I was staying at Mandalay and needed some pampering after several medical surgeries. I am in the medical field myself and know that having someone who is sensitive and knowledgeable is absolutely key. Because of this, I was frankly hesitant to have a massage with someone I had not worked with in the past. I was so blessed to have had the most amazing massage with Christine Szewczyk. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, positioned me exactly in ways that made me the most comfortable and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I will definitely be back and definitely will be requesting her again! The spa itself is relaxing although a bit on the chilly side. The hot tub (even the hottest one) is not hot enough in my opinion. I have been in more luxurious spa environments but this one was very nice and pleasant.

Nick Miller! What a legend. I found Nick while I was on a business trip to Vegas. I needed someone to rescue my hair from a color mistake I made at home and wow, did he deliver! Not only did he do exactly what I asked, he gave it a little 'extra' and made it fabulous. Beyond what I even imagined. And nice enough to share the color formula with my home stylist. Super great to talk to, as well. I may be from the Midwest but my new stylist is in Vegas. Highly recommend Nick at Mandalay Bay Salon.

Maria and Tory were awesome with ready smiles and keeping snacks and water filled for coffee and tea. This beautiful spa is simply the best. Best spa experience in LV! That’s why I keep coming back yearly to see Maria! Thank you for the excellent care!

Exercise room is completely insufficient for a hotel this size. About 8 treadmills, 4 recumbent bikes, 4 stairclimbers, free weights, no weight machines. Sized for a medium apartment complex. Everything was full at 7:30am on a Saturday. We walked instead.

Nick Miller, a stylist at the salon was great! My hair came out exactly how I wanted and it lasted me the weekend. Nick was really friendly and gave me great tips on what to do in Vegas as well. Highly recommend him when you book the salon.

I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly. Carolina set everything up and was a fantastic introduction to the spa. Maria, working the women’s lounge was so nice and very welcoming. I had a facial first. Jen is an absolute dream. Request her by all means! She did an amazing job and my face is still hydrated and plump the next day. Jen offered enhancements and I was excited to take them. When finished with the facial, I requested a massage. Wendy was wonderful, I wasn’t offered the enhancements in the massage, I don’t know if they offer them but I would’ve taken them. My only wish is that the women’s lounge was a bit more comfortable. Management doesn’t monitor cell phone use in the spa. It’s one of the reasons I chose not to stay in the whirlpool area because a woman was talking on her phone talking and what looked like snapping selfies - when you’re half dressed its uncomfortable when you don’t know if they are taking pictures of you. Takeaways - any facial or body treatment with Jen is a win-win. She is hands down the best esthetician I’ve ever had the pleasure to come across.

I got my hair done on super short notice because I was attending a conference nearby. Stacey absolutely SLAYED my curly hair and left me looking and feeling like a million bucks. I absolutely would recommend this salon to anyone else looking for a great blowout on the strip. I will be back. 10/10!!!

I was horrified! I got a classic massage and while the massage was alright i went to the quiet lounge after to relax and smelled a wierd smell. I moved the couch cushion i was on to find an EXTREMELY moldy fruit. So moldly that i couldnt even identify it, even after sccidently putting my hand in it when moving the coushion. I let one of the staff know and the manager came in and very nonchelantly said, "oh, a banana". They didnt apologize or even clean the couch which was left with a black mold. Just simply put the pillow over it... while the only reason i got theadsage was to have a comfortable place to relax while i waited for my flight, i ended up leaving immediately as it gote thinking about how dirty the rest of the place must be. I have a picture of the moldy fruit that i will attempt to post woth this review. Absolutely appauling for a $220 experience.

My first time here. I love the smells and ambiance of the spa. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Nina did an excellent job on my classic pedicure. She made the experience very enjoyable! Love my feet and leg massage.

My husband and I experienced the couple’s massage and it was very relaxing and much needed, but my facial by Rebecca was hands down thee best facial I’ve ever had! My skin looks clear and radiant. The whole atmosphere and experience is worth going back to over and over again!

Those massage girls knew exactly where to massage for lower back problems. I would definitely go there again next time I'm in town. Awesome place and friendly service.

Everything about this place is 5 starts for me. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional from check in to check out. The fitness center has everything you need and the spas are beautiful and very relaxing. The massage I had was also fabulous. Already booked another for tomorrow during my stay here and was not expecting that at all.

My experience at The Spa at Mandalay Bay was great! My 50-minute Signature Massage was done by Grazia Carone NVMT #338 and that was on the best massage I’ve ever had! The hot stones and ice and heat cream were phenomenal! I highly recommend Grazia! She knows her stuff!

I recently visited the Mandalay Bay spa in Las Vegas for a massage appointment that my fiancé had kindly booked for me. Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disappointing. Upon arrival, despite my fiancé placing her card on file to be charged for the massage, the spa requested that I provide my card and ID for the payment. This unexpected request was inconvenient and took some time to resolve, which was frustrating. Upon arrival, I was taken to a couples massage room that was uncomfortably cold. It wasn't until 30 minutes into the massage that I had to request the masseuse to heat up the bed. It surprised me that this had not been addressed prior to the start of the massage, and it definitely affected my overall comfort and enjoyment of the experience. What struck me as odd was that no one followed up to inquire about my experience, which left me feeling overlooked and undervalued as a customer. However, I must note that the spa itself was beautiful, and the sauna, pool, and Jacuzzi were all very impressive. Unfortunately, the massage itself was only average, and considering the price of $240, I have to say that I've had better massages for less elsewhere. In my opinion, the experience did not live up to the cost, and I left feeling that it was not worth the investment.

Nick Miller is amazing! Super knowledgeable and kind. Though an adult I am new to makeup. He gave wonderful advice and knew his products. He made me feel both beautiful and capable of repeating the techniques and products he used. He also is hair stylist. I recommend him😁

The massage was good. But the wet sauna wasn't working in the ladies area and the hot water pool in men's wasn't working properly.

This was a solid 3.5-4 experience. They are missing some key details that would make it better. My classic pedi was nice, the chairs do not massage, they heat & vibrate. Didn’t love that but it was all around a good pedi. The downside of pedi was in that room they play the casino music which is horrific, or the salon music either way it’s old top 40 hits that just aren’t relaxing. Same with in the vanity area there’s just so many better choices like jazz or spa music, even just soft r&b or something would be better than that casino honky tonk. Also the break room must be in the pedi room bc I could hear people talking the whole time. The spa itself is nice it just needs some love and updates like better snacks, mint in the water, higher quality tea choices, things like that. The pool room is so pretty but it wreaks of chlorine so bad I had a skin reaction to it. Could not hang out in there long. The steam room needs a eucalyptus essential oil added. My favorite room was the quiet room. Loved the blankets and how peaceful it was in there.. turn the music up just slightly and it would’ve been 10/10. Might come back.
