They are allowing unlicensed employees to do massages, which is a violation of Florida Statutes. You might want to look at the license before booking! The massage therapists are supposed to have their licenses on display at all times. The people working as massage therapists are licensed but the issue is, when those people call off and leave the rest of the team short-staffed and in a bind, the director allows Estheticians to give massages which is not allowed. They are so desperate for business that they are lying to their customers. Sounds like false advertisement! I guess they can't speak to their last director about the whole license thing since she worked there barely a year. She ran off lots of good people in her short time. Great job 👏 👍 👌

I had a facial with Kimber today and it was fantastic! Not only was her service extremely relaxing and comfortable, I could tell Kimber really enjoys what she does. If I lived in Florida I’d come back to see her!

Cara is an outstanding massage therapist! She was incredibly refreshing, delivering a strong full body massage. Her knowledge and expertise made the experience both relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend her services.

We were in the area for a bachelorette party and the spa we originally booked with cancelled all of our appointments 2 days prior. I searched for another spa in the area and found spa Lilliana, we drove over to see if we could book appointments for 6 of us. Liza at the front desk was phenomenal!!! She made she we were taken care of and got us all booked with no issues. The customer service was great. When we all received our massages they were not that great. It seemed like my therapist spent a lot of time at the sink and not on my massage. The facility was beautiful I just wish the massages were better.

2/5 stars for the massage itself. I’d expect much better for $300. Spa staff was pleasant, but the women’s relaxation area is in need of cleaning. Water stains on curtains and dirty carpets aren’t exactly a reflection of a high end spa.

I was told that they are allowing people who are unlicensed to do massages which could get them in a lot of trouble. Their lounge was pretty dirty. There's no reason for a spa to be so filthy. Looks like people are constantly spilling things. How do they not notice this??

Beautiful lounge and service. Did not love the massage. And, I get them once a month. Lounge is co ed. No wet areas (sauna, steam,whirlpool). Not allowed to order food. No spa lunch menu.

Cindy and Liz were amazing! My wife and I received a couples massage and they knocked it out of the park. Also, my wife received a prenatal massage and that was amazing. Highly recommend. Great job Cindy and Liz!

I booked the head to toe wellness ritual. Cindy B did an absolutely amazing job, she is a great asset for your spa. It was very relaxing and all the products felt great on my skin. I will definitely book this treatment again.

It was such a relaxing experience. Staff were kind friendly. You must try the bubby Rosie they offer. The relaxation room was very calming and peaceful. If we come back would do it again

My husband and I both had a 90 min deep tissue massage in the couples room. It was the best treatment for for both of us. Everything they do at Spa Lilliana is top rated from the time you enter the Spa to the services.

Setting up the appointment seemed to be an issue. I set the appointment a week in advance and confirmed everything on the phone, and was called back 3 separate times to confirm the appointment while being told it wasn’t put into the system before. It turned out fine, but that was added stress for me, as I wasn’t sure that we’d be scheduled when we showed up. The appointments were for my mother and I. We both got manicures and pedicures and she got a massage. While my experience was fine, the tech doing my mother’s nails did not do everything included, and did not do her nails well. The gel was left sticky and her full nail was not painted leaving a large gap between her nail and each cuticle. The tech mentioned it was her second day, and that’s fine, however perhaps she needed more guidance from a more experienced technician. For the price, and for mandatory 20% gratuity, absolutely unacceptable.

Spa Lillian is by far the nicest spa in the Santa Rosa Beach area. I always leave smiling and relaxed. Excellent service, highly recommend it.

Booked a last-minute pedicure. LOVE the space - the relaxation room is beautiful. The pedi chairs are the most comfortable I've EVER sat in - and I get pedicures every month! My time with Yvonne was pleasant and the pedicure she gave me was fabulous and rejuvenating. Great conversation. She was so professional - what a great representative for the level of service you can expect to receive here. Great products too. Yum. Highly recommend. Be sure to ask for Yvonne for nails - she only works Thurs - Sunday though.

I had a great 90 minute massage and champagne after. The facility was the best I've been to. They have plush robes, clean showers, and nice changing rooms. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I had a massage by Tamara! She was beyond amazing! I was so relaxed that I went to sleep. I wish it could have gone on for hours and hours! I will definitely be back when I vacation in Santa Rosa Beach again! I love it here! The entire spa was so nice and accommodating. It had everything you needed before and after your service! Thanks again Tamara for giving me the best massage I’ve had in years! If you go to Spa Lilliana, book Tamara! You won’t be disappointed! She’s the BEST!

This is the second time I’ve travelled from ATL to Spa Liliana for a massage. Mindy and the other therapists are simply the best! From the minute you walk in to the spa, you feel pampered. Jessica at the desk makes you feel at home and is very knowledgeable about all the amazing products. A truly remarkable spa experience from start to finish.

This place is amazing! Jarison was my therapist for a deep tissue massage and he was outstanding! The pressure was perfect and I felt incredible after the massage. I highly recommend him!

This spa is wonderful! My girlfriend surprised us with a Profound (deep) 90 minute side by side couples massage here with Sam and Casey. Not only did they provide some of the most relaxing and satisfying pressure, but their professionalism is on a different level. I hope to spend every date, anniversary, birthday, any special occasion really, here at this spa. This is not my first experience with them, and it will definitely not be my last. Thank you for providing a luxury service and for making every encounter a wonderful one. Sam and Casey will be our therapists for always, I’m looking forward to seeing you for my girlfriend’s birthday soon!

What an amazing experience. I'm blown away by how amazing our experience was. Brandon at the front desk was the sweetest and so attentive. Mai was the best for a pedicure.
