Spa Longevita is a wellness clinic driven to help patients physically and mentally. Dr Brooke is a knowledgeable professional with kind and pleasant demeanor. Dr Brooke’s staff represent her purpose and vision striving to bring patients back to health; from Nancy, front desk, to Ashley as massage therapist. From the moment you walk in peace is felt and the energy a positive healing one. As a disabled veteran and formal President of the Latin Association Alliance, I recommend Dr Brooke 100 % to all my members, friends and family.

Six years ago my friend recommended acupuncture for pregnancy purposes. I purchased the package of ten sessions. At the forth or fifth session, the dr hit the nerve of my left foot while she was training one of her assistants and damaged my foot nerve. Then my foot jumped involuntarily twice since she hit the wrong nerve twice in the wrong spot. It was painful but never thought the damage will still continue to live with me and affect me wearing closed shoes. Even if someone touches that area I get sharp pain as if someone stabbed my foot, I wish I knew the huge damage she caused me at that time and file a law case to make her learn her practice well before she even think of touching the needles ever. Never went back after that and will never ever recommend it at ALL.

I love this place. I am a veteran of the U.S. Navy and I was assigned here by the V.A. to help with a sciatica problem. After a few visits, the sciatica problem disappeared with the acupuncture sessions but I found myself being relieved of chronic problems caused by injuries from my glory years. I am so thankful for every session I get and I am so impressed by their steadfast determination to help people like me by staying open during this craziest of times. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Dr. Brooke is amazing! I had a miscarriage in 2013 and decided to seek out acupuncture in hopes that it would help me have a successful pregnancy. I started seeing Dr. Brooke and with her help, had a successful pregnancy in 2015. Following my son's birth, I got pregnant again but had another miscarriage. I returned to Dr. Brooke and she helped me have another successful pregnancy. I truly believe in what she does and her knowledge and skill are excellent. Not only is she intelligent but she is also extremely kind and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She is the best!

The staff and owners are so wonderful here. Friendly, professional, and extremely calming, everyone truly makes one feel they are in a spa in a 5-Star resort. From massages to facials, you won’t regret a visit. The accupuncture by Dr. Brooke in particular is fabulous and relieves numerous health issues. For me, if I have a severe headache, I go to her and it dissipates -absolutely amazing given painkillers and other therapies don’t work.

Dr. Brooke and her staff are all amazing! I suffer from a significant nerve injury in my leg and after just a handful of acupuncture treatments I had some feeling return and have experienced muscle spasms. In addition, my back pain and constant headaches. The treatments have been a life changer for me and I couldn't be more excited to have Dr. Brooke and her staff so close to home.

I moved out of state a while ago but I was a customer here since they opened. The services and providers are unmatched! I look forward to coming back to Orlando simply for the pleasure of enjoying this haven! I've been treated in massage and acupuncture, there is not a place that compares and I've received treatments all over the country.

I've been to many different spas, from average to luxury resorts, and the team at Spa Longevita is among the best! I have tried many different services and also purchased some of the all natural products they offer. Never have I been disappointed and I also found some new favorite skin care products! If you are looking for a simple massage, or any of the other services available, definitely give Spa Longevita a consideration!

Dr Higgins is very professional provides excellent customer service. I have visited the office many times over the years and I’m currently receiving treatment for tobacco addition. Highly recommend visiting her office in downtown Avalon Park.
