went off as soon as I arrived. The building was running some test, the lights in the wet room were going off the whole time, but my provider put an eye cover on to help. I thought that was a good recovery for something that was out of their hands. Will be happy to come back next time I visit!

The pricing for their massage options is very reasonable, and they offer a variety of room amenities to enjoy before or after your session. However, keep in mind that if you plan to use the pools, you’ll need to be completely nude. Also, they only accept cash tips, so be sure to bring some along if you wish to tip your massage therapist.

Not one of my favorite spas. Massage: 8/10, the massage would have been a 10 if it wasn’t so hot in the room. In the first 2 minutes I was already sweaty. I believe they are aware since they already had 2 fans present in the room. It definitely interrupts your relaxation hearing loud fans. I felt sticky with oil and sweat. If you can avoid the treatment room upstairs then you will have better luck. The overall cleanliness of the spa, 5/10. The air vents are very dusty, a lot of rusted fixtures, old, stains, needs a makeover. The steam room is still not in service, which I knew ahead of time. But it seems to never work from reading reviews. Sanitation: 3/10, I requested a comb and they told me they only had 1 brush because customers take them all. I’ve been to 5 other spas and they all have disposable combs. The ONE brush for everyone to use was filthy. It made me wonder how often they clean the pebbles in the different saunas. Overall find another spa unfortunately. I was hoping to enjoy it and be pleased but cleanliness and sanitation are more important.

I had such a nice relaxing day here with my cousin. Pricing is great and the massage was perfect. My favorite rooms were the Himalayan salt room and the clay room, I also really liked the citrus cold water. Service was good overall. I will say after we finished with our massages we went upstairs to buy some face masks and then went back to use the spa and decided we’d put the masks afterwards. Someone stole my cousins face masked so moving forward we will have to put them in our lockers if we aren’t ready. My cousin went back to let the staff know and got another one, when we left, they still charged us for the mask. I totally get it but it was our first time and it was a lousy $8. If you want first timers to come back, I personally would have let that slide especially after spending over $250. That’s the only reason they didn’t get the 5 stars.

A decent Korean spa, however not all the amenities I enjoy. Women’s only. 4 hr limit. Pros: - Relatively smaller area and a more intimate experience compared to others I’ve been to. - Massage and scrub were both very thorough. I felt like a baby’s butt after the scrub and really enjoyed the massage. - Korean hotpot next door! - Validated parking for up to 3 hrs Con’s: - no food - smaller sitting area - smaller communal area to lay down at

I had a very pleasant experience at Spa LA. The booking process online was very easy and the service was great. Be sure to come at least 90 minutes early to enjoy all the different pools and sauna rooms. I got the Simply Classic treatment, which includes the full body scrub, massage and they even washed my hair. The "ajummas" working in the wet room doesn't speak much English, but they know what they're doing. They scrub the dead skin off every inch of your body and knows all the knots on your back! I literally felt transformed after! The parking was a little tight in the lot behind the plaza, but it's convenient and free after validation.

Let me start by saying that my first visit here was amazing . The second time I visited I made an appointment for a body scrub and a radio frequency facial. The facial tech was almost one hour late for my appointment . I had told them I couldn’t wait but nobody came back to reschedule or refund. I waited patiently. My facial was nice but she never completed the radio frequency treatment and she took about 15-20 minutes less than the 75 minutes I paid for. I thought that maybe I had paid a different service so I checked when I got to my car. I emailed them right away to let them know that while it was nice facial , it was not what I paid for. It’s been over a week and no reply. Really disappointed . The treatments are not cheap and all I wanted is what I paid for. Mind you that I tipped ahead of the service because I don’t carry cash , I put it on my card. So I basically tipped for bad service and a long wait. Be careful and don’t tip till service is completed , come with cash.

The treatments and services offered are good for the pricing. The customer service I felt lacked a bit. For example, if you are new don't expect anyone to ecort you around to show you where everything is. It didn't help that no one besides the front desk lady could speak English. That caused a lot of confusion which took away from my relaxation time and treatment. For what you pay for services there, I felt like they could have provided more refreshing beverages and maybe some fruit, instead of having plain water, tea, or coffee. I figured all spas offered cucumber mint water & fruit. I was wrong. Customer service: 6/10 cleanliness: 9/10 Value: 8/10
