This was one of the worst massages I have ever had in my LIFE! I came in with my husband.. The massage therapist didn't get out any of my knots.. Then he kept jerking my neck back and forth and slamming his forearm into the back of my head. AFTER I told him I had 3 damaged vertebrae in my neck. I was in so much pain the next day. Not to mention.. My husband and I had a date night after, and he SOAKED my HAIR in oils.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced discrimination for being a man—until today. I’ve been to this place multiple times, and in their waiting room, there’s a sign that says, “No cell phones.” The only problem is, it’s ALWAYS a cell phone party in there. People are staring at their phones in the darkness, and no one cares. Today, I walked in, and the first thing I saw was a woman on her phone. I didn’t think anything of it. I got my robe on and sat down to relax after a very stressful week. About 15 minutes into my wait, a snarky woman approached me and said in a clear, sharp tone, “You’re going to have to put that cell phone away. We don’t allow that here.” When I pointed out that I had seen plenty of people using their phones in there—today included—she replied, “Well, we’re enforcing it starting now.” My response was, “I’ll just go then.” She replied, “That’s fine, but we will charge you anyway.” I chose not to argue further to avoid a confrontation. After getting dressed, I walked up to the front desk to ask for the manager, only to discover that this unpleasant woman was, in fact, the manager. I told her that if they charged my card, I would dispute it and leave a bad review. She sneered and said, “I’ll get you a receipt so you can file it.” This place seriously needs to get its priorities in check. I, for one, cannot leave my phone behind because I have dependents who may need to reach me. If she had bothered to have a conversation instead of going on a power trip, things could have gone much differently. As of now, I’m sitting outside in the parking lot, waiting for my wife to finish her facial. Thanks for ruining a Friday afternoon, Spa Lux!

I scheduled a 85 min signature facial for $140. Expecting a nice spa experience. Instead I had to SHARE a ROOM with a stranger. Separated by a thin curtain. I have never heard of sharing rooms for spa treatments unless I am scheduling a couples treatment. I could hear the other person talking and having a coughing fit. Then at the end of their service, I had to listen to them make the bed and clean the room. So much for a relaxing experience when you have to listen to all of that. I was told at the end that next time I could request a private room. I thought scheduling a 85 min facial for $140 was my request for a private experience.

This place is a complete ripoff, I do not recommend it. The charge you double and they only massage you 1/2 the time you paid for. And then they argue with you if you ask or complain about not getting what you pay for. The manager is completely RUDE !! They charge me $150 for a 20 minute of leg massage. I should’ve not pay that much. It was a horrible experience, DO NOT GO THERE. FIND ANOTHER BETTER MASSAGE PLACE TO GO TO. I so regret going there.

Best experience I think I’ve ever had. Came here to relax after spending the weekend climbing a mountain and it was the perfect thing to help my body recover. Woke up stiff as a board and now I feel amazing! Thank y’all for a wonderful afternoon :)

I booked a massage and the therapist was wonderful. Though, there was no peace or serenity to relax. The client and therapist in the next room over were so loud, I had to cut the massage short.

I had the PERFECT day at Spa Lux! Went in for a purifying facial on a Friday afternoon and left feeling so good! Upon arriving I enjoyed the steam room, then a foot soak which was so delightful. Then had a 85 minute facial with Shawna who was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and incredibly kind, I cannot recommend her enough! Once my facial was done my face felt like a newborn baby, so soft and smooth. I spent a good 20 or so minutes in the dry sauna after my facial and sipped a cup of peppermint tea and just enjoyed the moment before I left. Everything was very clean and well thought out. I really enjoyed my afternoon at Spa Lux and I’m already planning a full day with my partner. Thank you so much Spa Lux!

I have visited Spa Luxe a few times prior to this review and have purchased a massage for someone as well and absolutely loved their services. More recently, my son decided to treat both his and his finances family to a spa day here. We were all overwhelmed with the class and professionalism shown by the team at Spa Luxe when taking care of 11 of us for facials and massages. I cannot thank Riley and the entire team for a wonderful, stress free afternoon. 10/10, will always recommend!

Lovely little spa. It was my first visit so I had zero expectations but it started off wonderfully with a foot soak and it only got better from there. Summer gave me an incredible massage. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She worked out knots I didn’t know existed. I am really sad that I am from out of town otherwise I would keep coming back from Summer. Everyone at the Spa was great. The steam room is very hot. I wished the showers had cold water to cool off after steam/sauna. Overall a great spa and great massage. Thank you!

Tried a few in town, and this was by far my favorite experience. Just the right mix of price, value, amenities, and vibes. I enjoyed the sauna and steam room, had a tea, then a quick massage and anti-aging facial. Everything was excellent!

All I can say is WOW! I live an hour away and I sure wish I'd had someone to drive me!!! I've never been so relaxed in my life! Facilities were CLEAN, the staff was wonderful. WELL worth the money! I'll will be back!

I booked a couples massage and facial for my husband and I. We have had past experiences at different spas but I have to say this was by far our favorite! My shoulders and back no longer felt in pain and my face was glowing after the facial. I was super happy and I highly recommend this spa!

I’ve been getting deep tissue massages with Summer. I was having A LOT of muscle pain, and after the first massage I was already feeling better. Summer is professional, knowledgeable, and ask questions about my needs. She is FANTASTIC!! If you are looking for a deep massage, she is the BEST I’ve been to. You won’t be disappointed.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Three weeks ago I booked a side-by-side Swedish massage for myself and wife. Get a phone call soon after to say there was a mistake in the system and two therapists were not available for time booked. No problem, I tell the receptionist I will call back after I discuss a different date with my wife and reschedule. Called back two weeks ago to schedule for this weekend. Receptionist says the only thing available for 2 therapists is Friday night, so we book for 6pm. I give information for myself and wife to be booked. After re-booking a babysitter and driving 40 minutes, We show up today and the receptionist tells me only 1 therapist is available and that my wife was never booked into the side-by-side appointment. She proceeds to go to the back and get another employee. That employee walks out and sits behind her computer for a few minutes then tells me again about the mistake. After she continues to try to make up excuses, my wife asks for the manager. The first employee that greeted us at the door (who went to get the other employee to handle mistake previously) sitting directly beside us quietly at a computer during this ENTIRE conversion speaks up and says “that’s me.” This manager proceeds to tell us she has no authority to do anything except offer a 10% discount for a different service at a later date. Never introduced herself as manager. Never apologized for the mistake that her or her employees made. She stated that she could not speak on the situation because she was “not here” that day the appointment was booked. This situation could not have been handled more poorly. Very unprofessional.
