This salon absolutely ruined my mother’s hair. She has had the same long, beautiful hair for as long as I have been alive, and look at what Joanna did to it. This is an embarrassment to all hairstylist and every employee at this salon should be ashamed of themselves for letting my mother leave their establishment like this. If you are looking for a good haircut, you would have better luck giving a toddler a pair of safety scissors than going to this salon. I have reported them to the board, and strongly recommend that you give your business to other, more talented salons.

This place is amazing! It's the best kept secret. My back was in a lot of pain today. Without me saying anything, Angie knew exactly what to do. And my back is no longer hurting as bad as it was. I never go to sleep during a massage but The atmosphere was so relaxing and calming that I couldn't help but to fall asleep. The customer service was great Angie Has a very beautiful spirit. And i'm so blessed to have found this place. Has a very beautiful spirit. And i'm so blessed to have found this place. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back!

Hello folks. Please read all. I recently received a massage today from Ms. Angel. I'm a military veteran who experiences occasional back discomfort. I've visited two local national "chain establishments" assuming the massages would be exceptional. Unfortunately, that was not the case. However, after visiting the Spa London Salon I have absolutely zero regrets. The Aesthetics (environment) of the massage room was very relaxing, warm, peaceful, prices are fair, the Salon was very clean, and Ms. Angel is very personable and asked for my comfort level to tailor the massage to my needs. The product (oil) she utilizes has a very pleasant aromatherapy experience as well!!! Secondly, I kindly ask that anyone reading this please disregard any negative reviews you may find. Often times with any type of business (Food service industry, retail, hospitality, etc.) there will be customers who leave unpleasant reviews. Please don't allow that to deter you away. Haters will always be haters. Lastly, I'm confident you will have zero regrets with the High level of customer service she provides. They offer other cosmetic services as well. Give them a chance. I did, and to be honest..my body feels rejuvenated. I wish I would've discovered this business prior to going to the two other national "chain establishments."

Spoke with Pearl about a massage stated she didnt do deep tissue however offered to have another provider there that did and agreed on a price for massage from both providers at same time. Arrived at location at agreed upon time and no one was there. received a text back saying they were inside however arrived about 10 minutes later in a truck. paid the agreed upon fee, went in the room and got situated. only one provider returned to the room. unfortunately she appeared to be tired and dozed off during the massage.

I came in here not knowing what type of haircut I was going to receive and ended with the best haircut I ever got in my life , I highly recommend this place to anyone out there that wants an amazing haircut. Angie also does women’s hair and color and she does an amazing job with women’s hair too.

I recently got a massage from Angie and she did wonders and she even said I had a lot of stress on my back and concentrated on my back a little more then other areas......... I even bought a pizza after and literally fell asleep while I was eating. Woke up the next day feeling extremely rested and new.... .
